Change of Navigation button on 6110 ?

does anyone know how to change or dissable the Navigation button on 6110 Navigator ?
the button is on a position where its many times accidently pressed ...
and well route 66 is the last software i gonna use on this Phone ..
1. no quality
2. no maps for asia
3. i have a Garmin mobile license ;-)
however ... almost every day the nokia navigator (aka route 66) does pop up while sliding the keyboard or with some other reasons.
any hack or somethings avaiable to stop this ?

Backups are for WIMPS !!

at the time, there is no way you can change or reassign the navigator button. this is one of the many problems we are facing with the 6110.

Using Windows 8 and Adobe Reader XI. Can't seem to save changes to navigation buttons i've added so they show for every document i open.
I went into edit/preferences/documents/ checked "Restore last view settings" but still won't save.

How do I change the colour of the navigation button icons?

I was wondering if there are any add-ons or mods for Firefox 25 that would allow me to change the colour of the icons on the navigation buttons.
I'm thinking along the lines of the older style where the back and forward buttons would light up green, reload in blue, stop in red, and home with a white/yellow mix, when they are clickable.
I find with Firefox 25, I get light gray when grayed out, and dark gray when active, which I find is a bit difficult to tell at a glance. I prefer the colour-coded buttons, and was hoping there was an add-on that would allow me to change that in Firefox 25.

Navigation Buttons Change Size

My admittedly-crude website is taking shape but when I roll over the navigation buttons (which don't have actual links yet) the font type seems to change to bold and the button itself changes size to accomodate the larger font.

Change Behaviour of the 4 Browse / Navigation Buttons

In documents, Iam using a new series each period/month for each type of documents, for example for a quote document in october, the series was named 200810 , for november, the series was named 200811 and so on. So each time a new period/month pases, my DocNum, starts again from 1. This gives me great control in my numbering system, but I get an inconvinience when using the 4 browse/navigation buttons, becuase If I click the last record button, it gives me the document with the biggest DocNum. Not the actual last record.

Please note: when you get something very convenient, chances are you are also get some by-products that may not be that convenient.
Unfortunately, you have to type in the number to find if this number is not in the current series selection. Another way will be making sure the number series is the right one to get the max number for that series. In another word, you can only have one last record which will match your current series selection.

Can any tell me how to reprogram the "navigator button" to activate another program ... example a different mapping program.

As far as I know, you can´t assign new function to that button.

Print, Export and Page Navigation Buttons in the Report

When I view a report through CR4E, the generated report has 3 buttons namely Print, Export and Page Navigation buttons. But when I click on either of the buttons I get a 'null pointer exception'. This is a critical error as I am unable to navigate past the first page. Do I have to add code to these buttons? If not, why am I getting an error? Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

Looking at your code it appears that you are storing the ReportSource in session prior to passing in the ResultSet. This will create a problem when a postback is made on the viewer page (which all of the viewer actions do). If you look at the sample code which is generated when you use the JSP Page Wizard you will notice that the ResultSet is passed to the ReportClientDocument object prior to it being stored in session. Then, when the page is called again this object is retrieved and the ReportSource is used by the viewer. You can quickly run the test using one of our sample reports to see what I am talking about. How do I create more than one navigation button in Adobe Fireworks CS6?

Hi guys,
Apologies if this comes across as very stupid question. I am a complete beginner with Adobe Fireworks and I'm in the process of creating my first website and I have got to the stage where I want to create navigation buttons and the book I have recommends using Adobe Fireworks so I have downloaded. My problem I have encountered is after I have created my first two state button what is the next step to create another two state button which has the identical size and colour of the previous two state button?
Here is a brief rundown of the steps I have done to do the first two state button:
1) Edit-Insert-New Button
2) Chose the rectangle and then specified the width and height of the button and chose my stroke and fill colour
3) Centred the button and used the text tool to put the button as a 'Home' button for my website. I then went on Window and Align in order to centre the text on the button
4) I went on Select-Select All and then went on Windows-States to open the states panel. I right clicked on state 1 which is Up and clicked on copy to states. I then selected the next state radio button and clicked OK.
5) I selected State 2 and slightly modified it by changing the colour of the text.
6) I then clicked the back button to return to the main window.
After this what step should I take to create my another button which has the same size, colour and text style as I have created for the first button? I tried just repeating these steps again but when I do step 1 it creates a new fireworks document which means I have to create the buttons size, colour, text style from scratch.
Your help would be greatly appreciated guys and once again I do apologise if this comes across as a silly question.
PS Please could you let me know if the steps I have taken to create the 1st two state button are correct

Initially you need to configure via the provider's own web based control panel multiple e-mail accounts. If they don't have one, work it out with their customer support to have three distinct mail accounts. Then you can setup multiple logins by adding new accounts to mail. Since mail checks all accounts per Mac OS X user account simultaneously, it probably is best to use different usernames on the same internet provider. If you don't want mail to show all the information from all three mail accounts simultaneously, configure Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Accounts to have multiple users on your computer, and configure each of the internet service provider accounts for each separaet user on Mac OS X.

How can I replace navigation buttons with obvious ones?

I've just taken over this website for a friend and opened it in Dreamweaver but the code is such that the existing four little square navigation buttons at the top of the page don't show up in design view (these change the book images). The client wanted some more "obvious" buttons there because people are not understanding that those little squares are buttons. Arrows may work better. Can anyone advise?

Page navigation buttons not working properly

Hi,
I am having a multilingual Java Application (e.g. English, Japanese, French...). In this application there are reports which display the data using locale parameter (like en_US, ja_JP etc.) to display the data in selected language.
The problem comes up when I see Japanese reports on English operating system machine and vice versa.
When I click any button of page navigation it changes the page number but does not load and display the page accordingly.
It's like when I run the report it displays the first page, then clicking on Next button brings 2 in navigation field but the report would still show first page, same happens for 3, 4.... all pages.
The other navigation buttons also do not work, they change the page number but display only the first page.
This problem does not occur when I see Japanese reports on Japanese OS machine and English reports on English OS machine.
However my clients need the first case, Japanese reports should work on English OS machine also.
Please advise urgenly.

I resolved the above issue by removing the call to method setProductLocale in jsp file (which was really unnecessary in code as product locale is meant to set languange for crystal report design environment ).
Actually the problem was I had set locale at two place
1. using setLocale method of ReportClientDocument object) after the initialization of report client document object
2. using setProductLocale method of CrystalReportViewer object after the initialization of Crystal Report Viewer object
After commenting out code for setProductLocale, reports in all languages and all their functionalities started working 100% perfectly.

Slideshow navigation buttons not working.

Having had the slideshow navigation buttons that exist below my photos (back, pause, forward) working fine for some reason they are now coming up as question marks in Safari and error boxes in Firefox and Explorer. I have not made any changes to my site but have republished since discovering the problem but it still remains.
I have looked for the cause in iWeb but have no idea what will remedy this.
Any help much appreciated.

Caused by the recent update from .Mac to MobileMe and out of our hands for fixes.
The trouble is caused by some of the links create by iWeb that point to files found on Apple servers (not your iDisk). They are usually created inside the javascript files (.js) and use incorrect URL's that previously worked when linked at .Mac but now fail at MobileMe.
Since it is a javascript file a Web browser status bar (bottom of the window) shows a javascript:void URL but a click on the link in our iWeb (and Homepage) pages is not finding the correct Apple server files (they are not part of your iDisk and are hosted on Apple servers).
Odd thing is that some of these URL's do work and others fail. Some do not show the mouse over change (to the pointed finger icon) but clicking in the space where they should appear triggers the javascript.
Someone at Apple will be working late into the night to "fix" what they broke.

Help please with my navigation buttons

Can anyone please help me with my vertical navigation buttons. I'm trying to set up my nav bar so that all the buttons have a background image (button.jpg) behind them at all times and the only thing that changes when touched or the mouse rolls over them is that the colour of the text changes, except when the sub buttons appear, because the name of some of the sub buttons are so long i have created another button image that is longer (button2.jpg), i only want this to appear on sub buttons otherwise the buttons will end up taking most of the pages space. I'm having great difficulties getting the sub buttons to appear with the correct image (button2.jpg) and am getting increasingly frustrated with it, can anyone please help!!!

index2.html is a broken link for sure. The main index page looks like it's working fine.
A little styling critique if it's okay... Personally I'd have gone with a CSS or Javascript multi-level menu across the bottom of the header. Saves visitors from having to scroll all the way down the page to see every menu item. And I'd rethink the color of the "Miles & Daughters" in the header image. It kinda gets lost in the roses.
If you have a link to the "broken" page please put it up so we can analyze it.

Gallery navigation buttons

Hi, is it possible to add navigation buttons to select an item an image gallery (First, Previous, Next, Last) to iterate through the selected items of a gallery?I have a photo gallery (OneDrive like) with thumbnails and a big image with the selected photo.
I figured out how to do the first last, but still puzzling on the next / previous.
First / Last:
I programmed the OnSelect: UpdateContext({MyCurrentImage:First(PhotoTable)})

There is a way you could accomplish this, but your file names for the images will need to follow a similar pattern with a number. For the following discussion, assume that the file names are of the format SPx.jpg, where x is a number, i.e SP1.jpg, SP2.jpg
etc and we use a context variable called Name. Therefore to accomplish this you could do the following:
1) Add an Image Gallery onto the canvas and set its 'Items' property to your image source. This will be used for the thumbnails.
2) Add a button, called Back and set its 'OnSelect'
property to:
UpdateContext({Count: Count - 1}); UpdateContext({Name: "SP" & Count & ".jpg"})
3) Add a button, called Forward and set its 'OnSelect'
property to:
UpdateContext({Count: Count + 1}); UpdateContext({Name: "SP" & Count & ".jpg"})
4) Add an Image Control. This will be used to display the image in a larger view. Set its 'Image' property to:
First(Filter(Gallery3!AllItems, Title = Name))!Image
5) Click the Back and Forward buttons a couple of times each and you should notice the image visible from the image control changing as you click.
Note that this design will not actually move the selected Gallery item, but at least allow you simulate moving from one item to the next.
As an alternative you could have the user select the photo they want to be displayed front and center, please see
our tutorial video here. This walk through does not have navigation buttons, but at least presents an alternative for you.

Add navigation buttons on top of every scene

Hello,
I've got a Flash movie with quite a few scenes and I'd like to add navigation buttons (prev\next) with AS3 to move from scene to scene.
Sounds easy but...
If I write this on first frame of first scene :
this.addChild(play_btn);
buttons will appear OK on this first scene but will disappear under objects of the second scene
If I change to
stage.addChild(play_btn);
button will appear OK over every scene but, as my SWF is loaded in an e-learning software that produces SWF, the buttons will remain on the "stage" of every slide of the final module ! I can't remove them when the user changes slide because I can't run AS3 when changing slide...
Is there way of adding the buttons "inside" my movie but on top of everything that might appear afterwards ? No more depth or Z order in AS3 ?

Please don't tell me using scenes is bad because I've been using them for years and I've always read that all scenes become a long timeline at runtime. They're just very handy to me.

I believe in AS1/2 you can set a depth at any value.

Here's what I did so far :
I added the buttons to the root and found a function that did the trick, called with a timer :

The only problem is that the buttons will flash on screen at scene change because the of the timer interval, but you can think it's on purpose (visual clue) .
Don't know if there's a more clever way to detect scene change apart from some code on each first frame of scenes ?

Navigation Buttons

I downloaded a Flash template and I was able to edit the html
files. But I am having difficulty linking the Flash navigation
buttons to the other pages. For example, to index-2.html,
index-3.html, etc. I went into Actions and typed this in the getURL
line, but it does not work.

Did you remember to set the button navigation? You can do this manually for each button by using the property inspector, or you can use the settings drop down list in the menu editor and select 'assign now' for the buttons.
As for the first button - DVDSP considers that the first button you drew out will be the default button. If you then go and move it, change it to be the third in the list or whatever, DVDSP still points to this button... UNLESS you go into the property inspector for the menu (click on the menu background... not in a button or drop zone, or click on the menu icon in the disc layout window) and set the default button to be something else. Whatever has happened, go in and set the default button for the menu to be the first one in your list - or the one that you want it to be.
