Change of country and corresponding Appstore

Hello,
I have recently moved in in UK from Greece. On my iPhone, the Appstore is still located in the Greek appstore. I saw a lot of posts from people complaining about the hassle that comes when changing country. For the time being I am able to download everything from the Greek appstore, however, I am unable to download anything from the UK appstore.
So, what do I need to do in order to have access to the UK appstore? And if I get access to this, will I lose access to the Greek appstore (provided that I have debit cards for both countries)?
How easy it is to change countries in the appstore?
What do you believe is the best thing to do in my case?

To have a UK app store account you need a bank card from a UK bank with a verifiable UK billing address

Since 2 weeks I have an iMac 27" i5. Some days ago I tried to download Sketchbook Express. But it seems that if you download for the first time something you have to give your billing address and creditcard data.
Since more than a year I live in Romania, but my home country is Holland. There I have my bank account, because my pension is paid there and from there is my creditcard. But it is controllable a valid card.
To buy my iMac with this card in Romania was no problem !! But to download F R E E software is not possible with this card.
Another annoying point: As soon as you as you fill in your billing address, they change the language in the language of your billing address. I think it would be more polite if they asked you if you want to change the language.

How can I change the Country and Credit card Apple ID without loose the app installed ?

Hi, I move from Brazil to Qatar and keep using my account at Brazil since I have a credit card there and the old address.
Today Ireceived a message when I was updating my app at my iPad that I should change my payment method that was rejected (???), I try to update and keep the same message... So now maybe better to use address and card from Qatar.
I could not understand how can I change the country and shop since everything at the address is linked to Brazil.
Also I'm afraid to lose the installed app...

You won't lose apps that are installed.   You will lose the ability to update them
Business with the App stores is restricted to those stores in your formal country of residence (your billing address) and a bank supported credit card from that same country.   You can buy and update apps with those details only in that country.
If you have established residences and bank supported accounts in other countries you can also use those.   You can buy and update apps in those countries using those details.
You cannot interchange them.   You cannot merge IDs or purchase details.

One way is to go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores, click on your Apple ID at the top, then "View Apple ID".
Sign in, and change your Country / Region there.

I bought this online number yesterday, and just figured out that I shouldn't have set the country as the US. I desperately need to change the country. If not, there is no use for using this online number, and I'll have to cancel it.

There is nothing that you can do to get rid of the balance on your own. Contact iTunes Store Support and seek their assistance. I believe that they can reset your balance for you.

Change the country and lost my form

I asked support for adobe via chat on line because I created a form from Adobe Form Central using the free account and I wanted to upgrade to the Basic Plan to make the divulgation of my form (professional survey).
The problem is that I don't know why my account was created for US (I am from Brazil and I live in Germany), so was not possible to make the payment of the plan.
When I was in the chat with adobe he told me that I should create a new account, but I wanted to keep (maybe transfer) the form that I have already created. So he asked me if I wanted just change the country of my current account. I said "If possible, yes".
So he did it. I had to change my password but then my form disappeared!!
I need that form, it is still on line but I don't have access to that in my account.
Please support me.
And by the way, sometimes I can't access the chat on-line again. 3 people tried to help me and nothing. Last one just ignored and left the chat.
