    Hello jallecon
Report the issue to iTunes. If you cannot find the emails, you can check within iTunes on your computer to find your purchase history to go over what is outstanding.

  • Change windows profile location for all accounts?

My OD server is 10.3.9, my 3 document servers are all 10.4.8.
Is there any way to change the profile path location for ALL accounts all at once?
    The previous location was:
    \\server\share\username\Library\Profile
That information is now gone (somehow). So, I need to add that information back to each account. Only problem is, I have 2600 accounts.
Also, can something similar be done for the home directory path? I think it's just the default \\server\share\username, but I want to make sure it matches up with what was there before.
Thanks in advance!! Any help would be appreciated!!

The setting 'logon path = \\$server\$user\$path' should help you. This is set in the text configuration file /etc/smb.conf on the OD server. You may run `man smb.conf` in a Terminal to learn more about the 'logon path' setting and others.
Note that you may also set a profile path in the Workgroup Admin GUI. The GUI will take precedence over the text configuration file for each individual.
    Good luck!

  • HT1918 Trying to make make account changes to my itunes account.  Receive error message regarding province "enter at most 3 letters" when the only option I have is to select from a drop down menu.  Cannot make changes to my account.  How do I get this fix

As you can tell, this is my first post
I am attempting to make changes to my itunes account, but when I hit done, an error message "enter at most 3 letters or numbers for province" appears.  I have not attempted to make any modificaitons to this field.  The only options I have for data in this field are picked from a drop down menu.  I have no idea why this msg is appearing.  Any ideas on why it is showing up?  Thanks.

  • Changing Location and Outgoing mail server

When I change Location, I need to change the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) (my ISP blocks mail traffic). Is there a way to make the smtp server different for each Location you have defined? Right now, I have to manually switch the Mail.app preferences each time I connect to a new Location, or wait for Mail.app to try to send the mail at which point it puts up a failure dialog where I can change the outgoing server for that message.
    thanks.
    MacBook   Mac OS X (10.4.9)

It would be nice to define an SMTP server for each account depending on the ISP being used for connecting to the internet and even better, the computer determining the ISP being used for connecting to the internet and automatically making the appropriate SMTP server change for each account but computers aren't quite there or that smart yet.
There is a collection of AppleScripts called Mail Scripts you can download at this link.
    http://homepage.mac.com/aamann/Mail_Scripts.html
The script to use from the collection of scripts is Change SMTP Server (Mail) which provides for switching between different already defined SMTP servers or define a new one. This is especially useful if you are using your computer in more than one location and have to switch servers for several accounts at once.
At least this script makes it a little easier.

  • HT1918 Changing location and need to spend ALL funds first?!

I lived in NZ and have moved to the USA. I have to spend all the funds in my account before I can change location... its down to 40cents!!! How do I spend 40cents to change my details??? or maybe there is another way???

You probably won't find anythig for 40c, in which case you can try contacting iTunes Support and ask them if they can remove the balance from your account so that you can change countries : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • Changing my Apple ID Account query

I have an apple ID that is not in the form of an e-mail address.  For example: abcdefghijk99.  I've had it for years, going back to when I was a Windows PC user (until I saw the light 2 years ago and switched to Apple products) for itunes purchases initially.  As far as I was concerned my appleid was fine and I've used it to purchase more music and apps for my Mac, iphone, ipad and ipod since.  Then I discovered a problem. Having downloaded the Find My iphone app it prompted me for an appleid in the form of an e-mail address and would not accept my original appleid.  Likewise the same issue applied to the the same for finding the ipad.
So I checked it out online a little to try and see if it is possible to change your applid and found the "My Apple ID" section at https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and that under the "Manage my account" section you can make changes to your appleid account.  But changing your name to an e-mail address is not one of them, at least if it is to the e-mail address that is your default e-mail address as held by itunes.
So ok, and I imagine others would suggest this, that I could set up another ID as an e-mail address and use this for the Find my iphone and ipad facilities.
But looking forward, it doesn't solve the problem at all.
    1.  I've built up a fair history of purchases using itunes and from the App store under my original non e-mail address and I don't want to lose them.  And of course future updates to software that I've purchased from the App Store would be against my original appleid and I don't want to lose that thread.
With the advent of "iCloud" I understand that it will want you to enter your Appleid in order to upload to, sync your devices with etc.,  If it wants this to be entered in e-mail address format then it will not be accessible to me.
    2.  Appleid software is inconsistent in that for iTunes and The App Store it will allow the ID to be entered both as a non E-Mail address and as an E-Mail address.  But for the Find my iphone App, will only accept an E-Mail format address as the Appleid.  I think this is perhaps a legacy of MobileMe, which possibly The iCloud is going to use the MobileMe format as an Appleid.  And if so that will have implications for other users who have the same type of appleid as me.
    3.  All I want to do is simply change my Appleid to my default E-Mail address, but it won't let me.  I raised this issue on the telephone with Apple who understood my issue, did not immediately know the answer, but said would discuss with colleagues and E-Mail me back.  The reply was:
"I talked about your case with my colleagues. The only suggestion that came to mind is that you consult iTunes via email and ask if they can amend the ID or if it would be possible to transfer you purchases from one account to another account."
Ok. So it led me to here, the Support area, because it seems impossible to be able to raise the issue by E-Mail with them, as much as I've tried to by going from page to page trying to find out "how to contact them".
So does anyone here have any good ideas as to how I solve my problem?   Additionally is there anyone from Apple itself who monitors questions raised in this community?  If so could they let me know that they appreciate my problem and how/if it can be dealt with?
Hoping someone comes up with a solution and looking forward to hearing from anyone with suggestions.

Solved with assistance from iTunes support.  The main problem was that you cannot use an e-mail address which is associated with your existing account.  So the answer is to set set up a new e-mail address with your Internet Service provider.  Next step is to log into iTunes using your existing appleID (which in my case was a non e-mail address as mentioned in my question) and then modify your itunes id and e-mail account, both to the new e-mail address.  I tried it and it worked.  All downloaded history such as itunes music and apps that I have downloaded onto my devices over time has been retained.  Furthermore I can now use the "Find my iPhone app" to find both my iphone and iPad.  Likewise will be able to use this revised appleid to access iCloud once available and synch my apps etc.,  Very pleased with iTunes Support's prompt response and remedy.

  • How can I change the active iCloud account in my Mac

My doughter set up the cloud in my mac, but she used her apple id. Now I cannot change the icloud active account from hers to mine. What can I do?

Click the apple >> system preferences >> iCloud >> sign out.  Then sign back in with the desired apple id.  Some data will be removed when you sign out.  You can export data you want to keep first, sign out, then reimport.  If it's just your daughter's info, then this probably won't matter to you.

  • My apple ID and password, recognized through out the Cloud, is not being recognized in the itunes store. I am signed into itunes. When I want to change something in my account, the sign in prompt comes up and doesn't recognize my PW

  • How to find change in customer reconciliation account

    Hi Experts
We have an issue where total customer balance is not tallying with the balance as per Reconciliation account. We feel this could be because reconciliation account of a customer would have been changed.
Can you please let me know
    a) If there is a way to find list of customers whose reconciliation account is changed
    b) Any other reason that could cause difference between total of reconciliation account and total of customer balances.
    Thanks,
    Santosh

    Hi Santosh,
You can view the changes if you go to the master data of the GL account in question in FS03. TThen choose the tab "information Company code" (it is the last one.. type, control data etc...click in the little icon to drop down on the right.). Then choose 'Change documents' and this will display all the changes made to such account (you can swittech to 'all changes' and 'Technical names').
The differences can be caused for many different reasons- in fact there are some reports that can do some analysis for you: 1- If new GL is not active try report SAPF190 ( F.03) . 2- If New GL is active try report TFC_COMPARE_VZ in se38. If differences are reported you can send the spool to SAP for further analysis - they have a team of experts who can analyse this issue.
Unfortunately explaining all possible reasons and how to correct them would take ...  days.
    I hope this helps.
    Kind regards

  • Changing a vendor reconciliation account

    Dear all
I am trying to change a vendor reconciliation account. When I try to save the change it gives me the warning below but it does not let me change the account.
'Account has been posted to; hold balance sheet adjustment'
Can you please tell me what I need to do to change this.
    Thank you
    PRG

    Hello PRG,
In general you can only change recon account when balance is zero. In
your case, when you try to change via FD02,  you will receive
the warning F2 067: Account has been posted to; hold balance sheet
    adjustment.
If you look at the long text of the warning message, it will
tell you exactly what to do:-
"By changing the reconciliation account in the open item master record
the proportionate values from the items open at the time of change are
not posted to the new reconciliation account.
On the balance sheet key date the open items from the old reconciliation
account are allocated to the new reconciliation account using adjustment
accounts. This allocation is carried out automatically when you create a
sorted list of receivables and payables using report SAPF101.
The postings necessary are only carried out for G/L accounts and are
cancelled on the first day of the subsequent month (balance sheet
    adjustment posting)."
From the above, it explains that you will need to run SAPF101.  Please
read the documentation on this report to guide to to be able to proceed
further.  Documentation on this report/program exists when you go via
SA38>goto>documentation.  From here, you should be able to proceed in
    transfer posting.
    I hope this helps.
    Regards
    Ray

After changes whar are the steps to correct the Balance sheet accounts..??
We have already having existing in the old recon account I would like to know how to transfer it to new recon account.
    Please help.
    Thanks
    NTH

    Hi
Created a New GL Account for Adjustment Postings
Changed the Vendor Master Data with regard to NEW Reconciliation Account
Updated the FI Auto Postings Configuration: Trxn: OBBW (Transaction Key: A00: Transfer postings: changed recon. acct) as under:
Old Reconciliation Account = Adjust Acct xyz
New Reconciliation Account = Adjust Acct xyz
Run F101, with the intention, that the Balances / Open Items from OLD Recon would be MOVED to the NEW Recon.
On running F101 and then Clicking on Postings, I got several entries, whereof none showed the impact on the NEW Reconciliation Account.
Lastly I ran F.01 Balance Sheet, and here, still the OLD Recon appeared.

  • How do i change the default itunes account on my mac book?

i got my wife a new mac book for our anniversary, and i got the old one, but i cannot set my itunes account to be the default, in order to access my account i have to plug in my ipod, i'm sure it's an easy fix, i just can't figure it out

Welcome to the Apple community Louise.
If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.
