Can I change my account from US store to AU store when I still have credits?

Currently there are still $17.32 (US Dollars) in my account. However, I am living in Australia now, it is somewhat inconvenient when I need to purchase some local apps. Therefor, I want to change my account from US to AU.

Hello all,
I've recently moved from Ireland to the Uk. Unblocked my phone changed supplier etc and all is fine. However when trying to change my iTunes account from Ireland to uk it keeps defaulting the address to Ireland - regardless if I input my uk address.
I have 9¢ left on my Irish account but it won't let me do anything, I just want to start using iTunes uk!
So my question to you all - how do I change my iTunes account from Ireland to uk? If I need to use a new email will I lose all my apps?

The only choice it is to make the account balance zero and in case it had a balance on the previous year do also run the balance carry forward program for this account.
Afterwards, you should change the FH602 message on tx. SM30 for V_T100C, functional área FH, message number 602, from error (E) to warning (W).
Now you can change the flag from P&L to BS.

Changing discount account from revenue

Hi,
referring to metalink document number 240123.1, which state that changing discount acount to account other than revenue account was unavailable and "may" be handled by future releases.
Is this feature available now in R12? how can subledger accounting handles this?

As I don't know whether what you want to do is possible or not, I would rather create a new account with the new settings and copy the emails from the old one to the new one (I think this will keep email dates correct). Then, after verifying that the new one works OK, I would delete the old one.
