Change country of Foreign Customer

D/ friends,
A foreign customer was created with country as IN. Now when we are changing the country the system is giving warning message as given below and not allowing to save:
u201CCheck the data and processes dependent on the new country
Message no. F2290
Diagnosis
You have changed the country in the address of a customer or vendor.
Procedure
To make sure that the country-specific data is consistent, and the dependent processes are carried out without errors, you have to check the master and transaction data (for example, open items) of the customer or vendor concerned with regard to the new country, for example:
u2022     External data
o     Address data
o     Bank details
o     Tax data
o     Reporting data (for example, based on foreign trade laws and regulations)
u2022     Internal data
o     Reconciliation account
o     Payment method
o     Payment conditions
o     Cash management and forecast data

You can define when this system message is to be issued in accordance with your requirements.
You do this in Customizing as follows: Cross-Application Components -> Bank Directory -> Change Message Control.

Its a warning message, it informs you the details need to checked.
Once you do change it will give the message, press enter and Then SAVE the master.
Again it will give a warning message press ENTER it will get saved.

    Assuming you are now physically in the UK, go to the home page of the iTunes Store, use the change country link to change to the UK, and then to payment information to enter your new billing credentials that are tied to your UK address.
    If you have any remaining credit balance in the Norway store, you must first ask iTunes Customer Service to clear it out before you do the above.

  • Accessing US store from non US teritory: instead of disabling ID, Apple should warn us to change country then honor our pass purchases

    Apple lately had disabled many its iTunes US stores for accessing the store while they are not in US teritory.  This practice had made its customers unable to access the iTunes iCloud, upgrading the apps both for the apps for the iOS or the software that we purchased for our Mac through the App Store.  In my case, I lost $1000+ of my digital assets suddenly.
    Here are my suggestion for Apple for its customer who are accessing US store from Outside US:
    AA. "Disalowing New Purchase" With the ability of looking thru IP address when we plan to purchase, Apple should warn any new purchase from US customer who are not in US at the time of new purchases.
    BB. "Ask the customer to change country in the setting" then they can purchase any available items for that country.  But still their past purchased should be honored.
    I hope Apple give solution instead penalizing suddenly its paying customers.

  • Unable to change country's name

    Hi,
    I have moved to India from UK, and was trying to purchase Photoshop from Adobe page. The payment details page asks for change of country, and to change it to any other apart from UK, I need to call a toll free number. But the number is coming invalid, and I am not able to find a proper email ID where I can ask the customer service. Please help anyone ! Thanks.

    because a friend in belgium sent me a gift certificate with which i bought music. i live in USA. the gift certificate was an irregular amount, and i ended up with a small credit. i can't shop in the USA store without using the credit. but i can't use the credit alone b/c it is too small an amount. can't use my credit card because it is not valid in belgium! can't change country on credit card page...and the hampster wheel goes around. in 2 years i have yet to have a customer service rep. solve this problem. and i desperately want to shop, but can't! i will be so grateful fofr any ideas.

    How small of a credit are you talking, here?

    I am stuck with my account and cannot download or buy apps as I have moved to another country. Catch is I have .85c balance in my account and will not allow me to change country unless its 0. Really guys?

    The only way to get rid of that balance is to submit a request to iTunes Customer Service.  They can zero it out, and then you can change country.

    The only way to get that small remaining balance removed is to submit a request to iTunes Customer Service.
    Once the balance is zero, you will be able to change country and submit your new billing information.

    NWBC< you need to use PFCG
    1.     Go to transaction PFCG  Enter Role as u201CSAP_EMPLOYEE_ESS_WDA_1u201Dand then click on display icon Navigate to Roles tab.
    2.     Navigate to u201CMenuu201D tab.
    You can do so by changing sotr_edit too.

    Nathaliee,  the only way to get rid of that annoying little balance is to contact iTunes Customer Service via their web page.

    I downloaded over a few hundred songs when i was living in NZ, but have since moved to Australia.  I have changed country regions and would now like to download all my past purchases from NZ.  How can i do this?
    I am using a different laptop in Australia to the one i used in NZ, but still have same Apple user ID.

    We are currently in the same situation as you.  Seems we have been "Spoofed",,,, e-mails "TO" us and also sent "From" us.... Both to and from using our old <xxxxxx.mac.com> address.  We are getting about 15 of the e-mails a day.  All from some version of "Med Store",, "Great Medical Store",, "Erect Meds Cheap",, and other variations of same.... Each one has a different "Link" in the text, but we never launch them.
    The amazing part is that for the past six weeks they all indicate that they originate from a different address.  Some foreign and some from US addresses.  So, we cannot write a "Rule" banning the originating address.
    We did write a "rule" that send them to "Junk" and forwards each one to <[email protected]>.
    Anyway,,,, we are ready to change our address, but are in the same "can't be done easily boat" as you.
    Seems we have to start all over and establish an entirely new Apple Account.  (Our old one will remain out in cyberspace forever)..... Seems strange.....
    Our reluctance remains with stuff like our Calendars, Notes, iTunes, Apple Store purchases, etc......
    We have posted questions here and on MacRumors, but seem to never get good answers.....  Most say just "live with it" and maybe it will stop.
    And like you we found out about using Alias' to late... shame on us....
    Very confusing and frustrating.....Still open for any input....
