Change Oracle Workflow Sender address?

Dear all,
Now the oracle workflow send out email to users with the sender (From) *Oracle Workflow OBS [[email protected]]*
Does anyone know how can I change to Sender (From) *Oracle Workflow OBS [[email protected]]*
Please advice,

After bounce all workflow service, it takes the effect.

The header of the email change from "Oracle Workflow OBS [[email protected]]" to "Oracle Workflow OBS 2 [[email protected]]" . But the [[email protected]] didn't change.

This works fine for normal PO but when a PO needs to be approved via ME28 the external send gets triggered from the approver email and not the PO creator! I had a similar requirement and achieved it in program LMEDRUCKF1O and found the following enhancement-point:
ENHANCEMENT-POINT lmedruckf10_02 SPOTS es_saplmedruck.
In this enhancement point I check nast-nacha to ensure that the output medium is "External Send" (email) and then call function module 'CONVERT_COMM_TYPE_DATA' as follows:
        CALL FUNCTION 'CONVERT_COMM_TYPE_DATA'
        EXPORTING
          pi_comm_type              = lvs_comm_type
          pi_comm_values            = lvs_comm_values
          pi_country                = lfa1-land1

This overwrites the sender information for the mail request. Note that the sender email address must be attached to a SAP user, so it might not exactly fit your requirement but hopefully you can get it from there.

Changing sender address using FM : SAMPLE_PROCESS_00002040

Hi All ,
I am using the BT FM SAMPLE_PROCESS_00002040 for sending emails in PDF form to email addresses . Is there any method thru which I can change the sender email address in this . SAP currently takes the sender address from the user master settings . I need to change it to something else . Is this possible and how ?

Please refer the OSS notes 988859, 989043 for the below requirement.
1. Snote 988859: Adding a new field INTUSER in the structure FINAA for sender address.
2. Snote 989043: Code changes for variable sender address for payment advice notes by email.

Is it possible to change the "From Email Address in workflow"

I have a created a task list and set a workflow for the list.
Workflow Actions:
1. Send a Email to the "Assigned To" user whenever a task is created.
2. If the Task is due, send an reminder Email and even if its not completed, send a Email to the higher Management.
Workflow is working fine.
Issue:
The Email from address is the Email Address that has been entered in the SharePoint central admin Outgoing Email address.
I would need the from address to be of whomever has assigned the task to the particular person.
Let me know if its possible?

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to change the From email address in workflows.
The from address is set in the outgoing e-mail settings in Central Administration.
There is no OOB way to change it in workflows.
As a workaround, I suggest you develop your own workflow activity to do it.
Or, there is a CodePlex solution, it contains a Send Email Extended action which allows you to specify the sender, you can take a look at:

for each site collection separately.for example I want to change "software unit"
in below pic to another name for my software unit site collection.

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to change display name of workflow email address in sharepoint 2010.
In my environment, if I assign a task to a user, the email is as below:
The “test” is the site name, the [email protected] is the “From” user.
Do you want to change the “From” field in the workflow?
If so, you can have a look at the "Send email extended" custom SPD workflow activity (http://www.codeplex.com/SPDActivities
) which allow you to specify the sender.

For FaceTime, can you add an additional e-mail that is not your Apple ID e-mail? Everytime I try to do this on my iPad it sends me a verification e-mail saying I am trying to change the e-mail address associated with my apple ID and wants me to verify.

I am trying to add another e-mail address to FaceTime, but do not want to change the e-mail address associated with my Apple ID. Everytime I try to add the e-mail address in my FaceTime settings, it send me a verification e-mail asking me to verify that I want to change to this new e-mail address for my apple ID. I do not. I just want to have an additional e-mail address for people to contact me via FaceTime. Does anyone know how to do this?

You can have multiple addresses associated with your apple id. You will have to verify any changes before they can be added and this is done by sending you an email. This is to protect you from someone else makeing changes to your account.

F110 - Pre-notification by E-Mail: How to change the sender address

Hi experts,
by executing pre-notifications in F110 an e-mail is generated. The sender e-mail address is set from sap user (master data) who has executed pre-notification. This is the current setting.
Now the sender e-mail address has to be a static e-mail address not the address from user master data. Independent from user who is executing f110 there has to be the same (static) sender address.
I tried to use business transaction events, 2040. So I copied the standard function modules, assigned them to the events and set some breakpoints in the function modules without any success.
Additionally I executed F110 (pre-notification) in debugging mode and set dynamical breakpoints at the new created function modules - again without any success.
Does anyone has an idea what's going wrong?

I would like know is there are any changes in the work Flow - 'Supplier change order Work flow' in 11.5.10 to 11.5.8
If yes,kindly list the changes.

The best way to determine this would be to download the workflow into a wft file from 11.5.8 and 11.5.10 instances and run a simple Unix diff command on these two wft files. I do not believe you will find any documentation that will list differences at this level of detail.

Change ip in oracle workflow

Hello,
In OWB 11g I create a schema owf_mgr, and I've migrated the server, and has another IP.
In OWB i try to change IP from Locations/Process flow and schedules/Oracle workflow/WORKFLOW_MANAGER , but the fields are disabled for editing.
How to change ip?

I've had to delete all flows associated with the control center and then unregister the module , Now I can edit fields.

As explained in mail home wiki here, this function module is obsolete and complex to use, please use CL_BCS instead. You can find lots of example there. And it is pretty easy to change sender address using CL_BCS instead.

for example i want to block send address [email protected] and send it as [email protected]
Both email addresses existing as users (not alias)
i want to assign the bb*@conto.com email addresses to blackberries and droids

As a rule, you cant change the FROM: when sending from clients when using Exchange, except when using POP or IMAP, or two separate mail-enabled accounts that the user has SEND AS permissions for, or if you use 3rd party products such as ChooseFrom:

If you want to do this from a mobile device, you will need to contact support for that device and ask them if that is possible in an Exchange environment.

Ios changes sender address depending on receiver

It appears that my ipad has stored specific sender addresses for specific receivers. But why, how and where?
Example: I write an email from my account no. 1. As soon as I enter the recipient A the sending email address chnages to my account no. 2. If ai do the same thing with recipient B the mail address changes to my account no. 3. if I wrtie to person C the sending account remains my account no. 1

I wonder if this is for example where you're replying to an email and that email has come in to a specific account? If so it would make sense for any reply you send to be from the account the recipient initially emailed?
So person who emails you sends an email to EmailAddressC and let's say you've got EmailAddressA setup as default, if you reply to this person it would make sense for the reply to come from EmailAddressC, if it came from a different email address recipient may have doubts about authenticity for example?
