Hi,
I have one year of solid experience in ABAP and planning to go for "Development Consultant SAP NetWeaver 2004 Application Development Focus ABAP certification."
I don't want to join any training course but still would like to get the books required for it
i.e "Courses for certification preparation: TAW10 (ABAP Workbench Fundamentals); TAW12 (ABAP Workbench Concepts)".
Where should I contact to book to purchase those books and to register for certification exam shedule ?

I'm agree with Raja. Those materials is for course and you can have it only if you attend the course or you have a friend has attended it.
You can get exam contenent and buy some ABAP books.
You can also try to find the sample test questions in Internet.

How can I get a list of locations with address and contact info?

In Adobe Story Plus, I've gone through the effort of entering address and contact info for all locations. I would like to now use this information.
When I choose Sets and Locations, I get the set names only, separated by Studio and Location. No locations, no addresses.
When I choose to export the Set List as XML, I get an XML file that seem to contain the address information. However, it does not appear to be a valid XML file, readable neither in Excel nor Google Docs.
Are there reports that I can create that include this information? Is there a useful way to export XML and open in Excel/Number/Google Docs/Word, etc?
I'm about to embark on a search to how the XML can be formatted properly but this isn't really where I wanted to be spending my time on this project.

Yes. I tried it on Windows version.
Would you mind doing the following steps to view that XML file as a table in Safari? Then from safari, you can copy paste it Excel.
1. Export the Set List XML from Story.
2. Extract the 'transformSetListIntoTable.xsl' file from the attached zip file and place it in the same directory in which Set List XML is present.
3. Open the Set List xml file in a text editor and paste the following text at its very beginning.
<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="transformSetListIntoTable.xsl"?>
4. Save the changes.
5. Open the Set List xml file in Safari
6. In Safari, Select All and paste it inside Excel.

Table to track book and payment info-LSO

Hi Folks,
I am trying to find out book and payment info related table while booking in LSO, we have radio button against this book and payment information .
We can capture the booking and follow up details in -HRP1001 and HRPAD25 but unable to find out which button selected while booking.
Please share your thoughts on this.

Hi Kumar,
That information goes into the 'Priority' field of infotype 1001. The field name is HRP1001-PRIOX. You will have a record in both directions in HRP1001 i.e. for the employee and the course as well. You will see that the radiobutton you chose while booking the participant, gets mapped to the value of one of the switches(given below) in T77S0. As a result, HRP1001-PRIOX will have the corresponding value that has been set for the applicable(your selection of the radibutton) switch-
SEMIN-MAXMU(Maximum priority for essential booking)
SEMIN-NPRIO(Default priority for normal booking)
SEMIN-MINWL(Minimum priority for waiting-list booking)
The system I use I get the values: 50-Normal, 09-Essential, 90-Wailisted. Values in your system may be different.

Position of 'call contact' and 'contact info' buttons

Hi all,
I've been wondering for a while why the two contacts buttons ('Call' and 'Contact info') appear at the top on the SMS screen... When there's been a long thread of messages it would be nice if these were at the bottom of the thread, as I'm not keen on having to scroll back up to call the contact...
Is there a way of changing the position of these so they appear at the end of the thread instead? If not, is there a way for users to offer suggestions to Apple?

Erasing calendar and contact info on transferred original iPad

I've transferred my original iPad to my wife's computer. But she's now stuck with my calender and contacts info.
As I read the iPad manual, the reset option labeled "Erase all contents and settings" would do the trick. She could then sync with her own calendar and computer. But does it erase other things, well besides the email account information which is not a problem? For instance, does it erase apps?

Yes.
Address Book came with OS X 10.7 Lion and earlier versions of OS X.
Contacts comes with OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion.

TB v. 24.0: Changed ISP's; ~ new email in Server Settings & Outgoing Server & all Address Books and Contacts; TB still showing old email ID for Fwd & Rply

TB v. 24.0, Win 7 Pro. Changed ISP's. I use Outlook 2007; wife uses TB, same box. Changed TB username & e-mail address in Server Settings & Outgoing Server & set as Default. Changed e-mail address in all address books and Contact lists. Now TB still showing old e-mail address in <From> when Reply or Forward. This is confusing recipients, who have been sending their replies off to a now-nonexistent account. Checked Windows Contacts - empty. Checked my Outlook 2007 - all Contacts changed appropriately. How do I kill that old e-mail address in TB when it isn't even listed any more - except when we try to Reply or Forward?

When you got the new email address and changed ISP's, you needed to create a new mail account for that new existing email address.
When a mail account is created there are many preferences setup to be able to manage and run that mail account. Trying to track down and modify all of those within the either the config editor or prefs.js is not only time consuming, but you could easily cause further problems if any error is made.
So I suggest you fix the original account by reentering all the old data. Then create a new mail account for the new exisitng mail address.
* File > New> Existing mail account.
or
* 3bar menu icon > New Message > Existing Mail account.
when you have both mail accounts in your left folder pane, you can choose to move any wanted emails from the older mail account into suitable folders in Local Folders. This will save a copy of emails.
Then you can delete the old account, leaving saved emails in Local Folders and only one new mail account.
To remove mail account:
* Tools > Account sEttings
* select old mail account
* click on 'Account Actions'
* select 'Remove Account'
* click on OK

HT1766 Where do I see if my Calendar and Contact info is backed up?

I have Windows 8 now (ugghhh!), and the look & feel of iTunes has changed.
Where can I check that my Calendar and Contacts data has really been backed up after doing a general back-up run?
(I can't back up through icloud as my iphone is not connecting to wifi, which is the main problem I've been dealing with for a few days again now, for the second time in 3 months!)

You can check iTunes preferences under Devices, to see if there is a backup in iTunes.
If you're using iCloud, you can check to see if your iPhone is backed up in Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup, scroll to the bottom of the page to see the last backup time.
And finally, if you're syncing the contacts and calendars to your Windows computer, just open the calendar or contact app on the computer.

Or you can import those pics from your Android to your computer, then use iTunes to sync those photos to your iphone.

Trouble loading backup iCal and Contacts info

Just replaced my hard drive on my Mac and I can't restore my Calendar or contacts info. I saved that information to a WD external drive using the external drive software. I tried to import and revert to backup and neither worked. Any tips?

You would think it would sync/update automatic before updating, I thought so to. The same thing is happening with my wife's iPhone. Why in the **** did it not backup prior to updating? I'm still working to see if somehow we can get back the contacts.

The downer is that this will lose your categories in Address Book, I think.

Number 3 is your best bet - it should retain all the categories etc. However, doing this in a hurry is a recipe for panic. My advice is to try 3 first. If you can't get it to work, try 1. Although that might lose categories, it gets everything onto the iPhone, and the iPhone's built-in Spotlight search will enable you to find people, events etc really quickly. And it's easy and quick. Later on, when you have time, you can try something cleverer.

Shared Address Book and Contacts on iPhone from Lion Server

I'm considering converting my current Lion Mac Mini into a Lion Server as I like to look of some of the features it has. However I have a question about the shared Calendar and Address Book which Lion Server can provide.
My wife and I both have iPhones, I have read up some articles on the device management provided through Lion Server, but I was wondering how invasive this is? I'd like to enroll both iPhones with my Lion Server and allow access to a shared calendar and address book from it, but without affecting any of the existing calendars or address books currently on the phone (my wife syncs her contacts and calenders with Gmail, I use iCloud etc...). Is it possible to push out a config to both phones which adds the new calendar and address book without wiping each phone?

Yes, this happened to me too and as a matter of fact I noticed it when I was already at the Apple Store at the Genius Bar for another iPhone issue. However, it seemed to fix itself when we did a restore to the iPhone. I would try another sync first. If they are still messed up, then I would do a "Replace Contents - Contacts" in the iTunes Info tab once your iPhone is connected.

Data loss between Address Book and Contacts

I have some detail in my address book (detail within individual contact) on my desktop that does not seem to "push" to my iphone. I get phone number, address but not the rest of the detail I have added via address book. Is there a way to expand the detail that is "pushed" to mobileMe, iphone or both?

Address Book and contacts.

I'm having a problem with some of my cards in address book. I have saved the name ie jo smith in first name and not used the last name. With some cards address book adds the surname into the last name field so that the contact appears as jo smith smith. I've done an edit and saved several times but somehow it keeps reverting. Weird? Any help?
