Change default document date ?

Hi guru,
When posting material docs in t-code such as MB1A, MB1C, document date is defaulted from current system date.
I want to change the document date to be suggested from an add-on table.
I've investigated MB* enhancements without fruitful results.
Any good idea ?

Mankyoo Kim

Hi,
We can assign ship-to party to selection screen.
IMG>SD>Sales>Lists>Set Updating Of Partner Index
Click on new entries
Transaction group "0", partner function "SH" and save it.
Goto VA05 T.Code, click on partner functions tab. you will get pop-up window. choose "SH" and press enter
you will get ship-to party filed in selection screen.

Chandra

  • Question for customs "Define rules for default document data"

    Hello all,
we would like to set up the data for AES. We set the country of origin, as you can see on the below screenshot.
The problem is that the country of origin is not forwarded to AES. In the export declaration under the item detail there is an empty field at the country of origin.
What do we have to change in the set up "Define rules for default document data"?
    Thanks in advance.
    Sven Sklarek

    Hi Sven,
Sorry to take the conversation in a different direction, but it's very unusual to propose the Country of Origin (CofO) by default, and not usually accepted by the Customs authority.  Generally the CofO depends on where you obtain the goods.  If that doesn't change much, it's usual to set the CofO on the Material Master record in the ERP system - in that case the value copies automatically into the GTS Export Declaration item.  That is why there is no standard configuration having IT_CUCOO as a Target Field.
Also, in many countries, CofO is not mandatory in the Export Declaration (although always mandatory in the Import Declaration).  You might want to check the situation in your area.

  • Changing Invoice document date

    Hi All,
There is an invoice document which is posted on 27.01.2009 and has an incorrect document date ( 20.01.0009).
Is there a way we can change the document date? i tried looking for SAP Note but was unable to find any..
    Appreciate any help ..
    Thanks & Regards

    Dear,
nevertheless the System allows You to insert:
    BKPF-BLDAT            Document Date
    BKPF-BUDAT            Posting Date
    into table v_tbaer by sm31,
then You will never be able to change these datas for data consistency by FB02.
You have to reverse the wrong document and post it again.
I'd suggest for the future to build up an FI validation to control these dates in order to avoid the user to do the error again.
    I hope this helps.

  • Change Default Document Size Attribute

I understand that I can make a custom attribute that displays the size in KB, MB, etc -
But I want to know how to edit the default Document Size attribute - surely that is possible?

@Steve – you are totally clear what you are doing and what you like to do.
But I fear an automatic setting that is creating the page size according to an asset's size does not exist right now.
I can change the size of a new document beforehand, if no document is open and create a new size in the document's properties dialog with the keyboard shortcut alt + cmd + p (in my German InDesign on Mac OSX 10.7.5). But you have to know in advance what size that should be.
Example: If I chose A3 instead of A4 (my default) when no document is open and double click an asset in a CC Library the asset will be placed in a one page document sized A3.
    1. Changing the size (no document is open) in my German UI of InDesign CC-2014.2:
    2. Double click and the result is according to the settings I made:

  • Changing default due date

    Hi,
I am pretty new in CRM, so this might sound a rather basic question.
We would like to change the default due date of a transaction type SLFN (SRV_CUST_END) from "Start + 3 days" into a constant ('31/12/9999").
Can anyone tell me what transactions (customizing, ...) or functions I have to use to obtain this?
    Thanks a lot.
    Kris

    Hi,
First, for the message type you use, find the date profile , if you use SLFN it is probably SLFN_HEADER.
You then need to tweak your date profile.
To do so go to customizing -> SAP solution manager / scenario specific setting / service desk / service desk / date profile / define date profile.
find your profile (from above)  and click 'date rules' on the left.
add a new entry (new date rule) - the entry to add is UBB0015 - unlimited.
then double click date type (on the left). Select the date type SRV_CUST_END and click the detail (loop) icon.
About a third into the screen, change the date rule from SRV0002 (start + 3 days) to UBb0015.
create a new message, the customer end date will now be 31.12.9999.
    Hope it helps.

  • Change PO document date

    Dear all,
Is there anyway we can change existing PO document date?
    Regards,
    Peck Har

    Hi
It is not possible to change the Document type and Creation date for a PO once the number is generated by the system. Evenif it is held_po we can not do this.
For you solution is to delete the existing PO and go for PO creation in  previous/future date as you wish by entering it in the doucment date field.
    Best Regards

  • In MM03, can you default "document data" tab to "Current Version" ?

I am in MM03, under "Additional Data" on "Document Data" tab.  Can I default the radio button here to "Current Verson" instead of  "All versions"?
    thanks.

    Hello all,
I have a similar question - I have one notification type where the users want the "All Versions" to be the default for the Documents Tab.  However, there are other notification types where the users always want the 'Current Version' selection.  And the document types are available for use on many different notification types.
Does anyone know if this "All Versions" radio button can be controlled at the Document Tab for the Notifications rather than at each Document Type.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Bill Pickett

  • How to change Default document size for CC Library Graphics (InDesign)

    Good morning --
I have just discovered the amazing uses of the CC Library setup in InDesign and would love to be able to use it as a tool to collaborate template galleries amongst coworkers.
I work in an industry that offers many different templates for our Marketing pieces available to the sales team. What we have in place right now is about 50+ different templates in their own packaged files. Now, this isn't all that difficult to maneuver around, but the CC Library has made it so I can "drag and drop" templates into place. This drag & drop feature is easy enough for me to grasp, and with the proper training it should be with the rest of the team (should being the keyword). However, in some cases if you double-click on Library graphic it opens the file in it's own editable file with a custom document size of 8.5x11 Portrait (which I imagine to be the internal InDesign preset).
My questions therefore are when I double click on the library "Graphics" can the document size be anything other than 8.5x11? Can each Graphic have it's own document preset?
    - If I open a file that is set for landscape, all of the "Graphic" falls off of the spread.
    - Some "eblasts" are much longer than 8.5x11 (sometimes as much as 8.5x20), thus knocking some of the "Graphics" into that weird space area.
Please let me know if I am not being a clear enough.
    Thank you!
    Steve

  • How To Change Default Expiration Date for Portal User in Linux and Windows?

    Hello,
I have a couple of environments I recently installed:
    1. Oracle Application Server 10 Release 2 (10.1.2) SEOne on Windows
    2. Oracle Application Server 10g Release 2 (10.1.2) Enterprise Edition on Linux
I heard the portal and orcladmin user passwords will expire in about 60 days. I want to prevent this from happening. How can I set the expiration date to never expire for both these users? Or at least give me some warning?
I heard that you can do this through the Oracle Directory Manager. However, I am unsure as which server to enter on the field. I've used the following:
    <servername>.hostname.com/389
    <DBname>.hostname.com/389
They say 389 is the default port. Since I did not really
    Does anyone have any ideas?

You have the answer in yours hands:
Search for "60 days" in the forum
How can I enfore Password Expiry Without Lockout?
    for instance.
For the servername, it's the name of your server and the port is depending of your platform (have a look to $ORACLE_HOME_INFRA/install/portlist.ini) and
chech the value for: Oracle Internet Directory port

When opening a new invoice, i would like to remove today's date automatically and manually change it into a self-chosen date.
How can i remove SAP's behavior of putting today's date, without too much programming?
    Thx in advance

    Hey,

I make a query trough the generator from table OINV with select * from OINV T0, and i save the query
Then i assign user defined value according to saved query with auto refresh on customer code?
What i get is the date of the first of the month (not empty), and i cant use the agenda to browse for my date...

  • Change default document

Is there a way to change the template that opens when you open logic? I've created my own template but I hate having to open logic and then opening my template rather then just having the default be the template I've created. does that make sense?

Create the template you want and save it as Autoload here:~/Library/Application Support/Logic/Song Templates
