Change font in title-style

Hello! I have finished a project with many titles in it with a specific title-style. now I want to change the font in this style so that it will affect all titles in this project - how do I do it?
By the way - will we ever have a "find and replace" function in premier?

Easiest way would be to create and Save a Style with your new font and any text Effects. Then, open each Title (sorry, no global replace here). Just click the text box, and then click your Style. Instant replacement, except as Harm says, "one by one."

Can anyone help explain how I can change the font size and style (italic for example) of the 3 text entries with a quiz slide.
1. Quiz Name
2. Question
3. Answer
When I create a new quiz the Quiz Name is Arial 22, The Question is Arial 18 and the Answer is Arail 12.
I am pretty sure i must have selected these somewhere - but unable to find where and I need to change these to some new default settings, as I am having to amend each slide as I insert it.

In Captivate 4 you'll have to select one of these items and change the font size, then Apply to All objects of the same type. In Quiz Slides the Question Title caption, Question Text caption, and Question Answer caption are all special types of captions unique to quiz slides. So by changing one and then applying to all, you can do all such items in the quiz easily.
In Captivate 5/5.5 you can achieve the same result by changing the Object Style.

I would to know if it is possible to change to the source and the text of alv.
I have seen that with class CL_SALV_WD_UIE_TEXT_VIEW and method SET_DESIGN, Font size and style in a cell can be changed, but i don´t know how do it and what objects and methods have I to use. Somebody me can write the code necessary to change the style of source of a cell, or row, or of the whole table, please?

I don´t know that I have incorrect, but when executing it shows the column with any data.

Pages Copy & Paste Style Buttons don't change font size and style?

Shouldn't the font size and style also be copied and pasted when I use the buttons to copy & paste the style within a page?

It seems that the description of these buttons in the Help is not clear.
After several attempts, one may understand that they don't apply to attributes inserted "by hand" with cmd + B for instance but to "styles" defined in the Styles drawer.

I haven't used my InDesign in a long time. I have CS5 and I am on a PC using Windows 7.
However, today, I tried to do a few very simple things and I can't!
My stroke menu is greyed out. All I can get is a 1pt black stroke.
Then I tried to type some text, and it's stuck on Minion Pro. The program will not let me change fonts, unless I go in through the menu. I can't use the drop-down box to change font or text size.
Edit: Now I've discovered I can't use either selection tool.
What is happening? Please help!

Could be this: InDesign tools and panels don't respond to mouse clicks (Windows 7/Vista)
or you might need to trash your prefs. See Replace Your Preferences

Compressor changing FONT of titles???

I'm working in HDV. The spot has numerous title cards all done in Optima Bold. Looks great. I export using Compressor to an H-264 for the web ... and the 'font' has changed slightly, no longer Optima (but I have no idea what it is.
I noticed this happening once before. That time I did another export and the 2nd time around the font was correct.
Have you ever heard of this? Any help would be most appreciated.

I have experienced this as well - I think what is happening is that when you export directly from the FCP timeline, Compressor will not interpret the DISTORT setting correctly on TEXT items. I've noticed this when exporting from Anamorphic DV sequences - the text will become squished in the resulting QT. I imagine you're seeing the same thing working in HDV.
The solution is to export a self contained quicktime, then take THAT into Compressor. OR - use a different title generator, other than the deafult FCP TEXT - do you titles in Photoshop, or I think the Boris Title 3D module will work as well.

Cannot change font size when highlighted. All font changes. How do I correct this?

Frustrated as to why when I highlight a single word to change font size or style every word on the page follows the adjustment. I need to be able to change words individually with font, size and color.

I have stopped using Text Edit as I find it flaky. Instead I prefer Bean:

Cannot edit font on titles

cannot change font on titles, no button in view window, no function in drop down font editor.

I am having the same problem. I was able to do it without issue maybe two weeks ago. I guess I updated something without realizing it. Either way, I can't change the font, size, color, etc. That "show fonts" selection brings up the font dialog but nothing I do in there affects the font on my movie.
Side question: I have a credit screen on another project that I really like, but iMovie won't let me copy it and paste it into another project. The background comes over, but the font stays behind.

i am making intro titles.. but now that i have made all the title clips... i really feel i need to change the font style.... also the color .. ( color i can go to the color board after making it to a compound clip..) but to change the font for all the title clips at on go ,,,, what do i do ???

You can make multiple selections of titles and make changes to parameters (like color, font, etc.) and have them apply to all selected titles at once. Use the Text inspector especially if you have varied titles -- it's easier.
Be careful you don't make changes you don't really want to make (changing font and size can bash the formatting of specific types of titles, like lower thirds or some of the bugs.)
If you run into the situation where a value does not appear, for example: you select several titles of all different font sizes, the size slider will look disabled. The slider might be disabled, but you can click and drag up or down on where the number should be to adjust "relative" sizes (you'll see something like +6 or -4, etc.)

Changing the font size and style are typical requirements of all applications. I find it inconceivable that this option is not available from the research and development staff at a company with the expertise of apple. Until they get their act together I have switched to Google Calendars. Those are very cool indeed! Email your daily itinerary to business colleagues and share calendar access with anyone you desire. Also printable or .pdf formats.

It isn't gone, just minimized. The top of the screen should have a thick dark brown bar with "Documents", "Undo", etc. Under that should be a thinner lighter brown bar. Touch that thinner bar and the formatting bar should reappear.
