and then nothing. May be it will be better send Emails with the results, before using slow websites which work or work not.

I've seen some muse templates which had something similar. The scrolling can be done with anchor links and you can keep the menu at the top of the browser window by pinning it there.
Small note: I'm on a laptop with a 1366 x 768 resolution, and the example website you mentioned works really terrible for me. I can't see the bottom of the "pages" and when I scroll it automaticly scrolls all the way down to the next "page".

You can change the the Page width , as per your requirement. We just need to assemble few asset, please have a look to the following Video which I have created for you, that should clear few things, in my example, I have created a page with following properties,
Width: 3000px;
Height: 500 px;
Background Fill: none;
Browser Fill: image; Scale to Fill, Scrolling: Unchecked.

What the website is incorporating is Parallax Scrolling.
Muse is able to do this.
Here is a primer video on using this form of design.

How can i create a website like this?

I've had this idea in my head for a while, but i cannot think of how to create it.
I think of creating a website with a very nice layout where you can purchase and submit your own ebooks to sell, and they need to be approved by an admin before it shows up on the website.
I have been thinking about this for some time but i don't have a clue on how to create a website like this and it must take a very long time.http://puu.sh/5Ki7Q.png
My idea: You can hover over the ebooks to get more information about them, you can see star rating and feedbacks / comments under the ebooks.
I need help with getting started on the right track, i don't know very much about Dreamweaver, but i am starting to get good at it. I know HTML and a little CSS.
I would really appreciate any help i can get.

Unless you have very strong coding skills with PHP & MySql, I think you could do most of this with WordPress and WordPress plugins for e-commerce, star ratings, lightbox viewer, reviews, etc...

I have designed my website and it works in a very similar way - one pager with full screen graphics. What I like about the example above though, is the ability of the site to detect the size of the web browser window. Each section of the webpage takes up the whole browser window, no matter what size the browser is. Is it possible to recreate this in Muse?

You can mimic this type of a design style but not from a functional standpoint. Let me explain. Here's what muse cc or 2014 is missing from functional side of things to allow you to create that type of a site:
First and foremost:
     • Responsive Scaling is not part of the equation in muse, not yet at least. In fact its a top most requested feature that adobe is neglecting to add to muse (their workaround is you can create a seperate phone/tablet design) if you ask me its a shame and labor intensive.
     • Smooth Rollover Animations its easy to hack muse into creating a smooth rollover effect animations its not an actual feature, by hack I mean its 'doable' but its just a pathetic/foolish 'workaround' - see tutorial Adobe Muse CC 7.0 Tutorial | Smooth Fading Rollovers - YouTube
     • No Muse Native animations you have to switch to adobe edge for animations and export files as .oam files and import them back into muse (labor intensive process - if you ask) and your limited with that too.
     • The widgets are not as complex as you want them to be to allow you to create slideshow animations.

How do a re-create a website like this?

I see that it's done with tables instead of CSS.
Would it be possible to have the banner as a large image on the body table with all the content centered in a table or is this the wrong way to go? How could I do it with the use of CSS.

Your question is broad enough that entire college curriculums have been created to provide the tools to help answer such a question. Note that there is no one answer that can possibly apply to all situations. Thus the education is provided to give you the tools to answer that question for each project as it applies to that project. And believe me, cool in my generation does not equate to cool in today's up-and-coming generation. The definition of cool for a site needs to consider the target audience's definition of cool.
And don't fall into the trap that some designers do. Sometimes, designs are created that, while gorgeous, are very difficult - or impossible - to navigate and become disfunctional. I am one who still believes that form follows function.
Would a background image on the body suffice with the wrapper div centered? Is this the way to go?

I am not trying to discourage you from creating a gorgeous site. In fact, the company who designed the site[1] we've discussed has several other sites that are just as pretty, but, IMO, are much more useful. I just want you to keep some things in mind while creating your design.
[1] Minimal has its place, too. Perhaps that was part of the goal for that site since it really does not have a lot of information to convey.

Frames: How do i separate my website like this awsome site.....

Im having lots of trouble with the html pages im making from blank templates. I made a totally white blank page from the white template. I took away the hyperlink navs, etc. I called this "homeContents". I only filed the page with color (blue). Sometimes when i save and publish, the homeContents.html file saves the color, but sometimes it doesn't!!!! Same if i put pictures or text in homeContents, and saves/pub, most of the time iWeb doesn't save i properly so when i click on homeContents.html it will only be blank (white). I checked out the homeContents_files, and it does save all the images and background color. BUT THE HTML ISN'T SHOWING IT!!!!!
Has anyone had this problem before?

How hard to make a website like this one ?

Hi, I hope I don't stress people with my status, but I'm a
complete newbie with desire to learn. I just figured out we have
Dreamweaver at school in the Mac studio, adobe version if I recall
correctly and I wanted to make a band website with it, but couldn't
understand where to start.
So first, since I don't want to hire anybody to do it for me,
I would like to know how hard it would be to make a website like
this one :

In my logic, the first step would be to create a background
image with the menu drawn in it then add buttons to them to
navigate. I would then add the content boxes with scroll bars using
the draw div function.
My second question, how do I go about learning this software
? Are courses given somewhere ?

If you know nothing of web design and development, it's going
to be hard.
Not that you can't do it. It's just going to take you a lot
of time and
effort to get up to speed on things.

That isn't how that site was built nor the best way to to it.
The site in
question is fairly basic HTML and then styled with a lot of
well put
together CSS.

Don't learn Dreamweaver. Instead, learn HTML, CSS,
Javascript, etc. Getting
a basic understanding of HTML and CSS will then allow you to
figure out
Dreamweaver fairly intuitively, plus you'll have a MUCH
better framework of
understanding to work from.
And feel free to ask questions in here!

Personally, why pay to view linda.com videos when you can
access all the videos you could want for free at

I'm not crazy about the videos anywhere because I might have
to watch them again and again, but some of the videos have a
tutorial and a file to download.
If you're the type that you like to do all you can before
going to a forum, then you can do these things:
1. I don't know if you have Adobe Creative Suite 3, but if
you want to make websites with flash, you will need the program.
2. I like the flash movie at
http://blusites.com/adam/blu1.swf,
but believe it or not, it's a very simple movie. The photographs
are supplied by a professional photographer, and the flash movie is
simple.
3. If you already know how to make movies using Flash, then
get yourself an Advanced Flash book to to learn faster and become a
better flash creator. Flash CS3 uses ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0. You
might like to get a book on ActionScript 3.0 to learn faster.
You can and will learn faster and better if you take the time
to do 2. and 3.
There is a ton of Flash Tutorials at Adobe and other
websites, do a search and you'll get so many sites it could take
years to visit them all.

You can try to see if you can access the page via a site like Google Translate with a random source language.
