Change of Warehouse In Production Order

Hello,
I need to change the warehouse 04 to 02 but i can't change the warehouse in the production order because already issue for production is made.
Is there any possibilities to change the warehouse....

greetings pushpa,
well there are a few way, which u can try.
1. u have issued components but have u reported completion? if not, u can go to the production order, in the header u can select the warehouse to which it needs to go. first copy the output product, and then delete the name of the product, select the component again, question will be asked, do u want to update rows?, click yes, then change ware house.
2. if report completion is done, then close production order and do goods receipt.
3. change released to planned and change warehouse.

FM to change Confirmation number of Production order

Hello Experts,
I have a requirement where I need to change the confirmation number ( which is already created for a production order) AFVC-RUECK. I could see that the confirmation number is not modifiable once it is created and no opition to change it by BDC. But my requirement is to change it for a production order.
1. Is there any FM or BAPI to change it?
2. Or directly changing in the database table AFVC is the only option?
3. Or is there any other method in which we can do it.

Child Item Warehouse in Production Orders

In a Production Order, I am trying to change the child item warehouses when the parent item warehouse is changed. I created a UDV that is set in the child item warehouse field and triggers when the parent item warehouse is changed.
SELECT $[OWOR.Warehouse]
The error I get is:
Internal error 'Items - Warehouse' (OITW)(-2118) occured [Message 131-183.
What could be causing this error?

Changing the Assignment of production order in sales order in MTO scenario.

Hello all!
I have following problem:
After the MRP a production order was created for a sales order. Because of the production in another plant
the production order which was created automatically had to be technically completed and a new one
created.
If you want to check now the availability, the sales order finds nothing, because it's linked to the one,
which was technically completed. Now is the question how can I change the production order for this
sales order. (In the production order the correct sales order is connected!)
As I found out it's connected to the field AUFNR in the table VBEP. But how can I change this
field within a transaction and not in the database?!?

How to change operation dates in Production Order /Capacity Leveling

We are using ECC 5.0 .In production order , scheduling happing as Backward based on the Sales Order Delivery Date .I am doing the following :
1.Demand as Sales Order with Delievery date : 20.03.2010
2.Running MRP with Lead Time Scheduling -2 in md02 and converting the Planned Order to Production Order .
4.Production Order have following dates :
         Basic Finsish Date : 21.03.2010
         Basic Start : the day Pl.Or--Pr.Ord
         Schedule Start : 15.03.2010
         Schedule Finsish : 17.03.2010
        Schedule Release : 13.03.2010
5.In schedueling margin key : Float Before Production : 3    , FAP : 3 , Release Period : 2
6.In material master : Work Scheduling View : Setup : 3 days , Processing : 4 ,Interoperation : 2 for one Base Qty 1
7.In operation : Op1 : Start Date : 15.03.2010    Finish Date: 15.03.2010
                         Op2 : Start Date : 16.03.2010      Finish Date : 17.03.2010

1.How to change the Operation dates in Production Order Operation over view screen ? Today, operation over view screen , Start date and Finsih Date of individual operation are not changable with in Production Basic Start /BF date or beyond .It is only changing based on the Standard Value : Labor
2.How to change/re-schedule operation dates d in CM21 (Graphical view -Work Center Capacity load as per   Production Order and Operation combination ) based on capacity availale in advance dates? I am using Time Profile : SAPSFCZ002 -SFC Graph midterm-3 motnhs and Planning ,
How to solve this above issue in scheduling operation and capacity distribution .

Change Work Center during production order confirmation

Dear All,
I must to modeling this situation:
I created an production order. In routing I used an work center A.
After I confirmed a half of quantity, the work center A was damaged and I must to change it, with the work center B.
The system allow this change, but when I checked the costing, the situation isn't real. The system counted the costs just for the work center A, and no for work center B.
My question is: it's possible to change the work center, during production order confirmation and the costs updated with new cost?

once a Order is released, the Process order detaisl for that order is frozen.
however if you want to do it, change the order status to CRTD after reversing the Movements done.
Do READ MAster data , this will copy the new Work center , redo the previously done Moevements.
if the change is long term.
or
Just manually add the new work center and do the processing. if the change is temporary.

Change planning plant in production order

Hi Gurus,
my business scenario is the following:
I have 2 plants that are assigned to 2 different company codes. Plant A (ordering plant) and Plant B (supplying plant).
The users place a sales order on plant A and through MRP with special procurement key 80 the planned order is turned into a production order in plant B.
But in the order confirmation the system tries to post the GR in plant A. Is there a way to change the planning plant of the production order at any time i.e in order creation or order confirmation? Because I need the GR against the production order to be done in plant B. Since the subsequent posting according to the business scenario would be after production, the goods should be sold from Plant A to Plant B via a sales order.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Panos,
SPK 80 doesn't suit your requirement, since by design it is doing GR in the ordering plant.
Alternatively you need to work with a SPK like 40, that is stock transfer from B to A. Just set up the intercompany process for this stock transfer.
This way, when MRP in A detects a need for replenishment, a stock transfer requisition from B to A is created. Then MRP in B will create a planned order for production (that you will convert into a production order later). GR is in B. The stock transfer requisition is converted into a stock transfer order, and the actual transfer takes place.

ECM: Change Master Record in Production Order

Hi
I have created a Change Master Record and made change to the BOM with respect to that change master record.
Now I want the Change master record (Eg. 001) to be visible in the production order (Master Data tab) when the production order is created.
Also, I would like to know if I can change the change master record (to say, 002) in the Production order so that the BOM with respect to that particular Change master record is selected.

Hi Jack
I think at the time of creating Change master record u haven't maintained the Object types.
In that View u have to maintain Tick at the check box of Actv., Object & MgtRec of Object types-- Bill Of Material & Task List.
This will resolve your problem of Change Master Record Display at the time of Production order Creation at View of Master Data.

Function Module /BAPI for changing the components in Production order

Hi,
We are in ECC5.0. We have requirement wherein we want to change /delete the existing component of the production order and add new component through RFC call from an external system. We tried to use CO_XT_COMPONENT_ADD FM for adding new components and when we tested this FM in SM37 with data there were no error messages . When we checked the Production order ,no changes were made to the production order component. Tried to use Commit statement and there is no change in the system behavior.Can some one help me to understand the system behavior . If possible kindly suggest me some alternate FM/BAPI .

Why some items can not change issue method in Production Order?

I have a Production Order which had been released.
As some reason, I need to change issue method on some items in this Production Order, but I found that some items can be changed with a dropdown list, and some items can not be changed without dropdown list.
Why they are different?
What should I do to meet my users' request?

sorry i visits forum after long time .. item category means , when create item group there are two option Service / Material if u select service , inventory come under that group only in "Back flush" other wise u can select "Manual / Back flush"

i know the link with ECM. In production order i can change the component revision level if i work with bom explosion date in read PP master data. But this solution isn't flexible. Imagine that i want to read PP master data with different explosion date for different component ...
Why in the purchase order the system allow a manual change of revision level and this chance doesn't exist in production order ?
