Change DB charset questions

I am going to change the DB charset from ZHT16BIG5 to UTF8, however, there is some customised char which have been inputted via ODBC and found to have problem in using JDBC connection instead. Somebody told me that I should change the DB charset to ZHT16MSWIN950 first, here is the questions:
1. do ZHT16MSWIN950 equal to ZHT16BIG5 in the internal code, i.e. the corresponding Chinese char in ZHT16BIG5, say 0xA4A4, is the same in corresponding word in ZHT16MSWIN950 (still 0xA4A4)
2. what is the UDC area of ZHT16MSWIN950, because I have customised words to map, is this area(s) the same as BIG5 specification used in Taiwan for a long time

The new questions show on your account on http://appleid.apple.com ? If they do then try logging out and back into your account on your phone (assuming that is where you are trying to purchase from) and see if the new questions then show on it.

I see there is no way to change the security questions i set up when I first purchased my ipod touch. Software takes you in circles with no help

Another user had success doing the following:
I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
      tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
      "done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
      Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
      should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
      security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
      selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
      should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
      questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

I cant seem to be able to change the secutity questions on my minor daughters itunes account. I set the account up but I do not remember adding the security questions and they do not make sense to me. It says that the alternate account it would be sent to is@ me.com but I can not figure our how to get to it to retreive the email to reset the questions. My daughters account may have recently been hacked so I am trying to change all passwords. We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
The reset link on an account will only show if there is a rescue email address on it, alternate email addresses are different and not used for resetting them. If she has a rescue email address on her account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down this page will give you a reset link on the account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

If you can remember them their current answers you can login here and change them : https://appleid.apple.com , click on 'Manage your Apple ID' and then 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of your account's page
If you can't remember their answers and you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

When I try to buy an app it ask for these questions and I thought I knew the answer but I guess not. So it said forgot answer ? Send email to [email protected] and that email doesn't even existed is what I just found out today. Possible to change the charset of a Web Dynpro Application ?

Does anyone knows if this is possible ? To be able to change the charset of a Web Dynpro application or even changing it dynamically ? Thank you.

Sorry for not elaborating further again (This is getting to be a habit ;p).
I have the document on "international of wed dynpro application" but it appears to be more on customising the label fields to reflect the corresponding text in different languages. This is indeed a very cool idea. However, the reason why I am asking if it is possible to change the charset is because (do correct me if I am wrong)I need to display japanese and english characters and to do that I need to change the charset so that Web Dynpro can have them displayed properly. Is this assumption correct ?
I have actually log a CSN ticket on this query as well and this is the reply "...... My understanding is that with Web Dynpro Java being based on Unicode, we don't need to charset settings. One should be able to display both Japanese and other characters in parallel, automatically, without problem."
