Performance Assistant (Help) on Whole Specification Changed On reports:
Date of Last Change to Specification As a Whole
Key date on which the specification was last changed.
Except for changes to the header data, the system takes all data that
relates to the specification into account, such as changes to:
Identifiers
Assignments of regulatory lists
Value assignments
Components
User-defined texts
Notes
The key date is specified when the specification workbench is started.
It
is not necessarily the same as the current date.
To determine the date of the last change to the specification in a
customer-defined program you can read out the specification time stamp
using function module EHSB_TMSTMB_READ_TIMESTAMPS, or you can follow
the
instructions in SAP note 874191.
The date of the last change to the specification is always set to the
key
date on which the specification was last processed. This is not always
the date of the last change to the specification (see SAP Note 874191).
We are not able to 1) find SAP Note 874191 or function module

Dear Richard
you topic is quite old. Many SAP EHS users do have problems with this. This content in EHS gives rise to a lot of trouble with the end users (according to my experience) especially in the context of "change docs" etc.
Check may be as well:

Automatically displaying date of last page change
I think I remember seeing this a year or so ago, but I can't find it.
Is there a way to grab the date that a page was last modified and display that on the page? It seems like there should be and easy way, since the information shows up in the developer reports.
I have the following query which works in SQL*Plus:
select max(audit_date) from flows_020000.WWV_FLOW_BUILDER_AUDIT_TRAIL
where flow_id = 130
and page_id = 306
but in a page definition I get an 'insufficient privileges' message.
I'd to avoid granting select privileges on the table, as I'd then have to remember to redo it with each new version of ApEx as well. And since I can't get the above to work yet, I'm not sure if I could substitute strings like &APP_ID. and &PAGE_ID. into the where clause, so this could just be a Page 0 item instead of hard coding it onto each page.
Any ideas what I'm missing? (Other than when I purge my logs)
Thanks,
Bill Ferguson(Almost) a couple of small typos in the first select statement.
First, somehow I wound up with two create table lines. Not sure why, but get rid of one. Next, This bit of code didn't have the other DISTINCT in it (I guess somehow I copied the older version, dunno).
So, here's the correct version:
CREATE TABLE LAST_WEB_APP_CHANGE AS (
SELECT DISTINCT pk_field, short_name workspace, NAME app_name, app_id, page_num, last_change_date, flow_user
FROM (SELECT DISTINCT pk_field, app_id, page_num , lv last_change_date
FROM (SELECT short_name|| LPAD (NVL (flow_id, 0), 6, 0)
|| LPAD (NVL (page_id, 0), 6, 0) pk_field,
flow_id app_id, page_id page_num,
last_value(audit_date) OVER (PARTITION BY flow_id, page_id) AS lv
FROM flows_020000.wwv_flow_builder_audit_trail c,
flows_020000.wwv_flow_companies
WHERE c.flow_id = flow_id
AND c.page_id = page_id
AND security_group_id = provisioning_company_id
GROUP BY short_name, flow_id, page_id, security_group_id, audit_date) a
WHERE page_num IS NOT NULL),
flows_020000.wwv_flow_builder_audit_trail a,
flows_020000.wwv_flow_companies c,
flows_020000.wwv_flow_models m
WHERE a.flow_id = app_id
AND page_id = page_num
AND last_change_date = audit_date
AND a.security_group_id = c.provisioning_company_id
AND a.security_group_id = m.security_group_id
AND short_name = '<your workspace name>'
Just to be sure, I retested again this morning and this one does grab (and create) the last changed record in the audit trail and stores it into whatever table name you chooes (if you edit it).
As Vikas said in an earlier post, it best (probably) to do this on each parsing schema, since each parsing schema can have multiple apps associted with it, and it can become a can of works creating a generic schema accessible to all.
Anyway, after the table is created and populated for each schema, then it's easy to create a page to to handle insert/update/deletes for the future maintainability of the data.
Personally, I'm leaning towards a variation of the above code associated with a button, to update the information, maybe a drop table followed by the above code? I need to experiment some.
But, you can create a Page 0 hidden item, I called mine :P0_LAST_CHANGE_DATE, with a SQL source of :
select TO_CHAR (last_change_date, 'DD-MON-RRRR HH24:MI:SS') last_change_date
from LAST_WEB_APP_CHANGE
where app_id = &APP_ID.
and page_num = &APP_PAGE_ID.
Then, on each page's footer, I have the statement:
Page Last Changed: &P0_LAST_CHANGE_DATE.
Variations of the above can also be used to display who changed it last (the flow_user field).
Now, each page will display the date of last change (almost) painlessly). I just need to periodically go out and maintain the table. Maybe a scheduled job run each night?
Somebody want to supply an example of how to do that?

Hello everybody
I'm with a doubt.
I got in the business
environment Project Server 2010 and
would like to get the publication date, modification
date and name
of the person who made
the last change in
the project. It is possible
to doby the native
resources or is
there any query in
SQL Server to perform a
query of this information.
Thank you.
Obrigado por contactar o fórum Microsoft Technet!Hi Hezequias,
You can get the ProjectModifiedDate column in MSP_EPMProject_userView in the Reporting DB where you can
get the data based on the projectUID.
The "last saved" date in the draft DB (be aware that querying in the draft DB is not supported by MS).
For the "last modified by", I think it is not stored in any place.
But you can develop custom code upon publishing the project (Event BeforePublish), writing the current
date and username automatically into a custom enterprise field.
Hope this helps,

Need FM to get Last change date of Objects in package
Hi All,
Is there any Function module to get Last changed date of all Objects in a package .
How to get the last change date of class, methods, function module.....
I can get last change date of programs from TRDIR....UDAT....Similarly how can I get for Function Module and Class Methods.
With Thanks,
Dina.
Message was edited by: Dinamol SasidharanGo/double click on the affected cubes you want to see the time stamp.
click the Extras(tab on the upper of part of SAP) or simply 'Ctrl + F5'.
Box will appear.
Click on Logs for Save/Activate so you will see the linfo for the users who used this cube.
Then put time restriction for From and To(always the current day and time).
Then execute, all of the users who changed then saved/activated that cube will appear on that timeframe you view.
Hope this help. -
Last changed date different between two systems after transport
Hi, first of all, I am not from basis background and just want to make sure whether is this something correct or not.
I found that the "Last changed date" and "username" are not same between the original system and the target system. Is this something configurable?
And the "username" field is totally empty. However, the program code's version is identical in both systems.I think I misunderstood your question. You are referring to the system Transports not the connections between systems. If the Transports are not transferring all the contents, you really should talk to your basis folks and tell them which items are not being reproduced correctly.

If we change cube specific properties does we need to delete data in Prod
Hi All,
We have changed cube specific properties like display of InfoObject in dev. to transport to prod does we need to delete data from cube or not required . Please help.
I am assuming that data deletion not needed as we haven't changed the structure of cube. please advise us.
Regards,
Chandrathe only reason for which data is to be deleted from a cube before an import of changes, is if a Infoobject is removed from the cube (for any reason). so in your case, no need to delete data. Anyway this is a trial and error case. leave the data and import. if the import dumps, then you have a big chance that you need to delete the data. do this and import again.
but, i don't think it's necessary in this case. -
Update Last Changed Date when attaching a Document to Opportunity/Activity
Hi my CRM peers,
we have the requirement to update the last changed date of the one order object (Activity, Lead, Opportunity) when a user attaches a document to the object. Has anyone solved this requirement?
Best regards
GregorHi Stephen,
what do you think about using the SEARCH_DOCUMENTS method of CL_CRM_DOCUMENTS to get the documents uploaded during the last day. I fill the table IT_QUERY_PROP is filled to search for the Documents Created starting yesterday:
Query:
IT_QUERY_PROP[1]
PROP_NAME CREATED_AT
SIGN I
OPTION BT
LOW 20100217000000
HIGH 99991231235959
And I get this result:
LT_SRES[1]
OBJTYPEP P
CLASSP CRM_P_ORD
OBJIDP DF1C76C7D7D02BF1ABA8005056857C4E
OBJTYPEL L
CLASSL CRM_L_ORD
OBJIDL DF1C76C7D7D02AF1ABA8005056857C4E
RANKV 05000
DOCREFER 0000000001
When I now use the WHERE_USED method I can find the Business Object where this document is attached to by filling the
IS_IO parameter:
IS_IO
OBJTYPE P
CLASS CRM_P_ORD
OBJID DF1C76C7D7D02BF1ABA8005056857C4E
Now my follow up question is: How can I update the last changed date of the document without changing any data?
Best regards

Get last changed date by Program ID/Object type/Object name of a task
Hi to all.
I'm looking for a way to get last changed date of an object by task number(CR). Any SAP function or utility someone has??
For example if I have a task with the object list:
R3TR PROG ZSD_ORD_COND_P
R3TR TABL ZCNDSLCTN
LIMU REPS ZSD_ORD_COND_CLS
R3TR TRAN ZZDIS
R3TR VIEW ZSD_VBAK_KONV
I need to get last changed date for each object.
Thanks,
Yuval Kaduri, Cellcom, Israel.
Edited by: yuval kaduri on Mar 2, 2008 2:59 PMHi Venu, thanks for the input.
In the table I don't have all changes made in objects that the CR is not released. I need to know all changed date of objects even if the CR is not released. There are few tables containing the date and time object last changed for the deferent types but I'm looking for a function or some utility someone wrote that gets the CR line info as - PgmID/Obj/Object name - and gives back last changed date and time.
Thanks,

RME Detailed Device interface Last Changed date reporting
How do I create a custom template rule to get ports that have changed since a particular date?
LMS 3.1 RME 4.2
when creating a custom template rule for "interfaces" "Last Changed", the date format in the rule is different than
the field in detailed device reports. I thought the field " last changed " was the point along the sysuptime timeline
but the sysuptime is less than the number of days in "LastChanged".
any help appreciated..That explains why the last change numbers are sometimes higher than the sysuptime. Thank You!!!!
is there a particular way to select the "Value" in RME-Custom Template Reports-Custom Template-rules when choosing
Inventory group= interface , Attribute = Last Changed (yy:mm:dd:hh) ?
The format requires years, months, days and hours while the value of the field is xxxx days, hh:mm:ss
I seem to be unable to get the correct results...
