I can no longer purchase itunes or anything since I changed countries
I was told by my bank in the US this is a common issue and just delte my accoutn and begin a new one.
what to do? It still says the old address but now says France not US and will not allow anything.

Did you actually watch the movie? You get 30 days in which to view it and if you didn't watch it, that could be why you are getting that message. If you have watched the movie and you're sure that is has expired by now, contact iTunes Store Support and seek their help.
Change the country in the upper left. - and click on Purchases, billing and redemption to proceed.

I've had a trial of creative cloud and am looking to upgrade to a complete account, however when I go to pay it says my country is the UK however I am located in Australia. Please can you help with this?

I had a similar problem, and it was quite a challenge for Adobe. Their online systems, shall we say, have a few issues.
I had two Adobe IDs in different countries (one dated from Macromedia days and was set to US, the other was UK). I had some products registered on one, some on the other.
They couldn't change the country of either Adobe ID, but after a series of long on-line chat sessions and phone calls (It totalled over 5 hours - no kidding). They moved all the products to the UK ID.
I suggest you might have to do somthing similar. Create a new ID in Oz and get them to move products over. However, go talk to them, and expect it to take a long time.
One gotcha to be aware of: don't change the email associated with an account, or if you do, allow many days after before doing anything else. When I changed the email associated with and ID, it changed immediately as far as I was concerned, but the agents online were still getting the old email and account details on their systems for several days. It caused huge confusion. It appears some changes happen only in batches overnight - and not every night!
Edited to add: if you don't have any product registration info on the trial account ID, do you need to change the country? It might save you a lot of pain and grief just to create a new ID in Oz, and forget about the old one.
However, you can't create a new ID with the same email address as an existing one. If you want to use the same email address on a new ID, you'll still need another one temporarily. Change the UK ID to a new email address. Wait at least 24 hours. Create the Oz account with the original email (if that's what you want), which you should be able to do after a day or two. But as I say, it takes several days for changes like email address to trickle through Adobe's systems. The speed of light is rather slow in Adobe.

I'm from Canada and so is my phone. Now I live in France and when I want to download apps, sometimes it says that I can't because those apps are not available for Canada apple store. How can I change the country?

I am trying to change my country from South Africa to Uk. I change my address on my id. When I sign into apple store, it asks me to verify the address details. It then comes up with invalid post code. All that works is the SA post code, not any UK code

You would need to create a new Adobe ID to reflect the country change since the server would detect that you are not in the US.

The iTunes Store in a country is intended only for use by that country's residents, and only while they are in the country. To use the iTunes Store in a country you need a credit card (or other card type if acceptable in a country) issued in that country, billed to an address in that country, and also be physically present in that country when using the store. You are also restricted to waiting 90 days between country changes.
E.g., "The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. Unless you have a credit card in the country you're leaving so that you can buy something more expensive than the balance you have left (the iTunes Store would use up the balance and charge the remainder to your CC), you'll need to ask the iTunes Store for assistance. Go here:

The issue is that you purchased the apps in the US app store, not in the Mexican App Store.
If you set your App Store back to US, then you should be able to access your purchases from teh US Store.

Change profile country on Azure account

I moved to Ireland and successfully updated country info on Live ID.
But change of country in Azure profile is not possible. I can't even add new credit card info in my Pay-as-you-go plan because country info is locked to my "old" country.
That fact leaves me no other choice than to move from Azure to other cloud service! How that lousy service is even possible on Azure? I want to pay them, and there's no even email address, phone number, nothing!

I need to create yet another Live ID, for my current country. So no, my issue can't be resolved because of some strange rule which states that Azure account country can't be changed - even though LiveID country can be changed!
I'll keep my bizspark accounts, since there are free resources, but for personal things and projects, i'm moving away from Azure, life is too short to deal with this nonsense.

I tried to change my the country on my Apple ID. I put all my information and it says that my payment method information doesn't match my bank's record. It also says that try to change into a new payment method. I did change and I still have the same problem. All my informations are true. I don't understand why it's so complicate just to change the country. Any suggestion for what I can do? Thank you in advance.

The bankcard must be issued in the Country you are trying to change to, and your mailing address must also be in that country.
