Before you change country make sure you have downloaded and backed up any purchases from your previous country's store. You will not be able to re-download them again once you change countries and it won't be easy to change countries to the previous one once you lose your payment method for the former country (as well as a wait period). As long as you have them on your computer you will be okay.

I'm having a similar problem, but I do have the key and is not working anyway.
My old pc was running on windows 7 and my new one is an apple running on Lion.
My phone is an Iphone IV and I can see all the bookmarks there.
In order to sync, what I did was click on the "I don't have the device with me", I entered the key that was provided and the process finish ok. It says congratulations, etc, etc.
But the bookmarks are not there, I tried merging data and replacing data on this computer options but is the same.
Any suggestions?

It sounds like you are no longer getting text messages becuase your Apple ID is still using your phone number for iMessage. I would use these steps to unlink your phone number from your account:
Unlink a phone number
To remove a phone number from an Apple ID, sign out of FaceTime and Messages on your iPhone:
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
Settings > FaceTime. Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
This should remove your phone number from other devices using the same Apple ID with FaceTime and Messages. If the phone number is still available on other devices after you sign out of FaceTime and iMessage on the iPhone, you may need to sign out of iMessage and FaceTime on all your devices, then sign in to FaceTime and Messages again on devices you want to use.
Note: If you no longer have access to the iPhone that is using the number you want to remove, reset your Apple ID password.

Why can't change country in my account

I have register an account for apple ID. I changed another country to purchase some in the app store but now I can't change back the country that I registered. How to change back the country? I have tried to change it many many many times in the "setting".

I just did it such as you given step.
Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID
Tap your ID
Tap View Apple ID
Enter your password
Go to country/region in the popup window to change the store.
Then I key in the fully local address that I selected country, such as street, post code etc., yes it is including tel no too. For example, change to china, it is fully china local address, change to Taiwan it is local address too. But now I can't change it back, because after change all information, I fail at the last step, after tap the "next", it is doesn't has any respond, the dialog box is plain and disappear.
Though I have change the country not success , but the App Store has changed, it's really funny. But I can't purchase any from the App Store, it told me must change to the stuck country before I purchases. That's means I can't come back to my country or go any country.
I hope u can understand what I mean.

How do I "Change country with this account" with a family share plan

I have a family that is international. We have two accounts, one each in a different country! wife and I. Both accounts have many books, music apps and lots of iTunes credit still on account. . While trying to set up the new family plan, I keep getting error messages. When I click on the invite email, I get this message: Cannot Join This Family. Which is crazy. Then, thinking it must be because I was still on the same device, I just set up OS8 on another device, and tried it again, with another error now coming up that says I have to Change the Country with this account. The iTunes stores in different countries are entirely separate. You can only use an iTunes store credit in the country in with it was created and purchased content cannot be shared across countries. Family sharing groups must be country-specific, using iTunes store credits for purchases only within that country, and sharing purchases that were made in that country. itunes wont let me change the country because of 0.06EUR that are still left from a gift coupon i used
it says i have to use all the credits before i can change country and how can i do that when there is nothing you can purchase for 0.06EUR and i cant add money from my credit card because i need to change the country to put my billing infos!

To change the iCloud ID on your phone, first save your photo stream photos to your camera roll (if not already there) by opening the my photo stream album, tapping Edit, tap the photo thumbnails, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the changed ID. This deletes the account and your iCloud data from your phone, but not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account, your iCloud data will reappear on your phone when you sign back in.

I have created an Azure account using our 365 credentials and left US selected as the country. I need to make this a UK account.
It seems that you cannot change the country after creating the account.
How can I delete this account so I can create a new one?

I set settings:

Now I see in the logs only the fact of a connection via SSH and run processes on behalf of users. Creation. delete users, change passwords for some reason do not is logged.
Many users. For each individual write permissions in the file /etc/security/audit_user not possible, it is likely to forget any new user (or there is a possibility in this file one line to describe the audits for all accounts?)

You are most likely hitting Bug 15779000 user/role/groupadd/mod/del don't audit their use.
And the fix is only available in S11.2.

I have been downloaded a lot of apps from Mac Store, but I had done a mess with a lot of accounts... Every time that I want to upgrade an app I must sign out one account and sign in with another one (I believe I have 4 accounts).
I want to "transfer" all apps to only one account, my developer one.
How can I do that?

Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs.
