Change mailform for Availability Control e-mail in Project Systems

Hi Experts,
We have set up availability control and maintained all the necessary tables in order to activate this.
We are also auto forwarding this emails to outlook using SO36.
Presently , mail content is as follows :
Controlling posting 100007807
The assigned funds are 807.22 INR less than budget in document item
001 WBS element GSC-15-006-1-1-1-1 .
I want to change content of this mail.
how can i do this ?

How you are sending message from SAP to outlook, using autoforward option?
If yes then remove the autoforward option from SBWP t.code. Once you receive the message from SAP system (Budget exceeded), copy the message and create the new message and send to the required user.

How to change properties for some controls in runtime ?

hi,
I would like to change some of the properties for some controls in front panel in runtime. Number of control properties I want to change is depending of a log file user opens in final application.
I attach an example where I'm trying to change the visibility of numeric controls. Problem I have I don't know which reference to connect to property node in case the control in for loop is not a numeric control. The example relies to label.text property but I could use the more generic classname property as well.

Change Language for Spell Checking in Mail

Hi,
as far as I could see from other articles here and on other sites, there is no easy way to change the language for spell checking in Mail. It's difficult to imagine that this is true, as in this global world switching from one to another language in different mails is (at least for non-US/UK/etc. users) an immanent need.

If what you are asking about is some kind of shortcut to avoid using the Edit menu, you are correct that nothing like that exists for Mail (or other Apple apps). I think if you use something like SpellCatcher you can switch via a single keystroke.
The fastest method I know of is through AppleScript. I personally use "quick and dirty" routines for shifting from French to English and vice versa, both in Mail and Safari. Your typical toggle-switch bare-bones app looks like this:

Nothing fancy here! Compile it, keep it handy (in the dock for example), and a single click does the switch for you. You can make endless variations on this, even make it look kind of smart, with dialogs and all that, thus defeating the purpose.
AppleScript support is kind of sketchy so you have to use UI programming.

Change hostname for Grid Control

I have installed OEM grid control 10gr2(10.2.0) on solaris. The installation was successfull.
the grid control login page appeared to be as
http://localhost:4889/em
I do not understand why grid control installation has picked up the localhost and local ip address 127.0.0.1 instead of using the server hostname and server ipaddress
Lets say i have following entries in /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
192.168.4.51 abc.xyz.com abc
how to change the GRID url to http://abc.xyz.com:4889/em?

Changing language for Voice Control

I don't know what you guys think about it, but i like the new voice control feature very much.
One tiny thing though: i use it in French, so it is perfect when i want to call one of my friend or dial a number, because i'd rather say my french friends' names in french ; but it is horrible when i try to make my iphone play a song.
Indeed, 90% of my music is english/american, and it is impossible to figure out how to say aloud the (english) name of the songs with a french pronunciation.
I know we can switch language in the international settings, but then if i do so the problem is the same for my contacts...
what i would love from apple is the possibility to set a different language setting for each app (ipod / phone / ...). Even better, if i could just add an option on each song to tell if it is english / spanish / etc. (in itunes for example) it'd be just great. That way the voice control know how to read / search the songs correctly.
I'm sure I'm not the only one with that problem. Maybe someone knows that "there's an app for that". I doubt it though.

It can only recognize one language at a time. For how to change it, see p. 46 of the User Guide.

BP 613 error message in internal order budget availibility control

I Define Tolerance Limits for Availability Control 50% has a react "2 Warning with MAIL to person responsible"
but it get a error message
Item 001 Order 20000001 budget almost exhausted .It should be a warning but get error.
Would someone help me?

Note down the message number.
Go to T.code OBA5 input the Application Area first two letters of the message number and look for the message number (the other digits in the message number).Change it from E to W under online and Batch.

Problem in activating the Funds Management BCS and Availability Control

Hi experts.
After running the program RGLIUGEN to generate the required includes in program SAPLGLIU, the generated programs come with syntax errors. When I manually correct the errors ,the program post the budgets and budget releases but does not update values for availability control to the effect that whenever one tries to post any amount against the budget, we get the following error :
Overall budget exceeded by 100.00 USD (FM PB Availability Control) for document item 00001
All suggestions will be appreciated

The following tolerance limits regarding payroll entries are currently configured in the system. Once the 90% level of the budget is exceeded, the system will generate one notice. After the 100% is reached, the system will repeat the notice every time an entry occurs.

WBS actual postings moved over defined budget tolerance value.Availability
control type is 1, CJ03 shows the status AVAC (Availability Control Active).
In configuration for availability control it is specified if total value reach 90% of budget value then throw an error and if it surpases 110% of budget value throw error message
When i checked the 'Change documents in Status management' for the WBS element ISBD or insufficient budgeting status changed lot of time from 'Active' to 'Inactive' as shown.

ISBD or insufficient budger is shown if as per the availability control restriction actual or committment surpasses proposed tolerance limit.
Is it possible to surpass this error and post to WBS.? Does this depends on any user status, because when i tried simulation is quality system ,system popped up error showing value exceeded available limit.
Please give your suggestion, i heard this is a serious SOX violation.

ISBD error message will come the moment when the budget is almost exhausted. You could have done Cost planning and Budgeting for the WBS element. If you are utilising most of the amount of budget within the short period, system will throw this error as in the background, system divides the amount budgetted for individual months period and system forecasts the expense for the balance period based on the actuals incurred for the WBS element till that period. This happens because of the Availability Control being active.

3. Define Tolerence limits for availability control -- OKOC
4. Specify Exemt cost element from availability cintrol -- OPTK
5. Maintain Budget Manager - OK14
6. Internal Order Creation - KO01
7. Budget Change - KO22
When i want do the budget change system is giving error that Overall budget and/or annual budget cannot be processed for this how i have to proceed & what necessary settings to be done after this

Change Documents for RAR

We use RAR 5.3 SP 14 and were wondering if there were any tables or reports that can show the change history upon mitigation added to a user. We can see the date that the mitigation was assigned to a user, but we can't seem to find the date when a mitigation was removed from a user.
For those that are questioning, we do use CUP for mitigations too, but we are mainly trying to find the change documents for RAR.

"In 5.3, there is no change log for mitigation control assignment. The only option in 5.3 is if you configure the Workflow option for Mitigation, then a request would have been routed through CUP for
this change and then you could search in CUP for the history of the change. Specifically, under RAR in Configuration - Workflow - Mitigation, if this parameter is set to YES, anytime you would
add, remove or change a mitigation for a user, a workflow item would be sent through to CUP for approval before the change is actually posted.
However, if you don't have this configured, there is no change log of mitigation changes.
There is no change log table in RAR to track mitigation changes, sorry. The change log information is not retained in RAR for changes to mitigations. The only "change log" information in RAR is for
Configuration and rules. This data is stored in table VIRSA_CC_CDHDR and VIRSA_CC_CDPOS. Again, this is only for changes to configuration and changes to rules. This is the only data that RAR tracks
changes for.
Changes to mitigations are NOT stored anywhere in RAR. Please let me know if there is any concern."

Internal Order Budget - Availability Control

I have done the budget profile, entered the budget figures, created internal order budget with the required profile. However, when I entered the fi document with this statistical IO, system does not give any message as per the tolerance setting actions. I tried to run the activate availability control again. But the system gives a message that availability control is not activated. Why this is happening ? Where can I see the availability control is activated for this Internal order ?

2. Check in budget profile (OKOB) if activation type is "1" and whether you have checked "overall" or not....
3. Hope you have defined tolerance limits against the combination of contr area and budget profile
