Certificate of volatility for ML530

I need to find a certificate of volatility (COV) for the ProLiant ML530.  Have found COVs for a lot of other HP equipment on the HP website but none for the ML530.  Does anyone out there know where I can find a copy?

    Hey,
This is the type of request that would be better suited for an official service request via our support system. Since there was a nearly identical request submitted recently, I am going to assume that it pertains to the same incident and handle it via that channel.

  • Does Cisco still provide Letters or certificates of Volatility

Does Cisco still provide Letters or certificates of Volatility?
I am currently documenting a deliverable system that utilizes both Cisco Catalyst 3560’s (WS-C3560-24TS-E ) and Catalyst Express CE-500’s (WS-CE500-24TT). I am looking for letters or Certificates of Volatility for both of these items as part of an Information Assurance package.
    Are they available through Cisco?
    Thanks

  • SF200-48 series certificate of volatility

    Greetings Folks,
Does anyone know where to find a certificate of volatility for an SF200-48 switch? More specifically, I need data which clearly states what volatile and/or non-volatile memory the device has, whether or not the memory is user-modifiable, and a procedure for clearing all memory on the device.
Most of the time these devices simply require a power cycle to clear sensitive data but every now and then there is a technical process to do so.
Thanks in advance for your input!

Sean, could you email me a sample certificate at [email protected] ?
I'd like to try to reproduce in a lab to see how my switches behave.

    Hi Tushar,
Have you already checked this SAP Note with hints for trouble shooting?
[SAP Note 1280664 - Distribution of maintenance certificates: Troubleshooting|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1280664]
    General information: http://www.service.sap.com/maintenancecertificate
Report RAGS_MK_DISPLAY_FILE and SAP Support Portal does not show any entries
==> That means, SolMan has not requested successfully Maintenance Certificates.
    Hints for trouble shooting:
    - check log of job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT
    - check whether these SAP Note have been already applied. Both SAP Notes are linked in troubleshooting note.
1293657 - Error in distribution of Maintenance Certificates via SDCCN
1251060 - Error in requirement process of maintenance certificate
    Good luck and best regards,

I just recieved this message when trying to email a itunes gift certificate, "This purchase would exceed the maximum Gift Certificate purchase amount for this Apple ID".Why I am limited to gift certificate and not other purchases.?

Chris CA,  62,910 points.  Dang...that's a lot of support.  Before I start, let me say Thank You!  You need to answer a lot of people's questions to achieve that.
    1)  You slightly misunderstood my letter through no fault of your own.  It was a generic compilation of information submitted by members of this discussion turned into a letter by me for use on the Apple Feedback site.  I myself did not receive an e-mail.  I actually was prevented from purchasing any more iTunes gift cards at a certain point and was given a cryptic response from the iTunes store that my request could not be processed.  It was only after investigation on my part that I found out the reason was the $100 max per 30 day rule.  I'd try to find where in the Apple's support site I did find that information...but, well, you are just going to have to trust me.  However, others in this discussion stated they received the information in an e-mail.  I used that fact in my letter as it seemed to create a less "cumbersome" feedback submission.
    2)  "Why look for iOS apps?"  That's a good very good question!  I miswrote.  I should have said "OS X apps."  That is where iTunes is located on the Feedback Site.  Good catch.  As you know (62,910 points is a lot of "knowing"), when you submit feedback you must click on the item of which you are going to write.  I must be so ramped up for the impending release of the new iPhone that I had iOS on the brain.  My bad. :-)
    3)  In all the time this discussion has been alive (over a year), and in all my googling, I never read about an option to contact iTunes support and ask them to remove this limit from my account.  It is too bad you didn't come to this discussion when it started in May of 2011 to offer that piece of advice!  Surprisingly, that information wasn't anywhere on the Apple site where I read about the $100/30 day limit.  Maybe it is there now.  But, it sure wasn't there when I read it.  It would have been very helpful.
    4)  You say "(which they can do and often have done for many people here)."  I am curious, what do you mean by "here."  Not "here" as in "here in THIS discussion forum."  Right?  I don't see anyone in this discussion aware of that information and posting it for others to read.  By "here" I assume you mean the ENTIRE Apple Support Community.  Unfortunately, until you arrived on the scene, none of those from that gigantic "here" came across THIS discussion to share their good fortune and knowledge about removing the $100 limit on iTunes gift card purchases per 30 days.
Well, I think that wraps it up for another day.  I am off to iTunes support to get this limit removed from my account.
    Adios amigos!
    Mr. Luigi

  • KDC Event ID 29 - The KDC cannot find a suitable certificate to use for smart card logons...

I am getting the event (below) every day on a new 2008 domain controller that I brought up recently. The DC has a domain controller certificate, that was automatically issued by an online enterprise CA. This CA is located in another domain (child domain) within the same forest. The 2008 DC is in the top-lvel domain.  None of the other domain controllers , which are 2003, are reporting this message. I ran certutil.exe, and it successfully verifies all domain controller certificates, including the certificate on my new 2008 DC. Any ideas why these messages continue to appear?
The Key Distribution Center (KDC) cannot find a suitable certificate to use for smart card logons, or the KDC certificate could not be verified. Smart card logon may not function correctly if this problem is not resolved. To correct this problem, either verify the existing KDC certificate using certutil.exe or enroll for a new KDC certificate.

    Hi,
I have checked the file. Here is my findings:
    1.    The computer name of the domain controllers are different in this dcinfo.txt file. There is no Swampoak. I would like to confirm which one is Windows Server 2008 domain controller.
    2.    The domain controller Buckeye and Madrone both have 2 KDC certificates, one is expired and the other one is valid:

  • This Certificate not valid for the selected purpose

I have installed on my Windows 7 (64 bit Professional w/SP1)
a Self-Signed CA (IDS_MstrCert)  that has been accepted by the system certificate "store".  via mmc & certmgr
I generated this CA on my Redhat Linux 7 server using the openssl utilities.
It shows: This certificate is intended for the following purpose(s):
    All issuance policies
    All application policies
It is enabled for ALL purposes (However I did not generate with ALL purpose set)
    Under Certification Path:
Certificate Status: This Certificate is OK
I have also installed a Client Certificate (winxclient) (also generated by my Redhat Linux 7 server)
That has been "signed" by my CA (IDS_MstrCert)
I added it successfully to the system certificate "store" via mmc & certmgr.
However when I open the certificate I see the following message: This Certificate not valid for the selected purpose
When I view the Certificate path I see the following:
IDS_CA                          (friendly name for the CA)
        |-----> VPNIKEv2cli     (friendly name for the client certificate)
Certificate Status: This certificate is OK
In the Intended Purposes field: ServerAuthentication, ClientAuthentication
How do I resolve this problem ?   This Certificate not valid for the selected purpose
When I attempt my vpn/ikev2 connection (using machine certificates) I get the 13806 error.
    Best Regards
    Guy Rich

    Hi,
In my opinion, this is not Windows system problem. You need to make troubleshoot with the Certificate.
I made a research with this error message, the link below might be helpful:
