I had opened a couple of sites along with marathimoviesdownload.blogspot.com.For the last site, I received a error message about the security settings.I clicked on the "Get me out of here" link. After that websites that I had open in the initial tabs.. along with marathimoviesdownload.blogspot.com are not loading.
If you click on the links for the website like uploaded.net etc,the page opens but the contents do not load.
This is happening for IE as well as Firefox.
I have tried by uninstalling Firefox,deleting the previous install data.Re-installed the latest Firefox version.
Next I tried with your online support topics similar to mine. None of them have worked.

Unless you are using a proxy, the same web address should work
regardless. Disable it for now and check.

Sequences are not visible to user/schema

I have copied a schema(abcd1)(schema level refresh) from prod to dev(abcd2),i verified that all objects(tables,views,synonyms and sequences etc..) got created in the dev schema(abcd2) ,but now the client complains that the sequences are not visible to user/schema(abcd2) in dev,he says it was visible before and that they are visible to another schema(abcd3) in dev.... can anyone please advise? New page unexpectedly loses ability to go BACK to previous page after clicking on a link in page (not consistent), why?

Firefox 4.0 Vista 32 bit
I will have a tab open, and click on a link, new page loads. The Back and Forward buttons do not work. Usually it shows in history (unless I opened too many pages before clicking on link). This has happened several times.
It is not consistent - one time I used search bar and opened a Yahoo search page - clicked on search link and when I wanted to go back to look at another search link from the previous page- page would not load (BACK button dead). I clinked search again, clicked on another link and that time it allowed me to return to the previous page???
I am about ready to go back to previous version.

It's a good idea to try disabling Flash completely and see whether the problem continues. If it does, then my guess is incorrect. To test that, open this tab:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Plugins category
Here you can locate Shockwave Flash and use the Disable button. Keep this tab open for easy access when doing your test.

I was using Firefox 8, and then today i noticed that non of the JS scripts are working, the Add-on are not showing after a click, The Firebug button at the top right is missing,
Thinking if I upgrade to 9 it will solve my problems, but it did not. How can I correct this? Am I missing something?

It's not specific sites. I can middle-click on the same link 50 times and it will open it in a new tab 45 times and 5 of those times, it will randomly open it in an entirely new window. I don't know what's causing this.
It happens so randomly that I don't know how to pin-point what it could be.

Ad sites are popping up when I click on a link after a Google search in toolbar

When I do a search in the Google search window in the toolbar I get search results, but when I click on the links, instead of being taken to the site the link indicated, I get taken to a parasitical ad site like infomash.com or findstuff.com (there are several others). This type of behaviour can be caused by malware. Try running several malware scanners. It is best to run several as each will pick up things that the others miss. Some scanners you can try are:

Is there a way to force firefox to send ajax-request when user clicks on a link and redirect occurs?

I'm trying to send ajax-request with web-analytics data when user clicks on a link. But Firefox cancels the request and moves to the link location. Sync requests or waiting for response is not an option because performance is critical.

Correct me if I'm wrong here:
<code>jQuery.data()</code> saves the <code>{"foo": "bar"}</code> JSON object to variable <code>data</code>, and then the <code>s.tl()</code> call sends <code>data</code> to the server, right?
You could use jQuery's [http://api.jquery.com/event.preventDefault/ <code>event.preventDefault()</code>] method to stop the browser from automatically following the link on click. You could wait until the Ajax request was finished before following the link.

You need to resync you applications or redownload them for free via app store. They may be read by your phone, but they are really not there. Re downloading will fix this.

My Firefox was working fine, and now I just changed the settings (History) to delete all the data once, I closed the browser as default and installed LinkExtend, WOT and SecretAgent plugins, and Firefox is showing me an error message. When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site, try either:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
In the dialog that opens, you can remove the site's cookies individually.
Then try reloading the page. Does that help?
