            Neha, first congratulation on completing 3 yrs in ABAP. Well most people who have worked in ABAP for a good 3 to 6 years always prefer something new in their routine (want to explore new arena of SAP). Do worry Neha your not the only one who have thought this way.
           Well Neha, I can suggest you few modules but that wouldn't really help you out. What I feel is it's best that you find out which areas you are good at and willing to explore (and have got exposed in these past 3 yrs like SD / MM).
          Few of my colleague have upgraded their skills and moved from ABAP to ABAP-SD consultant. These people tell me that it gives them a broader view of their company and its processes going on. They tell me, moving to SD was really a good decision they made on their side.
         Well, I would advice you to plan something like what my colleague have done and hope that line may take you where wanted to go. </p>

If I have logged into my Mailbox, will the Crash Reporter send details which will help provide access to my Mailbox, to others?

My Firefox (3.6.23) is crashing frequently. The question is, if I'm in the middle of a logged in page, like Mailbox etc, and if Firefox crashes and a Crash Report gets generated, will the Crash Report contain enough URL details for anyone to enter my secure contents, like Mailbox etc?

Problem solved!
I started to suspect that the problem was with my computer rather than the apple servers.
Reparing disc permissions from Disc Utility seemed like an obvious thing to try but I thought I had done this without it working. However on OSX daily I read..."In mac OSX Lion repairing permissions from the Disk Utility app doesn’t repair the users file permissions"! Hmm nice one Apple- reparing permissions does not repair permissions! It seems that you have to use disc utility from recovery mode.
I then followed these instructions on OSX daily (dot com)
Repairing a Mac Boot Disk with Disk Utility & OS X Lion
Reboot the Mac and hold down Command+R (To boot into recovery)
Select “Recovery HD” at the boot menu
At the Mac OS X Utilities screen, select “Disk Utility”
Select the boot volume or partition from the left menu and click on the “Repair” tab
Repair Disk is now possible, click on “Repair Disk” to repair the boot volume
Now verify disk permissions and repair them
This solved the problem for me

Certification: What will make me more marketable?

I'm just about ready to take the exam for Sun's Java programmer certification so that I may add this certification to my resume. I was wondering what route I should take next: should I go for the developer certification or the web components certification?
What I'm looking for is the certification that will help me appear more marketable on my resume. Before getting laid off recently, I was essentially a Java programmer with only slight experience in Servlets and JSPs. So, I'm wondering if I should capitalize on my programming experience and proceed with the Java developer certification. Or, since web components are so hot right now, I'm wondering if certification in this area, despite my lack of experience, would be the best way to go.

Nope. You need an .ipsw file to restore your phone & since your friend didn't have iTunes, obviously there is no current .ipsw file to use. You can go to an Apple store, use your own computer, find another computer, but you can't restore without a current signed .ipsw file.

Creating PL/SQL function in SQL plus which will display desired output

Hello PL/SQL experts,
I am not skilled on PL/SQL so want you help for one of the PL/SQL requirement.
Requirement: We have a database purge jobs which deletes the records from our application database on daily basis. Our Client wants a verification PL/SQL to be created which they will run pre and post the purge job to identify the number of records deleted/processed by purge job. It should do a SELECT operation and find out the number of records in table based on the where clause and give the output to the user.
The result of PL/SQL should be something like this (considering the PL/SQL is processing multiple select statements):

30 records from table S_SRV_REQUEST selected
45 records from table S_SRV_REQUEST_X selected
15 records from table S_SRV_REQUEST_XM selected
*****Verification SQL complete*****
For this I am thinking of a simple PL/SQL which will diplay the count of records from each table but I am not sure how to display the count on screen as an output. Can I request PL/SQL experts to put some light on this?

PL/SQL is a server side process running on your database server. It is not connected to a display or a keyboard, so cannot output any results from within the code itself.
What you need is a client application that the user can run which will query the database, or call procedure(s) to get results and then the client application will display those results appropriately.
One of the simplest client tools you can use to build such a user-friendly application is Oracle Application Express (APEX).
Bear in mind that if you're going to 'identify' record for deletion prior to actually deleting them, then you may also have a need to store the keys of those identified records somewhere so that only those records are deleted. Consider the situation where the user requests the information and the application queries the records to say there are 30 records from S_SRV_REQUEST with the correct criteria to be deleted. By the time the user confirms they are happy and want the records deleted, some other record(s) may have been updated and also meet the criteria, so just doing a delete based on the criteria itself could result in more than 30 records being deleted. However if you've identified the records and marked them in some way for deletion or stored the keys of those records on a queue somewhere to indicate the ones to be deleted, then your actual deletion process can just deal with those records and ignore any that have met the criteria since that time. Of course that depends on your individual requirements, but it's something to bear in mind.

I get the impression that most of the users on older hardware experiences similar temperature issues on Lion for a long time now. Awaiting for confirmation from the original poster.
In the meantime I'm just cautious with regards to pushing the machine to such extreme temps, since something tells me such behaviour which includes monitor flickering and the likes is nothing but abnormal for any type of use...
Any clues if 10.7.5 does anything on this? If not I'm afraid i see myself going back to SL for good...

If you have a Mid 2010 model: Computers that can be upgraded to use OS X Internet Recovery. If later then see below:
Install Mavericks, Lion/Mountain Lion Using Internet Recovery
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
Boot to the Internet Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND-OPTION- R keys until a globe appears on the screen. Wait patiently - 15-20 minutes - until the Recovery main menu appears.
Partition and Format the hard drive:
Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
After DU loads select your newly installed hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed. Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion. Mavericks: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion, Mavericks and click on the Install button. Be sure to select the correct drive to use if you have more than one.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.
If you have an earlier model:
Clean Install of Snow Leopard
     1. Boot the computer using the Snow Leopard Installer Disc or the Disc 1 that came
         with your computer. Insert the disc into the optical drive and restart the computer.
         After the chime press and hold down the "C" key. Release the key when you see
         a small spinning gear appear below the dark gray Apple logo.
     2. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue
         button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu.
         After DU loads select the hard drive entry from the left side list (mfgr.'s ID and drive
         size.) Click on the Partition tab in the DU main window. Set the number of
         partitions to one (1) from the Partitions drop down menu, click on Options button
         and select GUID, click on OK, then set the format type to MacOS Extended
         (Journaled, if supported), then click on the Apply button.
     3. When the formatting has completed quit DU and return to the installer. Proceed
         with the OS X installation and follow the directions included with the installer.
     4. When the installation has completed your computer will Restart into the Setup
         Assistant. Be sure you configure your initial admin account with the exact same
         username and password that you used on your old drive. After you finish Setup
         Assistant will complete the installation after which you will be running a fresh
         install of OS X. You can now begin the update process by opening Software
         Update and installing all recommended updates to bring your installation current.
Download and install Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1.
