Change log format error

I've been syncing three computers and my iPod with no problem for years. I've just had my G4 iMac monitor replaced, and ever since when I try to sync this machine I get the message "change log format error INTERNAL ERROR: unhandled error (change log format error)" and I can't sync. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, you just need to add the option -showdate into the ttendaemon.options file.

The problem is resolved.
STEPS INVOLVED
Problem: Refurbishment order was created mentioning quantity as 4 and was also released. After entering the value the user came to know that he has to enter quantity as 3. When we went in change mode the field was greyed out and the stock was sitting in "On Order Stock".( Through MMBE). Goods Issue was not carried out, since we found error on hand before. I approached SDN after checking various methods.
Solution:
1. Removed the serial no assignment for the material
2. Carried out technical completion.
3. Carried out Business completion and saved the document.
Later on executing MMBE the stock moved from the "On Order Stock" to "Unrestricted Stock".

jpg does not support Layers.
Just to make sure, what exactly do you mean by "stacking photos" and what do you want to achieve thereby?

Error while Changing log level in Agentry 6.0.44.1

I am trying to change the log level from the Agentry Administration client, but i am getting the below error message.
And it is showing any option to change the log levels for users. How can I change log level for users also.

This is fixed or planned fixed in 6.0.46 Agentry Server (supposed to be available anytime soon in the Service Marketplace - it was submitted already to the SMP team). The fix was in SMP 2.3 and SMP 3.0 but it was ported back to the Agentry 6.0.X release. If you have no access to the Agentry 6.0.X patches this means that your SAP License is preventing you from downloading it. You may need to contact the SAP CIC (customer interaction center) group.
Or you can do the manual setup for a workaround for now.
SAP KBA article: 2048202 - AgentryGUI does not allow to change log settings - Not all setttings were successfully changed.

Error in Change Log of Sales Documents

When i try to see the Change Log of sales document (Tools> Change Log) I get an error message
No matching records found " (ADOC)(ODBC - 2028) [Message 131-183]
What can it be ?

Yes it should, but maybe those documents were created before the "History / Log" in General Settings > Services were changed from 0 to (example) 99.
Only after this action, information will be recorded in the Chang Log.

Receiving "Error truncating change log: null" after redeploying application

Hi,
I am running Weblogic 8.1 SP5 on Windows 2003. We are running into a problem where we redeploy an EAR on the server and it's causing an error "Error truncating change log: null" in the admin server. Here are the basic steps:
1) We have an application from a third-party that is deployed to the managed nodes in a cluster.
2) We Stop the application.
3) We redeploy the application. The application redeploys ok.
4) We stop the application for a 2nd time.
5) We redeploy the application. This time, the server reports that it's in progress forever. This is when we start to see the errors in the log.
6) To get the server back, we need to shut down the managed and admin servers.
7) We have to kill the java.exe process on each node.
8) We have to delete the ldap directory on the admin node.
9) Once we restart the server, we are back again.
So, after receiving hundreds (maybe a few thousand), we get the error:
java.io.IOException: More than 2048 open files
If anyone has any idea what's happening, it would be greatly appreciated.

Could you please tell us what version of DVD SP your are using?
If its 3.x or earlier, then A.Pack should be used.
If it's 4.x, then you will need to use compressor's, Dolby 2.0 audio encoding, because A.Pack will have been removed by the DVD SP 4's installer.
There are also adjustments you will need to make to the basic settings of the Dolby 2.0 settings that come with compressor or A.Pack, to get the best output.

Georgi, the company profile has a Default Locale. Also each user can have their Locale. The US format of MM/DD/YYYY can not be changed to October 6, 2010 as an example.
I would recommend that you submit a enhancement request to CRM On Demand customer care.

Log format of SAF error handler

Is there any link/document available that gives an idea of the format to provide in the "log format" while creating SAF error handler?

Here's a little more detail that should help:
Using the same JMS module that contains the configuration for the original imported destination, create another imported destination with the exact same targets as the imported destination. Let’s call this destination the “SAF error dest”. Configure the remote destination for this SAF error destination so that it references some JMS Server queue (call it the “error queue”).
Ideally for performance and simplicity, this error queue should run local to the "SAF error dest" -- so, for example, if there are 3 SAF Agents on three JVMs that host the imported destinations, there should also be three JMS servers on these same JVMs that use the same persistent store as the SAF agents, and the error Q should be a "uniform distributed queue" that's targeted to the three JMS servers (using advanced "subdeployment" targeting).
Configure the original imported destination to use the “SAF error dest” as its error destination.

Change access log format

Hi everybody
I want to change the access log format of Sun Java Application Server 8.1 2005 Q2...
I want to include session id information in it ...so i changed the log format using the admin console gui Configuration->httpservice->Access logs...
The domain.xml file reflected the change as....

It is a bug(see 6352797) fixed in Patch 07. You should get your appserver patched with one of the following, depending on platform/installation:

UDO Change log error

Hi,
I created a UDO in B1 2007 and enabled the option to log changes i.e. Change log functionality. I created a custom form as the UI for the UDO. The following functionality works without issues:
1. Able to add/update data via the custom screen into the UDO tables
2. Every time i make a change a new instance of the record is avaialble in the AXXXX tables i.e. the log tables.
3. When I click on Tools --> Change Log i see a line there for each instance in the AXXXX table.
My issue is:
When I select 2 instances on this window and click "Show Differences" button, I get a red message on the status bar saying "Internal error (1) occurred [Message 131-183]".
My questions are:
1. My understanding is B1 will show the differences like it does on any other document form i.e. Sales order, quote etc. Do we need to do any custom programming?
2. In stnadard sales order, you have the ability to double click on each instance to see the details of that record. Is it possible with a UDO or does that have to be custom programming?

I am trying to use the change log on my UDO & custom form as you are doing, but I have not had as much success as you have had. Regarding your list of 3 items, numbers 1 and 2 also work fine for me, but number 3 (selecting "Change Log" from the tools menu) is impossible because the change log option is disabled. I have tried enabling it when my form is displayed, but that does not work.
I was wondering if you could offer me any advice on what you did to get step 3 working? I have posted a question regarding this on the forum. If you care to respond to it, then I can give you points for the answer:

Network message format error. GET request must have a QUERY_STRING value

I have installed new Content Server 10gR on my laptop.
Web Server is : Apache 2.2.4
DB is : Oracle 10g (Standard Edition)
Platform : Windows
CS is up & running. I am able to login and browse through content store. But when I try to perform any type of Submit operation anywhere in CS Portal ( for example "Updating My Profile and clicking on Submit" ) I get following error:
"Network message format error. GET request must have a QUERY_STRING value (the CGI parameters on the URL) "
1. Does any one know why I am getting this ?
2. Is some configuration missing for Apache which connects Apache with CS ?

This issue is resolved.
Cause
- After installation when I started CS , I saw "D:\oracle\ucm\idc\weblayout\idcplg" folder missing error in logs. Reason why I created this "idcplg" folder inside "weblayout" folder was because I thought it was not created during installation. I created this folder & copied "idc_cgi_isapi.dll" this file into it.. This was the issue
Fix
- I deleted the folder "D:\oracle\ucm\idc\weblayout\idcplg" and everything started working fine now.
