How can I change/edit my Creative Cloud account avatar that appears on th right side of the main toolbar?

WillRegla I am sorry but this a standard icon used for all Users.  We currently do not support customization of this element of your account.

    Yes I have a case number. I have chatted with chat more than 3 times with zero results, and I have also tried calling, but I can't get phone support for BC.
    This email is in response to support case #0210384334
    and I got this from the chat:

    I also got this email below. There's no way to reply to the email to let them know that I'm still having trouble. And when I click this link:

    I get a "413 Header lenght too long" error.

    I noticed you had an educational version of Production Premium CS5 registered.  Unfortunately, the offer pricing is not available to Education, OEM or volume licensing customers as per the terms of the offer: https://creative.adobe.com/plans

    Hi, I have a problem with my Creative Cloud account. It seems like I logged out about a week ago and when I tried to log in again just now I didn't succed as the program said I have logged out of the system. My password is correct, I even changed it, it still does not work. I can log in on the internet though and my subscribtion is paid, I have no idea what to do. Please. Help.

    This is due to the different changes Adobe has gone through and unfortunately I used different emails at certain times.

  • Unable to access my creative cloud account. It request I verify my email, but the email on file is deactivated.

    I've had a Creative Cloud account for over a year now, I recently purchased AE (After Effects) went to download it and I received a message "Verify your e-mail." The e-mail its requesting me to verify has been deactivated, I went into my "manage accounts" and the e-mail address (creative cloud is requesting me to verify) is not  listed as my main nor back up email address. Please help me figure out how can I re-set the my email address for creative cloud, therefore I can download AE.

    If I purchase multiple creative cloud accounts using multiple IDs, will I be able to merge them or transfer them to a Team account or volume licensing account?
    Really excited about CS6, dont want to wait till the Fall...

    The current policy for Adobe IDs is
    I want to merge/delete my account  
                     You cannot merge or delete an account, including an Adobe Volume Licensing (AVL) account, on your own. Contact us to submit your request. Be prepared with your Adobe ID, or IDs if you have multiple accounts.
    I am not sure if that is changing for this release. I am guessing not.

    Instructions to switch from a monthly to an annual plan are covered in Manage your membership and payments | Creative Cloud. Under Membership & Account, see "Change to an annual membership or a full Creative Cloud membership."
