Change color on activity in calendar

Hi experts.
We would change the color of the activity displayed on the calendar in WEB-UI, checking the status.
I tried to change the color via BSP on component CRM_CALENDAR/Calendar  method RETRIEVE_APPOINTMENTS, which have the attribute COLOR but it doesn't work.
Anybody know a BADI, or the correct code to use for the BSP component??
i've looked for BADI pt_abs_req but i can't find it on the system.
Best regards
Marco

  • Change Color of Dates in Calendar

This is a follow-up question to the following thread: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1175451&tstart=208
The original question from that thread was never answered and I was having the same problem.
Some of the big number dates in my calendar are red and some are black (those with events are red), but I want all of the numbered dates in the calendar to be the same color. In iPhoto06 I was able to fix this by making the font color red for all of the dates, but I cannot figure out how to do the same in iPhoto08. How do I fix this? Thanks
    Message was edited by: Apples&Oranges

I asked this question in my local Apple store and was told that I would have to start my calender again without importing events. Not the answer I wanted!

  • How to change colors for record working time calendar

    Hi,
I would like to change the colors in the calendar displayed in record working time based on some conditions.
How do i do that is there any BADI associated with that
    Thanks
    Bala Duvvuri

    Hi Bala ,
Yes its possible to change that .
You need to implement BADI for this ..
    BADI name : "PT_ABS_REQ"
In the BADI "PT_ABS_REQ"   interface "IF_EX_PT_ABS_REQ" you can find the method
"SET_CALENDAR_COLOR" in that you can set the colure for the Absent type ......
Adjust Colors of Calendar and Team Calendar
    Functionality
You can use this method to change the colors in the team calendar.
In the standard system, the different statuses for requests have different colors. You can use this method to differentiate the colors of requests depending on the following aspects:
    Status of requests (status)
Action that an employee has executed: new request, delete, change (UIA operation)
    Subtype of absence (SUBTY)
    Full-day or partial-day absence (BEGMT, where BEGMT = 0 signifies a full-day absence)
Application mode ( mode). You specify the application mode in the Select Employees for the Team Calendar IMG activity.
Color Display of Status of Leave Requests(COLORS_ACTIVE). You specify this status in the Specify How Leave Is Displayed and Default Values IMG activity.
    Available Colors
You have a choice of 16 colors. The 16 colors are hard coded, that is, you cannot change them or add other ones.
The available colors are stored with their RGB value as constants of the CL_PT_REQ_CONST class. Use these constants if you want to change the colors.
    Notes
If you change the colors in the team calendar, you should also adapt the legend accordingly. You can use the Adjust Legend for Calendar and Team Calendar method to do so.
    Hope this work!!!

  • Manually change color of Exchange calendar in iCal?

Good evening. Got kind of an odd problem...and not really sure when it became an issue, although I think it happened after I upgraded to Lion. But for whatever reason I cannot get to the 'Get Info' part of one of my calendars that is an Exchange calendar. I can right-click on all of my iCloud calendars and get to the get info section in order to change colors, sharing, etc, but when I click the get info option on my Exchange calendar, nothing happens.
Not sure when this became the case, because I know I used to be able to change the color.
Was wondering if maybe there was a preference file that I could manually edit in order to change the color, or if someone else has run into this and found a solution.
    Thanks a bunch.

    Hi guys,
    "googling" I found this applescript:
    tell application "iCal"
              set color of calendar "Calendar" to choose color default color {0, 0, 0}
    end tell
Waiting for an Apple fix, you can use this. It's wok like a charm!

  • How do i get my events to change colors when i add new ones in my calendar

How do I get my events to change colors when I add a new event in my calendar?

When you add an event and you see the heading "Calendar", do you see a name to the right of it such as "Work"?  If you tap on the heading "Calendar" does it show you a list of calendars?
I'm basing this on my experience using iCal on a Mac to sync with my iPad.  I created a number of calendars on the Mac and assigned them different colors.  Those appear on my iPad.  I don't know how to create additional calendars on the iPad alone - I must create them in iCal or MobileMe then they show up on the iPad.  Are you using a Mac or MobileMe?

  • How do you change the color of a MobileMe calendar group?

How do you change the color of a MobileMe calendar group?

Are you using MobileMe? If not, the colors do not match unless you implement the rather painful workaround of loading the calendars one at a time, in the order that the iPhone assigns them (red, orange, blue, green, purple).

  • How to change colors in calendars in ios7

I find I can change colors on the Exchange account (gmail) but not the regular gmail account. I do not use iCloud for cals.
In exchange there is an info button (i with a circle around it), this is where colors can be chosen at will.
In gmail there is no way to make this choice.
A problem, since I have several daylong events in a dark color that are obscuring, viz masking, hour long appointments due to the color schemes that cannot apparently be changed.
    is this true?
    Thx
PS: I've read that exchange has been deprecated as an account type and that "Gmail" is the preferred option for google calendars, etc. Is that true? Will Gmail accounts push notifications the way Exchange did?

    Precisely the point.
Exchange (run through native Apple Cal.) gives these options.
    Gmail (ditto) doesn't.
My understanding is that now the preference is to use Gmail over Exchange, which is no longer supported by google.
I've experienced problems syncing with Exchange but not with Gmail (some calendars do others don't sync in E.)—maybe for this reason, I don't know. I currently combine where needed and possible so that I have the color option, which to me is worth the slight inconvenience of running two different Gmail calendars at the same time.
It sounds like you don't use either just iCloud for syncing calendars, so I may open another thread to ask about this situation. thanks.

  • Change colors in the calendar

I saw that there is the possibility to change color to present a variety of calendars.
My webcal in particular should be on existing services WEBCAL, eg, the lunar calendar.
I change color, but every time my iPad or iPhone sync, returns the default color!
    What can I do?

Yep, I just noticed this behavious on my iPhone 4 as well. Built-in calendars ("On My iPhone") stay locked in their colours, but subscribed calendars keep changing theirs. It's quite annoying.

  • How to change color of Exchange calendar on iPhone?

I have an Exchange calendar (and a few delegate calendars) on iCal in 10.6. My main calendar is on my iPhone as well, but I can't seem to choose the color, and I can't stand the red that seems to be the default (it's actually not so bad on the iPhone, but I want it the same color as on my Mac and I don't want lots of red all over iCal. I know how to change the calendar color in iCal, just not on iPhone (for an Exchange calendar, that is. Non-Exchange calendars seem to follow whatever colors are set in iCal.)
Thanks for whatever folks can tell me!
    -David

This seems to be an ongoing issue as I have the same issue with my itouch. From this thread it seems the newer updates now automatically lock your gmail calendar to whatever color you chose from your PC. Change the color on your PC calendar and the color on your mobile device will match it. Would love to figure out a way to change the color on my itouch to anything I want, but it is now greyed out under the options to change the color.
    https://discussions.apple.com/message/11820220#11820220
I am perplexed as I used to have the option to change my gmail calendar color from within my itouch as I do with both my outlook exchange account and my yahoo account. What gives?

  • How do I change the color of a subscribed calendar?

How do I change the color or a subscribed calendar?
I can right-click the calendar in the sidebar in iCal, choose Get Info and change the color patch, but iCal returns an error and will not change the color.
The error states that "Access to account "iCloud" is not permitted. The server responded "403" to operation CalDAVSetPropertyQueueableOperation."
I have also tried changing the color offline, but that doesn't work either.
    Steve.

Thanks Austin. I know of one place where you can, which is during the process of first subscribing to the shared calendar. The import dialog shows the calendar's color and you can change it at that point.
I found this out only after posting my question, and it doesn't really provide a solution to my question; but your answer does seem to support my intial observation.

  • TS3999 When using iCloud Calendar, I am unable to change the color of my work calendar. I have successfully followed the instructions to reset the colors of other calendars as desired. However, this one calendar always defaults to purple.  Help!

When using iCloud Calendar, I am unable to change the color of my work calendar. I have successfully followed the instructions to reset the colors of other calendars as desired. However, this one calendar always defaults to purple.  Help!

File>New Calendar to create a new calendar (Groups are for grouping calendars and I should ignore them). When you've created the calendar, control-click on it in the sidebar and choose 'Get Info' There you can select a colour. You can have as many calendars as you like. When you create a new event you can select the calendar it belongs to, and hence the colour it has.

  • Calendar Appointments Unexpectedly Changing Color

In our office we are using Outlook 2010 (v14.0.7116.5000) with Exchange accounts on Exchange Server 2010 (v14.02.0387.000), and we share calendars between staff members.  We have specifically assigned category colors for certain appointments.
We have one shared calendar where appointments will randomly change color.  The appointments are always red on this calendar when viewed from the owner's account.  But when other staff members view this shared calendar, the appointments will sometimes
turn yellow (even though the category still says red.)  This issue seems to appear at random, surfacing for a few days and then returning to normal.  The color changing only affects certain users at any one time, as the appointments will appear yellow
for certain staff and then red for others.  And this issue is isolated to only one shared calendar; we have no issues with the 30+ other shared calendars.  Any ideas what could be going only?
    Any help is greatly appreciated!
    -Anthony

    Hi Anthony,
There is no feature in Exchange side to manage calendar view in Outlook. Since the issue only happens to one specific shared calendar and specific users, I suggest we can ask a question in
    Outlook form
    for further troubleshooting.
Personal suggestion, please start the specific users' Outlook in safe mode to have a try.

  • Changing color of calendar

The ical help says to click the info button at the right bottom corner of the ical window to change color of calendar but there is no info button. Nor is there an option to change color in any of the ical windows ie file, edit, etc. Any suggestions?

    Mudplay,
Select a calender on the left side of your iCal window, control click it to get the contextual menu & select "Get Info", click on the color sample dropdown to the right of the name & drag it down to "Other". From there, select any color you want & control its shade or value with the slider bar.
    Hope this helps.

  • Why are my calendars changing colors?

This has been happening occasionally over the past 6 months: the various calendars I have created in Calendar suddenly change colors from what I set. I can go in and reset them, but the reset doesn't stick; the next time I open Calendar, the calendar events have changed to bizarre colors again. Then in a week or two, as suddenly as it started, the color changes stop and all is normal again.
This does NOT affect my iCloud-synced iPhone or iPad calendars - their colors are what I originally intended. I am running the latest version of Mountain Lion, 10.8.5.

I just had the same problem.  I went to the iCloud to change the colors back, but they would automatically change back.
    Here's what I did:
    1.  Take your calendars offline in iCal
    2.  Export the calendars that change color to the desktop
    3.  Delete the calendars from both the iCloud and iCal
    4.  Create new calenders in iCal making them the color you want
    5.  Import the calendars from the desktop int your new calenders
    6.  Put your Calendars back online to sync with iCloud
    Good luck!

  • Icloud Calendar changes color

On my iPhone 4S (6.1.3) subscribed calendars change color back to owners preset color. Macbook and browsers work properly.
I can change the color to my favortite, but few seconds later it changes back. Rebooting the iPhone, deleting third party calenders didn't help.
    Any solutions?
    Have a nice day, amo

My apologies.  I should have added that I had read and followed instructions on all 3 of the troubleshooting pages (Lion, iCloud, and iOS).  I always try to solve the problem before I write.
I fiddled with it more today and at the moment it seems to be working.  It appears that I have to go into Calendar on the iPhone to make any changes that will keep.  That is a bit of a drag since I actually use WeekCal on my phone.  So later today I will probably remove and reinstall the app.
With that being the case I think I know what might have started this cascade of problems, but would take too long to write here.  I will continue to mess with it and probably be able to get it working.  I think I need to turn off icloud and erase the calendars from my iPhone so it sees the Mac as the main source of the calendars again.
    Thanks anyway for your suggestions.
