How can I change my Country information in order to suceed?

You would need to create a new Adobe ID to reflect the country change since the server would detect that you are not in the US.

I made my account in Canada and then I took a trip to the U.S. my friend gave me an iTunes gift card and I used it. What country are you in ? If you are in the US then you can only use the US iTune store, and you can't use a Canadian credit card with the US store - a credit card needs to have been issued by a bank in the country where you are.
If you are in Canada then remove your old credit card from your account and then update your country/region and billing address on your account e.g. by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone and 'view Apple id' on the popup, or via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes

I want to change the country of my itunes account but I do not have a credit card of the country

I had my account registered in the itunes store and has changed the store from Japan to UK.
I also had some apps downloaded in the Japan itunes store and I am not able to update these apps.
I want to change my account back to the Japan store since I want to update these apps without wiping the application data.
I have tried changing the country/region under the account session, but it will not let me unless I put in credit card information, which I do not possess.

HT1918 I am trying to change the country of id on my apple store payment details. The button does not bring up options, just resets itself. I need to change the country as I have moved and payment is no longer valid, I can't download any new apps. Help

I am trying to change the country/ region on my store account. When I press the 'change country/region' section in 'my account' it does nothing.... I have moved country, so I cannot enter valid details of payment and so the store is refusing all app requests.
Has anyone a way around this please?

Before you can change countries in iTunes, you will need to have a valid payment information addressed in Ireland. When you have one, you can go ahead and change the country on your account.
- sign in to iTunes
- go to Account Information page
- enter your Apple Id and password
- click on Change country or Region
- enter your new information then save

Need to change my Country. Appalled with Adobe Customer Service

I am absolutely shocked at how far Adobe's customer service has fallen. In the past i could simply call up their toll free line and get an answer to my question or have my isse resolved. It seems those days are LONG gone.
On Black Friday I wanted to buy lightroom which was on sale. I live in Canada. I always have. For some unknown reason my country was set to the US. When i tried to buy Lightroom none of my payment methods (paypal, creditcard) could go through because my payment methods indicate I live in Canada.
I immediately tried to contact Adobe. First i must comment on their terrible phone system. I have to wade through menu after menu, none actually representing my need to change my Adobe information. Finanlly i got to an option where i could talk to a live person - but wait - there are callers ahead of me and i'll have to wait an estimated 2 hours (is that a joke?). Lucky for me they have a call back option. But the call back option DOES NOT WORK! After i enter my number the automated message says my number can not be regonized. I tried it every way possible, multiple times and it never went through.
Eventually I gave up. I chalked it up to Adobe being busy because of Black Friday and just created a new account to buy Lightroom. That went through no problem (it seems Adobe is good at TAKING my money). I figured i'd try back next week and have my Country changed and consolidate both my accounts into one.
MORE THAN A MONTH HAS PASSED. I have tried several times over the weeks. THERE IS NO WAY FOR ME TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A TIMELY MANNER!! The phone situation is the same as above. Often the 'Chat with a live rep' option is not even available. When it is I CONSTANTLY get this message in the chat window :
We are still assisting other customers, thank you for your patience. You can also try ourcommunity forums, where experts are online 24/7.
Even as i type this message i have been on hold on the phone for 30 mins, and still no response in my chat window. This is ridiculous.
WHY IS THERE NO OPTION TO EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE???!?!?!?
At this point I'd be happy with returning my Lightroom purchase and changing my country to Canada on my original Adobe ID. I have lost all faith in Adobe.

I am trying to get Adobe to rerelease the software and registration number for my CS4 suite but my email & ID has changed from [email protected] to [email protected] for some reason the ID link now says I am in the US not Australia. I get the same message:
To change your country, contact Customer Service.
But that has not been possible online.
Do you have an email contact for them please?
I only want the dreamweaver and adobe pdf creator & editing software but the links on US site don't work either.
I already paid for the whole suite a few years back so don't want to pay again after I had to replace a HDD in a windows 7 machine.

Can't brows music and movies in iTunes on my computer and iPhone ever since I changed my country/region

When I first made it I selected the USA as my country because I didn't have my credit card information and even without my apple ID I was able to browse songs on my computer before. Now I changed the country to Lebanon (Middle East) and I can't browse songs all of a sudden. In appstore I also found that I only see loocal ratings of applications and there are not much people here who purchase apps and I can't decide from these ratings on buying apps!

When you browse in a particular country's iTunes Store, you will only see the content that is sold in that Store.

You can browse in any country's store to see what is there, for example app ratings.

Message for Embargo "No country information has been maintained for US"

I have activated the legal Regulation EMBUN for country DE and US where country of departure is DE and US is country of destination. Entry in Emb. Exp. is 2Check : Export (exclusively) for both DE ans US.
In the Log it shows aEmbargo block and the reason it states is "No country information has been maintained for US" for the BP.
Is the Log showing the correct information?
My objective is to have Embargo block for export from DE to US.
Your help is appreciated.

First of all the determination of the Legal Regulation is at country level, so in the Customizing you should only put the Country departing from to activate the legal regulation (the send to is not being considered in the activation of the Legal regluation unless you change the determination strategy -which I do not recommend-).
Then go to transaction /SAPSLL/CNTRY and give the information for ALLcountries as not relevant for Embargo, except for the US (its a lot of manual work, but I think there might be an oss note to do this automatically).
Then go to transaction /SAPSLL/CEEMB and give departure Country DE and execute. in the next screen create new and enter US. then transfer the data and mark it as embargo.
Then ur all set,
