Change Number (due to harassment)?

Hello,
It appears that my online number is the victim of a student prank.  I used this number for quite some time with Skype without any problems, but it appears a former student (you can guess how well they did in the class) is now contacting a rediculous amount of companies online and giving them my phone number, asking for information regarding their products / services.  Of course, I'm getting a lot of calls coming in from innocent companies due to this student's behavior.  At first, I figured that it would eventually go away, but after 6 months, it has NOT STOPPED.  In fact, I'm getting more requests than ever.
Is it possible to change one's number to stop this abuse?  I'm getting to the point I'm ready to cancel my account with Skype due to the problem, if they can't get this resolved.  I like Skype and would like to keep it if possible, but can't allow this to continue though, either.
Who do I contact to get this issue fixed? I went to the Skype Support page and it says to write it here first.  No phone number was given to let the admins know what's happening.

Thank you for your letter, and welcome to the Community!
Here is a link to the instruction on how to contact Skype Customer Service via their secure portal: Contact Customer Service
As you know you intend to contact Customer Service, skip past Step 2 of the instruction and proceed to Step 3, Continue Support Request. You may also skip past in Step 4 where you will be referred back here to the Community; no need to do this as the Community is where you started!
The usual procedure would be to cancel the Skype Number you have, and start a new Skype Number subscription.  However, seeing as this number has been scammed, Skype Customer Service ought to be alerted.
