Change Data Source not showing tables (in the taget drop down) that begin with "SYSTEM"

I am trying to change the data source to a database table that is named someschema.SYSTEM_XXX_XXX but none of my tables that are named SYSTEM_....... are in the combo box list of the taget tables (Change Data Source) dialog. I have tried this on several database with the same results. Are you filtering out tables that begin with system ?

This issue has been resolved in the latest hot fix for CR4E. You can download the latest version of the hot fix by following these steps: <ol><li>Go under the Help menu</li><li>Select the option Software Updates -> Manage Configuration</li><li>Expand the tree until you see Crystal Reports for Eclipse 1.0.1.v671 (or similar)</li><li>Highlight this entry and select the Scan for Updates option in the window on the right.</li></ol> This will allow you to update to the latest version which is currently 1.0.2.v795 Please let me know if this fix does not resolve the issue outlined in this thread. Unknown PC icon showing up in the shared drop down menu - a hacker?

There is an unknown PC "kirkshp" showing up in the shared drop down menu, that makes me worried. I have shut off my bluetooth, and airport connection for now but would like to know how this PC is connecting and how to eliminate this in the future.
Have seen many posts with this problem, but not a comparable situation as I don't even have wireless router in house - I am hooked in via ethernet but use airport when out of my studio.
Just want a simple, if temporary solution until I can learn more about network security - any wisdom out there? I would so appreciate it, thanks!

I think by Shared you mean the Shared Section in the Finder Window's Sidebar. If that's the case what you're seeing is probably because
(1) either you've joined an unsecured wireless network or
(2) your wireless network is unsecured and that person has joined your network
(3) both of you are using a freely available public wireless network
(4) your network is secured but has a weak password
(5) your network is secured with a password which has been broken
(6) your network is secured but you've given the user you're seeing the password
If (4) and (5) is the case change the password. If (6) perhaps you've forgetten? Perhaps the PC you're 'seeing' is named in a way you don't recognize as the person you gave the password to?
If (2) force users to require a password to join your network or disable the option that broadcasts your wireless network's name. That way no-one 'sees' your wireless network 'announcing' itself as such. The only way to join the network would be to manually enter its name which you would have to know in the first place. You do this using your gateway/router's web interface. Assuming your gateway/router supports this option?
If (1) you're probably looking at the person's PC whom the network belongs to.
As long as you don't enable Personal File Sharing, unrestricted SSH access or VNC then at best all they can do is 'see' another PC that happens to be connected to the same network. If you have enabled Personal File Sharing 'beef' up your passwords and begin to restrict which user/account is allowed access to Public Folders. Can you actually connect to that PC? Or is all you can do is 'see' it?
I actually don't see any of this as a 'problem'. For me this is how this part of the OS is supposed to work. Macs announce/broadcast themselves on P2P Networks using a variety of protocols - Bonjour/Rendezvous, NetBios etc. PCs do something similar. You may also find the PC that you can 'see' is not actually a PC but a Router/Gateway/Firewall. Some Thompson Gateways for example broadcast themselves as a 'PC'.

Are you sure you understand the Cloud License concept?
You are entitled to keep Photoshop CC and install Photoshop CC 2014, so CC 2014 is not connected with additional costs and the time it takes to install the new version of Photoshop should not be that much of a imposition, should it?

Oracle Data Source not showing proposal fields

Hi, I need to create a DB Connect - Oracle Data Source. I go to the table / view matchcode, and I find the view we created for this data source, and in Proposal it doesn't bring any fields. I press the refresh button, and nothing happens.
Any idea what this could be??

Change the data in the Flat file for Date field in the format YYYYMMDD. Then try viewing the Preview.
If it still shows error message like your system format does not match, Check the System date format, you can check in SU01-->defaults tab, change the data in the flat file with your system format and check.

I would just explain that this just started happening, that nothing has changed on the phone, that it is an original iPhone and I wondered if they are implementing a change in coverage with their Edge network in my area.
If you restore your phone, you will be given an option to back up your phone at the beginning of the process (see step 6 here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414). You will be given the option to restore to that backup at the end of the restore process. Your messages are stored in the backup so restoring to the backup will return the messages to your phone. I think the question pretty well summed it up. I selected full screen mode from the "firefox" drop-down box at the top left, but once in full screen mode, the drop-down box is not available. How do I get back to the standard view??

Press the F11 key to toggle into and out of full screen mode.
Or, move the mouse pointer to the top of the screen and right-click the "+" (new tab) button, or in a blank area of the tab bar, or in a blank area after the address box, and exit full screen mode from the context menu.

ODBC data sources not showing up in datasource selection list

when I go to change datasources for a report, newly created ODBC connections do not show up. I noticed they are all in the odbc.ini file and listed under ODBC in the machine directory/software folder in the registry but not under the current user/software/odbc registry folder. Where does Business Objects/Crystal reports cache this information?

OK, then how do I set up a connection pool for a SQL Server database? At some point, I have to configure a connection pool. In the Call Interface dropdown, isn't ODBC the proper choice? Then, in the Data Source name dropdown, I should get some entries, right?

The only thing you might do is enable Lost Mode, which will allow you to set a passcode on it (as well as a message and phone number where you can be reached) so it will be locked when and if it does go online. You can also receive an email informing you if it goes online so you can track it on icloud.com. See http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmfc0f0165.
In the meantime, you may want to change your passwords.

Supported printers not showing up in printer device drop down list

I'm new to Mac so hopefully this is a problem that has been solved a hundred times over.
I have a Canon i960 and an HP LaserJet 1012. Both Canon and HP state that Tiger 10.4.6 have built in drivers to support the printers. When I plug either printer in directly to the mbp, both are recognized immediately and work great.
The problem is that I still use two Windows PC's in the house and the printers are both connected to the PC. I can share the Printers from the PC, and the mbp can see both of them, but the printer setup asks me to choose the device type, and neither of my printers show up in the list. I went out and bought a print server thinking I could solve the problem that way, and have the same problem... the device list does not display the i960 or the 1012.
Not sure why I can plug the printers directly into the MacBook Pro and they are recognized immediately as the correct printer and they load the proper driver, but when the printers are shared (either through Windows or through the print server), I cannot select the proper printer from the device list, and therefore cannot print to the printers.

Close to zero non-postscript drivers provided by manufacturers are capable of Windows/network printing. You need CUPS drivers for network printing. For the laserjet, you can install hpijs and ESP ghostscript from:

For the Canon, the only known CUPS drivers are from: http://www.printfab.net

New bookmarks no longer show up on the bookmarks drop down list. How do I fix?

That should work the same way. However, you might want to check "Unsorted Bookmarks" to see whether they are in there. This can be found at the bottom of the Bookmarks Sidebar (Ctrl+b to open).

I inadvertently typed in a wrong account number which now shows up in the Account # drop down box. Is there some way that I can clear this (or all) entry and still let Firefix remember search and form entry? Thanks Mike Callahan

The Scottrade web sight requires an account number as well as a password to log in. I inadvertently typed in an incorrect number and would like to eliminate it from the 'remembered' accounts. My only solution seems to be to turn off Remember Search and Form Entry but that impacts the correct account numbers and all other web sites as well.

I can fax but the date does not show up on the fax, display nor confirmation. need info to fix

Do you have the date/time set on the machine itself? to do so:
Go to the front display of the printer, and ensure the printer's display is on the home screen, if its not, the home light on the upper left will be lit. If so, touch it and it will take you to home, then arrow right once and select settings, scroll down to preferences and select it. At the top you should see date and time, select this and enter in the correct date and time.

The camera raw filter does not show up on the filter drop list on Photoshop CC

I am trying to determine why this is the case. If anyone knows I would appreciate you help. So far everything else seems to work.

Specifically, you won't see the new features just announced until June 17, when Adobe releases Photoshop CC 14.0. Likely you have 13.1, which is current right now.

Data Source not visible in Data Source Tree in 7.0 System

I have a CO_PA Data-Source that I have brought into our Development System from an other R/3 System via RSDS and that all worked fine. Trying to get it into the System via "Replicate Data Source" of the Source System didn't work even do the System showed me in the System_line on the bottom, that it was saving Data-Source etc, while replicating.
The thing is now, that even do I managed to activate my Data Source via RSDS, build a Transformation, and fetcht the Data out of the Source System into PSA, my Data-Source-Tree just show's me a Top-Node called "NEW_HIER_ROOT" for this Source-System but not my Data-Source underneath !!
Can anybody help me on this behaviour of the Data Source Tree ?

HT1347 disc is not showing up in the pull down menu

When I insert a disc to import into iTunes 11.1, it does not show up in the iTunes pull down menu to import the files. Why? You have made import and use of iTunes very difficult by removing the side menu for adding folders and such for easy file transfer between iPhones and iPads. Please consider giving us some easier menus
