Change left hand page to right hand page

I'm working with a document that starts on the left hand page. I want to change it to start on a right hand page. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Your document must be set up with facing pages, correct? You could try either unchecking facing pages, or you could just start on the right-hand side of the first spread.

Change the address in the right hand side of purchase order form

Hi all,
I am new to forms and scripts. I have to modify the output of Purchase Order form/script such that the Ship to and Bill to address that they have now on top right corner must be modified with the address that I have.
How should i be doing this?
I found that they copied the program SAPFM06P into ZSAPFM06P and the form name is some thing called ZABC_PURCHASEORDER . Now I want to figure out how should i be changing the purchase order form so that the Ship to and Bill to address that they have now on top right corner must be modified with the address that I have.
the output type is named as ZNE7.
Some one please direct me how to figure out. i dont even know if it is a sap script or smart form.
also please help me in whihc places i should look to change the the Ship to and Bill to address that they have now on top right corner must be modified with the address that I have.

So to chjange the Bill to and Ship top address that appear in the right hand side top most corner of the purchase order, what should i be changing in the text elements of the PO?
please guide me..i am very new to sapscripts and i have to finish this task as soon as possible as this is a production support issue.

Having two main windows on left hand side and Right hand side of the form

Hi
I have a requirement in SMARTFORM where the required output will be a single form design, approximately A3 in size, split by invoice details on the left side and delivery details on the right side.
As the Invoice details and the deilvery details will have multiple line items
I am planning to create two MAIN window one for the Invoice on the Left hand side and the other for the delivery on the Right hand side of the form.,
Will this work or is there any other solution to do the same .

No, it's not possible to have 2 main windows. It will let you activate the form but will run into dump.
If invoice details on left and delivery details on right are one on one then you can create one table with separate columns for each having all the details in one internal table. If not there could be other work arounds depending on your requirement.

Can I move bookmarks manager from left hand side to right hand side? I prefer this set-up.

I recently moved from Chrome to firefox and preferred how the chrome toolbar had the bookmark folders, etc. right under the star that made a website into a favourite. It just seemed easier to look at one side instead of two.

How can I create a document with two columns in which the text in the left hand column flows to the left column on page 2,3 etc, and doesn't interfere with the text I want to place in the right? Pages 5.

I'm using pages 5 and want to comment in a right hand column, on a (latin) text which I wish to place in a left hand column.
Ideally I'd like to be able to copy and paste the latin text and see it flow over into the left hand column on multiple pages.
At the moment it is impossible for me to keep the text only in the left hand column Any help!?

Columns do what columns do, flow from the bottom of the left hand column to the top of the right hand next column. So won't do what you want.
Your tag says you are using OS X 10.5.8 but you say you are using Pages 5 so one or the other is not correct.
If you migrated up to Pages 5 what did you do with your previous Pages '08 or '09?
Because Pages 5 is missing over 100 features, one of which is Textbox linking, that would allow to flow down through a series of Textboxes set up like columns.
What you can do is run the Latin text down a narrow document to the left and add individual Textboxes to the right and put your English translations in those. The Latin will flow but the English will not.

Right side page has moved up 1/4" alongside left handed page

I am working on an InDesign catalog project. I have come upon a right-handed page where the entire page has moved up about 1/4" next to the left sided page. I checked the master pages and they are fine. All the other pages in the document are okay as well. They are all aligned correctly.
Any idea how to correct this?

I just downloaded Firefox 4 but there is no "connection scale" on the right hand bottom of the screen and no icons on the top left of the screen like a "home" for home page etc. top

On the old Firefox 3.0 I had a 'connection scale" on the bottom right hand corner (just above the time) which shows you the extent of connection. I also had icons on the top left hand corner of a 'home' for home page...etc. On Firefox.4.0 these are missing. Can they be obtained by the "settings"?

I'm not sure what you mean by "connection scale". If you are referring to the padlock, this has been replaced by the site identity button, for details on using it see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Site+Identity+Button
The Home button by default has been moved to the right hand side of the navigation toolbar, you can move it back. For details of how to do that see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/how-do-i-customize-toolbars

How to change right-hand layout to left-hand ?

Recently I got an project to do a English version of a Japanese Magazine. I already got a hard copy as well as all the soft copy files. Thing is, Japanese layout is starting from right-hand and even the page numbers start from right hand. I checked in forums and every possible resource but couldn't find a way to change it to left hand (normal English layout) layout.
And another thing i noticed it if I open the Japanese indesign file first and then open a new document, new document is also right – hand layout document. for example, I got a Japanese document from page number 4- 14 (5 on left and 4 on right, 7 on left and 6 on right so on) and if I open a new document it's also numbered as the Japanese one. But if I close the Japanese document and open a new document in first place, it's looked like normal (4 on left 5 on right, 6 on left 7 on right so on) so I guess it's have to do something about preferences.
Any suggestions ??

Yes. It allows switch binding direction (as does the non-pro version).
However, if all you need to do is switch the page binding, you can do it with a simple script.
This simple one-line script will switch the page binding in your current document:

Install or Reinstall OS X from Scratch
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Erase the hard drive:
1. Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
2. After DU loads select your startup volume (usually Macintosh HD) from the
      left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
3. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Optionally, click on
      the Security button and set the Zero Data option to one-pass. Click on
      the Erase button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Install button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible
           because it is three times faster than wireless.

When I type in site, page does not load it but have to click arrow icon at right hand side to load

I have just download lates Firefox version. But for some reason, when I type in name of website, it does not load but have to click arrow key on right hand side of address bar so this happens.
If I go to bookmarks but, pages loads with no problem.
Also do I need Java?

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

FF not printing right hand side of the web page using MAC OSX

FF is not printing out the right hand side of the web page. 1/2 to 1 inch i text is just cut off. Never had a problem in the past with this. Just happened, I believe after I upgraded FF. I am using MacBook Pro OSX.

I have had problems with Firefox printing pages through most of the Firefox versions. I have tried printing in different ways to no avail.
Among my attempts:
printing to pdf, printing selected text, scaling down the page, using the print mode if the art. offers one. None seem to fix the problem.
Not only does the right margin text get cut off but oftentimes only the first page prints, the rest of the article doesn´t. It just happened again so I went to Safari and the problem disappeared. I believe there´s a serious problem here.

Firefox and other browsers only temporarily displays the contents. The actual content, settings etc. are stored at the email site. So you may have to change the email settings to display the contacts list on the left. The email support/forum would be helpful. On the other hand, if there is a display problem/error, you can reset Firefox and start afresh.
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.
Note: ''This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.''
To Reset Firefox do the following:
#Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
#Click the "Reset Firefox" button.

The options for reducing the size of a web page are offered via the square and dash signs at the top right hand of the page.
In my case the square does not work - it simply leaves the page at the original size. My only option is to use the dash which reduces the page to its minimum - an icon on the task bar.

Initially I only got a vertical reduction but with a bit of fiddling around I am back to the normal operation.
