We cant change the font size of display But we can change the print size while printiing.
Please follow the process.. After displaying the report goto LIST->Print->Properties--->General Properties -
> Format
Please create new font size as per ur requirement and assign it here.. U can send it these thing thorugh program also.

Increasing Font in Classical Report

Can we increase the font size of ABAP Classical Report ?
I have tried the PRINT-CONTROL FUNCTION 'SF000'.
But,of no use.

How to update the table when change list item in classic report

hi ,
i worked with apex 4.2 and i create normal classic report with one select list(named loved)Column ,now i want to update table when user change the list with new value ,i can't create dynamic action to do this,i create check box with primary key and loop for check item to update the table but i can't get the value of list item. and for more speed the user want to do this when change the list value.
my question
1- how to do this by javascript and get the value from list item and update the table with new value
2- is i must use API to create list item so i can get the value of item in report or what.

I coded the following to give you direction:
1. In the "Element Attributes" section of the DEPTNO column, I call a javascript function as:
onchange = "javascript:updateTable(this);"2. I wrote a simple javascript function that shows an alert when the user changes the select list as:

This works fine but when TextObject has Embedded Fields those Fields aren't change and still have Arial font.My question is: how to change font in whole rpt file, including Embedded Fields?? RegardsKonRi

You can create workbook. Change the font size of the displayed result and save it. So every time you open the workbook and refresh the query output, the result will be displayed in the changed font size.

Change font color in Report Code causes font size to change.

I am trying to dynamically change the font color in a report, red for negative, green for positive and blue for 0. I have created a report region and here is my code:

This code works great except it overrides my css text size and shows up as a page default size. I can't seem to figure out why this happens. This also happens when I try to sum a column. I've set my font size to 11 in my css and it is calling it correctly, however with the above code, my font size shows up at 12 or so.
I am looking at the code (view source from my page and it shows the correct class
<td class="t3dataalta" align="right" ><font color="red">-13.98</font>
in my css:
td.t3dataalta{font-size:11px;padding:2px;padding-left:5px;padding-right:5px;}
If I remove the decode statements with the font color then my font size is correct, but I need to figure out how to make the colors work.

Changing font in Oracle Report in PDF output

I have created reports using dev10g(report builder). I can run report from client side in pdf format but I want to change the font (i.e from courier to Arial narrow).
How can I do this?

You should not create checkboxes like this. Either use the APEX_ITEM.CHECKBOX2 API or change the Column Type to Simple Checkbox.

Font and font color are getting changed for SAP R/3 report in portal

Hai,
We are using ITS 6.2 patch 26 and EP 6.0.
When i run a SAP R/3 4.6C report in ITS 6.2, the report content are shown in Courier New font with blue color.
When i run the same report from portal, the report content are shown in Arial font with blackish blue color.
Can anyone tell why in portal the font attributes are getting changed and how to have the same font attributes in portal also.

Please go to System Administration -> Portal Display -> Themes.
You can change the font type , color and size from here and have to properly assign it to the Desktop for the users for which these font should be displayed .

How to Change Fonts in Oracle Reports

Hi All,
When ever i am changing fonts in my report it reflects me when i run them on reports builder installed on my local machine.
But when i put them on application server, these changes are not reflected. I am generating PDF reports.
Can some body help me what should i need to do to reflect the font changes.

Hi Kamal,
Whether the font used in the report is installed in the machine where Apps server is installed? If not , use the feature ' PDF Aliasing' to substitue for that particular font.

How to change the font in query builder window in Reports 6i?

I am facing the old problem again and again, which is I can not find any way to change the font in query builder window in Reports 6i. The current font is so bad for alignment and ordering each part of SELECT statement. Is there any way to change this to COURIER NEW for example?

No, but I suggest using a different editor which does allow a different text option and just pasting it in.

How can I change Fields Font in Designer 6i - Report module

I have created a Report Module and I would like one of the field to be displayed as Barcode.
Module is created in Designer 6i and I am also using Headstart template for the report.
I was unsuccesful in changing the field font.
Can anyone help me with this matter?

Hi,
I think changing the font in the Paramater form for the LOV is not possible. Long back there was
an enhancement request filed for this , i don't think that is implemented yet.
Prabably you have to have as a workaround is make a pramform out of Oracle Forms.

in my project i'm using wad for my reports
when i execute these reports from wad and convert it into pdf format the font size of the pdf report is very small.
what can i do in order to rectify this?
are there any settings where i can change the font size?

I do not have AA6 available right now (I can check at home this evening). I am also using AA Pro, not Std. In AA7, there is a text box tool that is a commenting tool. When I started typing, a properties toolbar came up that had the font size and such. I haven't figured out how to get the toolbar after the fact. In AA8, I selected the text box tool and then went to view and selected the properties bar (the font size and all showed then), or use Ctrl-E when editing the text. I have not been able to figure out how to edit the text in a text box after you have created it - think it is a mental block right now. Bill
