  • Sub-Contracting Challan Posting Date

    Dear Experts,
We have a business requirement to prevent users from changing the 57F4 Challan Posting date while creation of Challan in J1IF01Transaction. Is it possible through configuration or should we go in for an user exit?
    Thanks,
    Srinath

    Hi,
You can create a transaction variant for J1IF01 in SHD0 transaction and maintain the posting date as "output only". Now the field will be greyed out. Refer the doc:http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/a070bfbb-d34a-2d10-b092-ecbe0b0d4a4c?QuickLink=index&…

  • Difference in deposit date and first application date

We are building an analytical application off of the EBS AR Module. I have noticed a number of records that have a deposit date on the receipt that is at least 2 weeks before the first receivable_application record (even Unapplied transaction). Could this be caused from a clearing issue with the bank? What triggers the record to go to the application? What reasons would cause this to be so far apart?

    hi
please check if there is entry in Infotype 41 against technical date of hiring .
If there is entry against that , system will pickup from Infotype 41 .

  • Removing complete Challan Mapping data from system

    Dear Consultants,
My client has entered erroneous data for challan mapping. When I checked the data, I found that there is some difference in the Challan amount & available amount. It means there are some employees mapped for these challans. but the main page of CMAP shows employees mapped = 0. When I tried to delete the challan data, system says, there are some employees mapped to these challans.
When on the last node of CMAP, I tried to select all employees on the right hand & click on the arrow from right to left, no amount of challans was changed.
May I know how to delete the entire mapping data from the system?
    regards,
    Bindumadhav

    Dear MVR,
The reply by Mr.Deepak is as follows. :
    Dear,
Regarding your query, the issue reported by you basically happens due to inconsistent mapping or unmapping of the employees to the Challan.
We would suggest you to kindly delete of the negative entry from the table 'T7INTE'. You also need to delete the entries from the table PCL4 as well for the corresponding challan for which the negative entry has been created. Performing the above suggested steps will remove the reported inconsistencies. After deleting the entries completely, kindly perform the Challan mapping for the employees again. Please make sure that you are not deleting the entry from the table for which Form24Q
has already been generated. The deletion process can be explained as such:
    1. Execute the transaction 'se16'. Go to the tables mentioned above. You can execute the table 'T7INTE' with the TAN number. On execution, a negative entry will be displayed for a particular challan. Select that entry and delete of the entry from the table.
    2. Go to table PCL4. Execute the table with relid as 'I1' to 'I2' and the TAN number in the field 'SRTFskindly performing the mapping action again. Hopefully, following the above mentioned steps will resolve the reported inconsistency and you will be able to perform the mapping successfully.
    Best Regards,
    Deepak..
I can see some entries. But the system does not allow me to delete the table entry from T7INTE & PCL4.

  • Check Deposit : Date Issue

In FF68 Transaction Header screen there are
    Entry Date
    Posting Date
    Value Date
On the detail transaction screen inside i.e. chequewise detail entry screen also we got
    Doc Date
    Posting Date
    Value date
but by default system takes header values for all three above fields and not itemwise details while generating accounting document.
Any solution to get the details as per detail list in accounting document.
Also no dropdown is coming for Business Area in same variant.
    kindly suggest.
    thanks

    Hi,
For the current financial year Apr2008 to Mar 2009 SAP has changed the program for Challan mapping
If you are using a Standard SAP program for Form24Q generation you are mapping the Challan for each Qtr using Tcode PC00_M40_CMAP
This Challan mapping records will be used in form16, Pls check up with SAP if they have released and Note to consider the Challan mapping data instead of Temse File

If yes..go ahead..if no give him another chance to select the date..
I tried with having onclick in *<t:inputCalendar>* but it is not getting fired.
Even if it gets fired, how can I check the condition that the Date entered is not the CurrentDate?
Is there anyother better way to achieve this?

  • GRN - Dates

While making GRN, currently, only posting date is picked up and stored
by SAP. Along with the same, we need to feed following 2 dates whiel
making GRN. Pl provide the solution.
    1. Challan/Dnote Date
    2. Physical Material Received date
Point 2 date is required as sometimes material may be received on 1st of
x month but may be posted into SAP by 10th of X month. So we can analyse
    the difference.

    Hi Mahesh
    1) The document date in MIGO is your challan/ D.Note date which is stored in
Table -GOHEAD & Field - BLDAT
    2) If you want to differentiate betn. Actual Matl. Recd. Date & Posting date in SAP
For this purpose you can inward the material by Mvt. 103 & then for actual posting to inventory you can use Mvt. type 105.  The diff in posting date can be eaisly tracked.(For this you donot use Mvt. 101 directly.)
    Reward if useful

  • Does SAP have a report can display check# and deposit#

    Dear all,
I was wondering if we can have a report in SAP (not a user query) to display check# and deposit#. This is for incoming but not outgoing payment. Thanks.
    Regards,
    Yuka

    Yuka,
Actually - there is no report in SAP for this.  You have to create you own custom report.
Use this as your base query
SELECT DISTINCT T0.DeposDate AS 'Deposit Date', T0.DeposNum AS 'Deposit No', T2.CheckNum
    FROM [dbo].[ODPS] T0 INNER JOIN [dbo].[DPS1] T1 ON T0.DeposId = T1.DepositId
    INNER JOIN [dbo].[OCHH] T2 ON T2.CheckKey = T1.CheckKey
    WHERE T0.DeposType = 'K'

    Hi Gurus,
Documents which have got internal challan and external challan numbers are not reflecting in  TDS Certificate.
But the same documents are showing in J1INMIS (MIS report) and J1QEFILE (Quarterly File report).

    Hello,
If you are checking in J1INCERT, make sure that posting dates are given same as invoice posting dates not challan posting date.
Hope it will solve your problem.

  • How subcontracting challan is manged in multilevel subcontracting process??

    Hi Gurus,
***How subcontracting challan is manged in multilevel subcontracting process??
**In this scenario  *** when we send material to sub con vendor A1 for  job work, with this we create subcon challn(J1IF01) & send it to vendor, when this vendor  completes his job,he directly send this matrl to subcon vendor to B1 for the finishing work, after this vendor B1 will directly send finished matrl to company***
Here - how the subcontracting challan is managed?? please guide.

    Hi,
The challan is also widely known as the 57F4 challan, after the law under which it was defined up until the 2000 budget. This law has now been superceded by a new one, 57AC. The challan consists of a header and line items. The header, in addition to T-code is J1IF01 to create subcontracting challan. organizational data, allows you to enter:
    Preprinted number
    Additional data
    Identification marks
    Nature of processing
Furthermore, each challan has two numbers, an internal document number and a challan number, which the system assigns to the challan when you save it. From a business perspective, this is the most important number. Each challan also has a status, which shows you what stage in processing it is at.
The line items are copied across from the transfer posting when you create the challan. You can also enter additional data for each item
T-code for completing the challan is J1IF13. You use this function to close a challan completely after all the materials have been accounted for. If a challan's return date has elapsed, and thus your right to the CENVAT credit, you use it to reverse the excise credit u2013 or, should your subcontractor return the goods subsequently, to re credit the excise credit
Reconcillation of challan (J1IFQ): Once a subcontractor has processed your materials and returned them to you, you match the items in the challan against those that have been returned . I hope this will resolve your issue. Thanking you.

  • F.35 Credit Master Sheet - Last Payment Date

In the Credit Master Sheet there is a line item 'Last Payment' in the Credit Management Master Data section. Currently 'Last Payment' is pulling the entry date of the payment and not the posting date. When payments come in they are deposited that day. Our A/R clerks apply the cash in the system the next business day and have the posting date as the deposit date. Our Credit clerks do not care when it is entered, they need to see it by deposit/posting date.
I have tried to look into configuration to find out if this can be changed. I know the program is RFDKLI41, but I am unable to locate where it is getting the 'last payment' date from. Please advise.
    Thank you.

dear, in F.35 there is an 'Output Lists' section - the "Layouts" button. did you try to config them ?
just in case try t-code F.31 - look at "Layouts" button as well - it has MORE config (8 layouts) than in F.35 (5 layouts)
