Change language of Captivate quizz graphical interface

Dear all,
I created a quizz with French interface, I want that all buttons of the interfaces will be automatically translated in by example Portugueze-Brazilian.
By interface I mean «Continue », « validate », « send »… and « result quizz texts »
I search without succces in Preference. I found how to cature new screen in brazilian but no my question.
tryed to updated main quizz slide but after select the « back button » I cannot edit the text.
The only way is to update text  one by one all the button of all slide ?
I suppose there is somewhere a preference to change this
I need you support
Regards,
Jérôme

Hi lilybiri,
My question is about a project adobe Captivate with 50 questions slides in french.
I want to change these specific texts button: "next" "previous" automatically generated by captivate from french to portuguese-brazilian
I can change manually button text one by one but 50*4 button by slide ....plus I must translate also this project in other language ....ouch... too long time to do.
I suppose there is a setting in Captivate to change the language, like the setting 'generate caption in "language" in modify/preferences.
But I cannot find this setting.

  • [SOLVED] Graphical Interface doesn't start with Radeon HD 7670M

    Hi everyone!
    I just bought a new laptop: Toshiba Satellite L855-14Z with a Radeon HD 7670M graphic chip.
    I installed Arch Linux and everything works fine except the graphical interface.
    I have tried 3 options and all result in strange log files:

    Yes I did, but it didn't help.
    I solved the problem now, but it was rather complicated and is only a workaround. If anyone is having the same problem:
    1) I installed the open source drivers and enabled KMS
    2) I copied the efi shell from the arch boot disk to the rEFInd folder
    3) Now everytime I start my laptop I have to start the EFI-Shell (v1) first. This somehow changes the resolution. I exit the shell and start arch. X works.
    I have no idea why this works, but it is the only thing that does. If anyone knows what this means, I'd appreciate your help.
    By the way: Step 3 also solves this issue

  • Substitution variable in BR Graphical Interface

    Hi,
    we have a business rule using a prompt that we would like to change to a subtitution variable. But we can't just enter "&AnCour" (for current year).
    I didn't found any place where I could select my substitution variables (I can select prompts and local variables but not substitution variables).
    If I go to the "Source" tab and use a standard script, it works, so I'm assuming that BR can use substitution variables but that the graphical interface can't. I always use standard scripting for administration BR, but our users don't want to let the graphical interface go for their own scripting.
    Is there a way to use subtitution variables in a graphical BR ?
    We are using System9 9.3.1
    Thanks

    So it works in a calc script and not a BR, I know BR's sometimes don't always act exactly the same as calc scripts and you occassionally hit issues like this.
    What version are you using because I have a feeling I have tested this in the past and I am sure it worked.
    Cheers

  • How do I to change language to English in PS CC ?

    How do I to change language to English in PS CC ?

    In Photoshop CC Preferences:
    Interface > Text > UI Language > English
    If English is not available, you must download it using your CC Desktop app and choosing English as the language. The app list should show an Install option for Photoshop. This example is for German, but same idea. You get to CC Preferences by clicking on the gear icon in the screenshot below.
    After you install it, English should be seen in the UI Language menu. Select it and restart Photoshop.

    How can I change the language on the Nokia Asha 300 to English?
    I have a new phone but it's in German and I can't find my way through the menu.  I can connect to Nokia Suite but there doesn't seem to be a procedure to change the language.
    Can any one please help?
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Maybe you can use the following:
    On the Nokia 301, assuming your interface language is German, the system/interface language can be set by entering the following menu:
    Menü -> Einstellungen -> Telefon -> Spracheinstellungen -> Telefonsprache
    Then choose "English" in the list*.
    If you have the time; please enter your *list of languages in this thread:

  • How to change language in Photoshop CS5 from Polish (or any else) to English? (Windows)

    Hi,
    I have a Polish language version of Photoshop CS 5 and I'd like to change it to english.
    I've tried by
    Edit>Preferences>Interface: Interface language
    but there is only Polish language to choose.
    Is there english version to download anywhere?
    I'll be glad for any help

    Those of you who are legitimate Photoshop users - you know we're not talking to you.  If you are a legitimate user, you should well be supporting those of us speaking to the people who have illegally downloaded a cracked version in a language other than their own!
    It may well be a desirable feature for Adobe to support your changing the language.  But they simply don't.
    Possibly this is because pirated versions being limited to a single language cuts down the number of people who would want to download them.  Maybe they sell more legitimate copies due to this than they would to multilingual people who would appreciate the ability to legitimately change language at will.
    Or maybe there are good technical reasons why a different build is needed for Polish than English.  There are differences in files, beyond the language resources, even between en-US and en-GB versions.
    Clearly Adobe has made this decision with their eyes open.  Go ahead and ask for a different decision, but it's unlikely it's going to get you anywhere.  And for God's sake stop being put off by people who aren't tolerant of software pirates!  The world needs more such people!

  • JES5 Language Localize Problem in Web Interface

    I hope this is the correct forum to ask this question...
    Here's the problem:
    I wanted to make a Dutch version of the Sun Java Communication Express, so I followed all the steps you have to do (create folders, translate all the necessary files, edit .properties files, ... etc). I've also restarted the server after uploading.
    It seems that everything has worked out well, because when I go to my web interface, I can log in. I change the language to Dutch, and logged out.
    Now here's the weird part. When I log in again now, my "Mail" tab stays in English. But when i go to "Calendar", "Options", etc. the interface is show in dutch, as i translated them.
    I've found out that the redirecting url might be wrong, cause the url that show in my browser is: (ip)/uwc/webmail/en/mail.html?lang=en&laurel=on&cal=1
    It doesn't seem normal to me that, in the url, there is still "en" instead of "nl" for dutch. When I change the url manually, that's the only way to show the dutch version of my mail tab.
    So propably the problem is that the url ist being editted after choosing dutch as language(when I choose French, it DOES edit the url to "fr").
    Has anyone got an idea how to fix this?
    Kind regards,
    Andrew

    Shane,
    as I have been updating our own documentation I have also honored your request to update the publically available [ http://msg.wikidoc.info/index.php?title=Add_New_Language_ME Messaging Server wiki].
    For future reference the above link may be more up-to-date then this text.
    How do I add a new language to the Messenger Express interface that is not one of the languages localized by Sun?
    Because Sun does not provide additional localizations beyond those already supplied, you need to do your own translation.
    Start by copying the original files of one of the supported languages to the new language you need to support. In this case I translate from English (language code: en) to Dutch (language code: nl).
    Your Messenger Express may be installed in a different directory, change paths accordingly.
    <tt>
    cp -r /opt/SUNWmsgsr/config/html/en /opt/SUNWmsgsr/config/html/nl
    </tt>
    Translate the file <tt>/opt/SUNWmsgsr/config/html/nl/i18n.js</tt>. It contains most of natural language used in webmail. The files <tt>help.htm</tt> and <tt>help2.htm</tt> contain a lot of help text. I cheated and replaced those files with less extensive useage instructions or just leave the original english and hope the customers don't complain too much.
    For each language already supported and the new one edit the file <tt>i18n.js</tt> and add a localized name for the Dutch language and add Dutch to the supported/available languages in the options page.
    <tt>
    /opt/SUNWmsgsr/config/html/en/i18n.js
    i18n['en']='English'
    *'i18n['nl']='Dutch'*
    function i18n_preferredlanguagelist()
    var lang_list = new Array('en', *'nl',* 'es')
    /opt/SUNWmsgsr/config/html/es/i18n.js
    i18n['en']='Ingls'
    *'i18n['nl']='Holands'*
    function i18n_preferredlanguagelist()
    var lang_list = new Array('en', *'nl',* 'es')
    /opt/SUNWmsgsr/config/html/nl/i18n.js
    i18n['en']='Engels'
    *'i18n['nl']='Nederlands'*
    function i18n_preferredlanguagelist()
    var lang_list = new Array('en', *'nl',* 'es')
    </tt>
    The Messenger Express web interface has built in spelling check. The dictionary files come from the ancient/traditional unix ispell and are
    available for download from: http://ficus-www.cs.ucla.edu/geoff/ispell-dictionaries.html
    Download the Dutch affix rule file and the actual dictionary files, and use the buildhash command to make a hash file Messenger Express can use. When
    copying this hash files be warned that you can't copy it from x64 to sparc (big/little endian) architectures.
    <tt>wget ftp://ftp.tue.nl/pub/tex/GB95/ispell-dutch96/dutch96.lat</tt> (dictionary)
    <tt>wget ftp://ftp.tue.nl/pub/tex/GB95/ispell-dutch96/dutch96.aff</tt> (affix file for use with above dictionary)
    <tt>
    /opt/SUNWmsgsr/lib/buildhash dutch96.lat dutch96.aff /opt/SUNWmsgsr/lib/nl.hash
    </tt>
    with a new dictionary in the correct place it should be detected automatically after a restart of Messenger Express.
    Use configutil to make Messenger Express aware of the new language:
    <tt>
    /opt/SUNWmsgsr/sbin/configutil -o gen.installedlanguages
    /opt/SUNWmsgsr/sbin/configutil -o local.supportedlanguages
    </tt>
    returns for instance the language strings: <tt>en,es</tt>. Add Dutch:
    <tt>
    /opt/SUNWmsgsr/sbin/configutil -o gen.installedlanguages -v "en,es,nl"
    /opt/SUNWmsgsr/sbin/configutil -o local.supportedlanguages -v "[nl,en,es]"
    </tt>
    Make the new Dutch language the default language for this site:
    <tt>
    /opt/SUNWmsgsr/sbin/configutil -o gen.sitelanguage -v nl
    </tt>
    Restart Messenger Express (web interface) to make the changes effective.
    <tt>
    /opt/SUNWmsgsr/sbin/stop-msg
    /opt/SUNWmsgsr/sbin/start-msg
    </tt>

  • Stuck at 'Reached target graphical interface'

    Edit:
    An important edit on mkinicpcio. Previously I reported it the other way around.
    I went through a complicated process of turning my first single-partition arch install into a Windows 7 dual-boot install (windows first) with separate /var and /boot partiotions.
    Notable stuff:
    0. Now MBR instead of GPT
    1. PArtition order changed
    2. fstab now uses by-lebel (custom unique labels) mounting instead of UUID's
    3. I had problems recreating kernel (initramfs) images. During the last, successful attempt I issued:
    mkinitcpio -p linux -k linux
    instead of
    mkinitcpio -p linux
    (I was desperate )
    4. Since restoring clonezilla image of my arch was braking the existing Windows installation I restored my arch install using
    rsync -ax <source> <target>
    This should be a complete list of the stupid things I did.
    Now I get just
    [OK] Reached target graphical interface
    Gdm service status (photo):

    Xorg log:

    What I've already tried:
    - updating the system (pacman -Syu)
    - deleting my custom 20-intel.conf
    I can [Alt+F2] to get access to root.

    My first thought was to wonder why on eath you installed so many video drivers.  That likely would not cause this problem, but it is just silly - and it is a separate symptom of the same underlying problem:
    We've now learned that you did not install these drivers, nor the system, but two different people (neither you) have installed and configured your system.  One of these people doesn't even use archlinux, and as you say has "limited knowledge" about it.  Talk about the blind leading the blind ... but you are not blind, you've just opted to close your eyes and not learn anything about your system.
    There is no way for us to know what is happening on your system when you yourself are clueless.  You should just start from scratch and do it right following the beginner's guide.  But even this should happen only after you ask yourself why on earth you'd want to use archlinux - it's really not what you seem to be looking for.
    As for losing your usb drive ... can't you find another anywhere?
