Change or clean up keyboard yoga 13

Hello everybody,
a drink syrup has been recently spilled on the keyboard of my yoga 13. I cleaned as I could after the accident, but now the keys are very sticky. I search solution for this :
1 - buy a new Keyboard and change this : the problem is that I dont find an azerty keyboard for the yoga 13 on internet (I am french). 
2 - change the keyboard by lenovo : I feel that lenovo is concerned only by the garantie and not repair at demand, can you confirm this?
3 - clean up the keys of the keyboard, I know this can be complicated depending on the model, someone has already removed the keys of the yoga ? it is simple ?

I never had luck cleaning sticky keys. I have always managed to make it worse, but I have never tried with a keyboard like a yoga 13. I have always found that some of the liquid got under the keys. I have soaked the keys in alcohol for some time, then used my hands to rub them while submerged. Let them dry before reassembly. I will add that the newer keyboards with less key travel are harder to disassemble and reassemble without damage. I couldn't find any source of French keyboards online. You might ask a local dealer.
