I would like to know how is possible mass change status and description from all documents in SOLMAN?

Hello Warlei,
Unfortunately i don't know such functionalitiy and i highly doubt that it even exists.
I would advice you using transaction SI80 to change description and status because you ll get an overal view of all documents of your project in one and only screen
For each entry (doc) you can click on button 'Set Status' to change status and button 'Change Attributes' to change other attributes such as Document type, Document Properties, Title, Technical Name, Content type...
In order to have your list in SI80 Click on button '+ with search', then select 'Solution Manager', then in 'technical Name' fill your ptoject Name and validate.
You ll see a new line that adds to your Favorites. By double clicking on your project you ll see the list of documents.
If you need a mass update tool , you can ask a developer helping you achivere that. Table SA01PHIO contains description & status of all documents !!
PHIOID is the hexadeciman id of documents; DESCRIPT is the description you want to change and STATE is status of doc
A simple program mass updating this table (meaning description and status) won't be complicated for a developer to code

Hi
You will not be able to change the templates that have been released. This is a part of the standard functionality.
To unrelease and make the changes execute the following steps
1. Go to transaction phap_admin
2. Delete all the open documents (in process, assigned, etc) corresponding to the appraisal template
3. Right click the appraisal template in phap_catalog and change the status to not release

What I understood is like :
You have two queries and both gives same results but one of the query having a parameter.
You have one report which is using query1. Now you want that report to be copied as Report2 and use Query2 instead of Query1.
If the this is the issue, then you copy Report1 as Report2 and go in Database and change the Data source location to Query2.
Hope this will help you. If my understanding is wrong then give us the work flow.

Changed Compilation status and now, after syncing, iPod is missing music

Frustrated with not being able to view all the Artists on my iPod, this past weekend I removed the "Part of a Compilation" info from most of my compilation-classified albums. I then synced my iPod. It didn't take very long and I guess I found that odd, but I just assumed all the music was still on my iPod and didn't bother to check.
Today, I find that while all the music I changed the info on remains on iTunes, it's missing from my iPod and won't sync.
Is there something I need to change on my library to get the iPod to load these missing songs? They were on it before, albeit as part of a compilation.

Please dont chuck it out of the window, it might land on some poor elves.
Do the iPod Disk Diagnostic as posted earlier by tt2, it wont fix your problem but help in troubleshooting.

Keyboard buttons changes wifi status and mutes the volume

Its' strange issue that i face for the last couple of days.
Whenever i started to use WIFI , and press the button R alphabet, it automatically disables the wifi connection. Pressing the R again will enable the wifi.
The problem occurs to Mute/Unmute the volume when i press T button . I am not sure of the issue. And there is not even a single person/blog where i have seen the same issue happened to someone else.
Please suggest me something ASAP.
My Model is HP Pavilion G6-3110
Windows 7 - 64 BIT.

I am not sure of the issue, personally I would check the connection of the keyboard to the motherboard as it might have moved. I never got that, but sometime I wasn't able to write with some of the keys, when reconnected correctly, the issue was resolved.
Are the R and T key works to write ? If so, it could be possible to disable those function keys (wifi, volume + - mute, etc) as a short/long term solution.
Removal of the keyboard on HP G6, it should be similar.

You need to remove the bottom panel, remove one screw (sometimes there is a keyboard logo stamped on the plastic near the screw) and push the clips on top of the keyboard while trying to remove it. The connector latch needs to be lifted to be able to disconnect the keyboard. Then reconnect the keyboard cable pushing it as far as it goes, then close the latch. Reassembly is the same steps in reverse .

Change in status network For superseded and obsolete Status

Hi All
Users are incorrectly changing the status of Controlled Documents from Superseded (SU) and Obsolete (OB)…….. to Cancelled (CA).
SAP DMS Process should not allow Controlled Documents that are status Superseded (SU) or Obsolete (OB) to be changed to status Cancelled (CA).
According to me Cancelled status can be attend at any stage. there is no Configuration like excluding Cancelled status from any 1 of the status.

Mass locking and unlocking KM documents

Is there way to mass lock and unlock documents in KM. since we have huge repository to lock for OS migration.

Hello,
There is no method to lock resources en masse. If you want to restrict access then you would have to modify the ACLs on the content to prevent users being able to view or edit it. There is a Resource Locks report in KM but this is just used to find locked content and unlock it.

Error in CV02N while changing the status.

Hi Experts,
We are getting a error while changing the status of technical change document that " Inconsistent characteristic value assignment" .The document is in status "in use" and we are trying to change it to " old version" using T code CV02N.
when I tried to see the error desription it is telling that delete the inconsistencies. But I didn't find the list of incosistencies. What may be the problem? Please help me out to get ride of this problem.

In diagnosis it is telling that "You want to change the value assigned to a characteristic. However, the change causes inconsistency, so the new value is not allowed."
Actually I am just changing the status of the document. I am not changing any characteristic value.
Actually it is appearing as information message. but while saving it pop up and not allowing to save.

Cannot complete document due to status of preceding document

Hi everyone,
We encounter the following problem;
We have a grantor application and from there we create a grantor agreement via the copy control settings in customizing.
Both transaction types have their own status profile (user status).
Now, when we have created the agreement (as follow up document), we are missing some of the user statussses, for example 'CANCEL'.
This is simply not available to select.
Investigation turns out that this is due to the fact that the preceding document (grantor application) is not yet completed. After we manually change the status of the application to 'Completed', then in the agreement we can select the missing user status.
How can we fix this? It is not a workable solution to first create the follow up document, then go back to the preceding document to change the status of that document and then go back again to the follow up document and start processing that one.
I was told that it should be possible with normal customizing to make sure that the follow up document is "leading" and will not be affected by any status of the preceding document.
Another option would be to use some function modules and badi's to make sure that the status of the preceding document is automatically set to completed during the copy control.
But to be honest, we would prefer not to enhance any FM's and/or badi's but to use standard customizing.
Does anybody have some ideas how to solve this.

Change the status of Sales Order

Hi,
I have a scenario wheirin I need to forcefully change the status of a sales order to complete eventhough the delivery / invoice is not complete. Reason is because the user has stopped to take further deliveries.
I already have 3 deliveries / invoices for my Sales order and I want to stop any subsequent ones. However the status field in a sales order is grayed out so I cant change it manually.
Is there any other way I can make the status of my sales order to complete or stop further deliveries / invoices?
If you want any other information then do let me know.

I understand you already have some deliveries for some of the items in the order and some invoices too. If so then you CAN'T changes the status of THE document. thatd be wrong, as some transaction is already processed hence it is greyed out.
if you wish to block further deliveries etc for the balance of the items then the blocks too wouldnt be right as again they are on the doc level.
For the case specific you need to set the "reason of rejection" at the ITEM level thus updating that the balance of the items are irrelevant for the further processing. and save. That would complete the order, and your purpose met.

Difference amount in sales order and billing document (For one line item)

Hi Experts,
User created sales order with 3 line items and billing document. but problem is that there is difference in value of sale order and billing only for line item 10. The remaining items values are same in sales order & billing doc.if I check in sales order condition I found that VPRS condition is used and the value is 692.13and the amount is 3245.26in sales order. But if suppose I check the same value in billing doc the value is 0.69 and the amount is 3245.28. Can u suggest me which configuration I have to check for this.
I also checked change lock but there is no change in sales and billing document & Material

Now consider this scenario
Item a - 10
Item b - 20
Item c - 30
and the validity of condition rec for item C is 31st of Jan
after 31st JAN the record changes or there isn't any.
In Copy control the pricing type is 'B' i.e., carry out new pricing.
Now if the document is created in January it will take all the above prices. and this document is then billed in Feb. Now the copycontrol, whilst copying the prices, will predetermine the same.
Now your task is to check if there was user intervention, check the pricing in order and check what condition types got affected in order and in billing.
If your scenario is still not amongst the above cases...
I don't know what to do, if you figure out please let us also know, god know when we would face the same scenario....

Triggering events - status of the document

Hi folks,
I need to know what triggers the event SAVED in shopping card. What determines the occurance of this event? Does the SRM generates that event when shopping basket obtain proper status, for instance Completed?
I have to determine that moment, when system generates SAVED event which starts the approval WF. It's because I need to achieve situation where I can approve SC (external reqiurement) that is created from PM order (ERP). Normally SRM automatically sets the status of such a SC to Approved, and there is no approval. How can I change this status, and to which one, to obtain generation on event SAVED and in result triggering a approval WF? I need to be able to approve such a SC (external requirement).

Yes it is possible..
Just pass 'X' to the exporting parameter 'put_in_outbox'. The user can check the send mail in 'sost'. All the details of the mail will be there. This will be the proof that the mail was sent.
Reg the 2nd part of your query, if the mail is not delivered to any reciepent or to particular recipient, the details will be there in the SAP outbox, that also you can see through transaction 'sost'.

How to disable other users from changing the status

Hi,
The status entry field can be changed irrespective of ownership in Documents.
I was able to change the status on the document created by other user.
Example: The status of document was In-Work. The document owner was X. But I was able to change it to Inspection Check.
How to disable other users from changing the status?

Interface programs of changing Bid Invitation and Quotation

I have a problem about changing Bid Invitation and Quotation in SRM.
I want to create custom applications including interface programs, so I think I have to call BAPI (Tr-cd:BAPI), Function Module (Tr-cd:SE37), or Enterprise Services (http://help.sap.com/content/documentation/esoa/docu_esoa_srm.htm).
I found "BidInvitationEC" and "SupplierQuotationEC" in SRM BAPIs, but each of BAPIs doesn't support changing method. (Only Create Method is supported.)
Please help us if you have a good solution.

How to get the old and new statuses of CAD indicator (DRAW-CADKZ) while changing the status of document (DRAW-DOKST)?

I want to delete the originals of document while changing the status of document based on CAD indicator status. For this I have implemented BADI DOCUMENT_STATUS01 and the method AFTER_CHANGE_STATUS. From this, the BADI is triggering whenever I am changing the document status and I can able to delete the originals. But here my requirement is to check the CAD indicator status to delete those originals. I.e. whenever the document status will change first time the CAD indicator status will also change. Based on that old and new status of CAD indicator I have to do delete operation.
If anybody has an idea about SAP documents please help me

First the document is exists in SAP in FR status. But when the CAD system will connect to SAP then the status is changing from ‘FR’ to ‘IN’ after that the CAD Indicator is populating from Blank to ‘X’.
I want to know in which place the CAD indicator value is changing (any user exits available or any BADI s available when changing the CAD indicator) when connected to CAD system.
