Change country in appleID

How to change country in appleID with 0.84$ solde?!!
I guess the second question is how to delete my 0.84$ on my apple account

The only way to get that small remaining balance removed is to submit a request to iTunes Customer Service.
Once the balance is zero, you will be able to change country and submit your new billing information.

Cannot download pervious purchased app after change country my AppleID registered..
How could I get app updates without change country back to origional country where I purchased app.?
I have purchased lots apps on 2 country by same AppleID.
It does not make sense to change the country setting.
Due to in some country, iTunes online store only offer music/movies but NO TV show.
So I change registered country of my AppleID to US store.
Now I could purchased HD/1080p movies/TV shows, but cannot get app updates on iTunes which I purchased on pervious country.

You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country...

  • HT1311 apple id change country

I've moved countries and I need to update my appleID so it works in the UK. Please help.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
Click on your account name in the top right corner of the iTunes store in the iTunes application on your computer, enter your password and click the "view account" button. Navigate to the Apple ID summary where you have the option to "change country or region".
In order to change your location, you will need a credit card registered to an address in the location you are trying to change to.
You cannot change your location if you have credit on your account, if you are unable to spend your credit and leave a balance of zero, contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support.

  • Clearing outstanding debt and changing country

I recently updated all of my banking infomation transferring all my details from the UK to France. As a consequence I no longer have a bank account associated with a UK address.
Between my details being transferred to France I made a purchase on the UK iTunes Music Store totalling £15.98. Payment was eventually declined as the address on ITMS (old UK address) no longer matched the address associated with my credit card (new french address).
I have since tried to update my details on ITMS, Apple Store and Apple ID. Whilst Apple Store and AppleID have accepted my new address and payment information on ITMS my details are caught in an infinite loop of rejection - I can't clear my debt  by updating my credit card information becausse my card is no longer associated with a UK address and ITMS refuses to let me change country without clearing my debt.
I've contacted Apple Suppport but have yet to receive any reply.

  • How to change country on itunes store settings?

So i am from costa rica and i opened my Apple ID while i was in CR, now i live in NYC and i want to have access to the US store thru my account without having to open a new account or i might lose my apps and settins.
When i go and change country store it asks me to log in again.
    HELP!

I do not think that is possible, new country, new account. I will admit that I am not 100% sure so .... wait for others.

  • I have changed country (which was a painful process in its own right) and now can't find my purchases, and when I try to download them again (as per the instructions) they no longer are available - how do I get them back??

Where do I find my hundreds of dollars of downloads I have done since 2005? I move countries for work regularly and now Iphones detect that you are not in the home country and make life very difficult, so you have to either register the new country and download all new songs again (a complete waste of time and energy) or not be able to update the Apps on the phone. Help - there must be an easier way!! (??) I took what I thought was the least painful option and changed country so I could get the apps on my phone, but lost my songs. This is pathetic for a the new Global world we live in...

"Where do I find my hundreds of dollars of downloads I have done since 2005?"
They will only be where you put them  If you are doing the very basics, then they will be on your computer and they will be in your backup copy of your computer.
The itunes store is not global at all, never has been. You cannot redownload your content from another country.  You can only use the countrys itunes store for the country that you are physically located.

  • Change country - same Apple ID

There are four things that I do not understand about the problems faced when changing countries (France to the UK in my case) with the same Apple ID.
    1. I understand from this site and others that I am obliged to repurchase my apps.
Why? - when I move, I don't leave everything behind (furniture etc) and repurchase?
    2. I can view all my previous purchases in the iTunes Store for my iOS devices: when updates are downloaded, I notice the purchase date changes to the update date. So it seems that I CAN take my apps with me after all (... though I assume if I were to delete one of them I would have to repurchase? Is that how it works?)
    3. The above does not apply to the Mac App Store: only purchases made AFTER I changed countries show up.
    4. In the Mac App Store, older apps not in my purchase list sometimes won't update: my Mac says that an update is available but the 'install' it is greyed out. But other older apps update just fine.
I do not understand what is going on and would appreciate some advice, please:
    A. why is there no general refund policy if the apps won't update when I change country? Do I have to contact each app provider and ask them for a refund in turn?
    B. does anyone know which apps upgrade OK and which ones don't under the cirtcumstances described? - is there any general rule to tell me?
Thanks in advance for your help,
    Nick

    Go to this link:

After signing in to your iTunes account, on the Apple Account Information page, click Change Country or Region. Enter the updated information and save your changes.

  • [Microsoft Store][Profile][Billing] How Do I Change Country/Residence for Microsoft Account? Editing Your Microsoft Account Profile for Microsoft Store. SOLVED: Change Home Location

    Hello,
I am experiencing problems with using my Microsoft Account for billing and purchasing apps in Windows store.
I am using my old WLID that I've created several years ago, and I have obsolete information including my country residence there. Now when I go to
    https://billing.microsoft.com, I see that I have 2 profiles:
    Personal profile: US
    Business profile: Russia.
Now the problem is that I want my personal profile be changed to Russia as well. Having US in the profile makes it impossible to make purchases from Microsoft Store because Store does not allow for changing country when making purchases via PayPal.
    Currently I have this information:
I need the Country/Residence information to be changed to Russia. How do I do that?
    I am stuck.
How do I change country for my Microsoft Account?
If it's not possible, would I be able to continue using my Microsoft Account with old residence/country information while making purchases through a new Microsoft account where I have specified my current residence?
Or is it the same as with Windows Phone 7:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2692008
If yes, do I understand that I have to start all my 'virtual living' from scratch to use Microsoft Store? In other words, do I have to sign-in into Windows 8 with a new Microsoft Account that will have Russia specified as a Country/Region to purchase apps
    from Microsoft Store?
If yes, can I use this new account only for purchasing apps while continuing to use my old account or all purchased apps are strictly tied to this new Microsoft Account I will use for purchasing?
    Thank you.
Well this is the world we live in And these are the hands we're given...

    Hello,
    Thanks to
this post @ Microsoft Answers, I was able to make Microsoft Store use correct information of my current country residence.
//The drawback in my case was that I lost the possibility to pay with Paypal, although Paypal supports payments in Russia, and, most importantly, I lost access to US marketplace, all comments/reviews are now in Russian. What a bummer! Honestly, I'd
like to have access to US store... Seems like the only workaround it to switch Home location for the time I purchase an app and change back when the app is purchased.
To change the Country/region data used for Payment and Billing in Microsoft Store,
Press WindowsKey+W to show Start screen and focus on searching in
    Settings.
Type 'region' (without quotes) and open Region dialog box when found.
In the Region dialog switch to Location tab and change the country of choice in the
    Home location drop-down list.
Click OK to apply changes and make them effective.
Open Store and press WindowsKey+I to show settings charms then choose
    Your account.
In the Your account screen click Add payment method to configure your payment settings that will be used for purchasing apps from Windows Store.
    Notice Country/region value has changed.
This country will be specified in Country/residence within Payment and Billing in Microsoft Store app.
Well this is the world we live in And these are the hands we're given...

  • How do I change country?

I am trying to make a purchase. My current account is set to Norway but I have moved to the UK. Even when I *try* to change my country, iTunes store does not allow me to make the purchase with the new card details.
--> How do I change country?
--> Do I need to open an entirely new account?
The box that pops up: "You are signed with an Apple ID that is not valid for use in the UK Store.  You may only purchase music from the Norwegian Store with this Apple ID."

    Djohannson,
Assuming you are now physically in the UK, go to the home page of the iTunes Store, use the change country link to change to the UK, and then to payment information to enter your new billing credentials that are tied to your UK address.
If you have any remaining credit balance in the Norway store, you must first ask iTunes Customer Service to clear it out before you do the above.

  • Changed country on Apple ID, now unable to buy from App Store!

    Hi all,
As many other users, I was using multiple Apple IDs for a long time, confused about which on to use when and so on.
I decided to tidy myself up, by focusing on one Apple ID and to use for all programs, and updating my correct address and facts and so on.
When I first created this Apple ID I lived in Hong Kong, and now I wanted to change the address to my Swedish one.
After doing so, the country is changed when I log in to my Apple ID, but not when I try to use App Store. It still recommends me the Hong Kongese software and apps on hot lists and top lists.
Worse still, I have to put in my payment info again. When entering the same Visa card as I used before, App Store will say:
The payment card you entered is not valid in Hong Kong. Please provide a valid payment card for Hong Kong.
Hence, by changing country for my Apple ID, I am effectively banned from using both App Store and iTunes Store.
How is this? Any thoughts on what to do?
(It was over 24 hours since I changed the information, so it should have been registred/updated by now)

Thanks a lot. I didn't know where to change this info, and found it to be in App Store --> Store --> View my account.
It can not be done by logging in at one's Apple ID in a web browser, which is a bit strange.

  • Accessing US store from non US teritory: instead of disabling ID, Apple should warn us to change country then honor our pass purchases

Apple lately had disabled many its iTunes US stores for accessing the store while they are not in US teritory.  This practice had made its customers unable to access the iTunes iCloud, upgrading the apps both for the apps for the iOS or the software that we purchased for our Mac through the App Store.  In my case, I lost $1000+ of my digital assets suddenly.
Here are my suggestion for Apple for its customer who are accessing US store from Outside US:
AA. "Disalowing New Purchase" With the ability of looking thru IP address when we plan to purchase, Apple should warn any new purchase from US customer who are not in US at the time of new purchases.
BB. "Ask the customer to change country in the setting" then they can purchase any available items for that country.  But still their past purchased should be honored.
I hope Apple give solution instead penalizing suddenly its paying customers.

  • Cannot change country on My Adobe profile

Recently moved countries as one does in the 21st century. Bought a new Adobe product, registered it and then remembered i needed to change addresses on My Adobe ID, only to find this is not possible.
Went to Adobe Contact page went through to a Live Agent who promptly looked at my query then hung up saying thank you for contacting us and please leave your comments. Was unable to leave comments. They must have a profanity filter.
Then called Adobe. Well, tried to call Adobe. Then called them again. Different number. After pressing more buttons than i care to remember i was transferred back to what i assume is the same call center that i was texting earlier. I held for 10 minutes whilst they looked into it only to be told that it is not possible to change your country and that i would have to create a new account. Which means i need to use a new email address.
Googled it. Seems it's true. Seriously?!
Come on Adobe. Great products but absolutely rubbish help/contact/website.

Same story for me. I tried to change country on their 'chat'..... seems as though they deliberately misunderstand and dodge the issue until they hang-up. I'm trying to change from UK to Norway (still in the same region)... Their stock response is to open a new ID (and lose all your serial numbers, preferences and history). No thank you.
Adobe, you are a global company. We are global customers. As biggreenmouse reminded you: this is the 21st century.

  • Unable to change country... How do i change it???

What you could do is create a Austrian account to make purchases from the Austrian ps store, and only to make purchases.
Continue playing using your Hungarian account. You will have no problems with dlc compatibility, and as long as both accounts are on the console, both accounts can play the games.
You could also check if there are any online providers of forint psn cards, and finance your Hungarian account using these. This is the best option if you have a Vita.

Helo everyone. I am permanently moved to another country (from Hungary to Austria) , but the problem is that i cant change my country in my account setings. I cant buy stuff, cant download, cant add funds to wallet. I want to change my billing information but if i cant change country i cant use my credit card... What should i do? Create another PSN account, but i have a lot if stuff on my current....
