Not sure how to get the "french" support. Anyway, Yosemite souds promising a lot of issues !!!
Just bought a new iMac with Yosemite with Aperture included in the same order, received today.
After the installation, 10.10.0 came with Aperture 3.5.1, both working as expected. Page 5.5 was also included into the OS X package.
After few minutes, Auto-update asked me to upgrade to 10.10.1 + Page 5.5.1 + Aperture 3.6 for compatibility concerns with Yosemite.
I ran through the update process. OS X has been updated successfully, however for Page and Aperture, it says that the software update are not available with this apple identifier (my own translation from the french msg in the title).
I have only 1 Apple identifier, I bought this iMac with the same identifier, all together iMac + Aperture.
How can I make sure that Aperture is seen as an official application that I bought with my apple account, and how can I update Page and Aperture accordingly
BTW, when I log into this same Apple store account and check the list of applications bought, I can see Page and Aperture acquired as of today with for both, the option to update the software.

This is a stupid behavior with the software Apple upgrade process .
So,if you face this msg while you are trying to upgrade with the OS X software upgrade procedure: "This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled."
Then run and log into the Apple Store and follow the next step
Press Accept and then apply the update

Je ne m'en sors pas avec mes identifiants Apple
Je voudrais supprimer une carte bleue que j'ai mis sur l'ipad des enfants avant l'actualisation d'IOS 7.04. Au changement, j'ai réussi à basculer l'ipad sur mon compte principal Apple mais du coup ... l'ancien compte est celui de leur père (j'suis divorcée) mais avec ma carte bleue ... il me faut absolument dissocier cette carte de cet identifiant ... que je n'aurai plus à utiliser puisque l'ipad est maintenant sur le bon identifiant (l'ipad ne repartant pas chez le Papa puisqu'il vit à 12h d'avion et n'est venu qu'une fois en 4 ans).
De plus, sur mon Macpro, dans itunes store je suis encore sous le mail de quand j'étais mariée ... y'a plus de 4 ans ... et cette boite mail est consultable par nous deux. Dons pas chouette, il voit mes achats ...
Car ... mon compte APPLE est pour moi celui de l'i-phone. :-)
Donc, quand je veux changer le mail du compte sur mon Macpro on dit qu'il y a déjà un identifiant à ce nom !!! Oui c'est moi. Les 2 ont le même mots de passe, la même carte bleue ...
Comment je fais pour passer l'ordi sur l'autre ID et éventuellement supprimer l'actuel ?
