Change original language for table

Hi,
I created a table and some reason the Orginal language from the Attribute tab is DE. How can I changed this to EN? I looked at all the menu selections and nothing saids about it. I deleted the table and recreated using the same name but it still taking on the DE language.

Hello,
Login in EN language and try to change the text of the table. The system will ask two options
1 . Maintain in Original Language
2. Change Orginal Language
Click the option Change Orginal Language and change to language of ur desire.

You have to be aware that this will only change labels if you edit before adding quiz slides: Preferences, Quiz, Default Labels. You will have to edit the labels, choosing another language will not change them automatically.

For Quiz Slides you've already added to your project file you will need to change the labels manually. If you change your Quiz Settings and Master Slides that control the defaults and then add new Quiz Slides, THEN those slides will carry your new settings.

I live in Denmark, but my iTunes account is in Germany. Furthermore I want to watch movies in English. Can I buy / rent movie from German iTunes and somehow change the language to english or other? I prefer to watch movies in an original language..

we have a problem that in one of our FM the short text is displayed in german even though the language is maintained is english. One of the collegue suggested that we should somehow change the original language to DE and then undergo translation to get it rectified.
Now my question is that can we somehow change the original language of a Function module after it has been created?

Yes,
if you are logged with a language different, when you try to modify the text, the system ask you if you want to change the language. There you can change it.

Change default language for SharePoint Online Sub-Site

Hi Guys,
Am trying to create multiple sub-sites using a custom site template in SharePoint Online. The default language of the Site Template is English. But I want to create sites for difference languages.
There is a option to setup multiple languages on the site and change the browser preferences. But we want that anyone irrespective of the language, should see the site in the language it has been configured for, For instance France site should display data
in French irrespective of any user see it.
To accomplish this, I was trying to find if there is a way to change the default language of the site after we create it.
Can some one give me an idea if we can achieve this behavior or if there an alternate to do it ?

Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that you want to change the default site language.
There is no supported way to change the default language of a site collection, once it has been created.
There is a way to change it by modifying the content database using SQL Management Studio(though it is not supported), you can refer to the article below to change the default language in an existed site.

My Windows 7(464Bit) Ultimate, and its base language, and display language is English.
The Languages(English, French and Arabic) built-in (came re-downloaded and re-installed by the person who made the Windows disc installation). Thus, while installing Windows 7, those three lanauge listed for me to choose one of them to be the base language
and display language, I have chosen 'English'. In the End of installation, there are three pre-packaged languages(English and French and Arabic) can be used as a display language.
I would like anyone kindly to confirm for me why I have been facing these problems when changing language for non-Unicode programs from English into Arabic.
First: After I have installed the AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver (sp55092) 8.882.2.3000 on my laptop. The contents of the of Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel are partially shown in Arabic while language for non-Unicode programs
is Arabic, however, they are completely shown in English while language for non-Unicode programs is English.
A: I found that contents of the of Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel are partially shown in Arabic (second screen shot below, however,
when click on any options, for example 'Graphics properties' shown in Arabic in, the second window is shown in English) while language for non-Unicode programs is
Arabic, and it doesn't matter what format or location is.
B- when I changed language for non-Unicode programs into
English.
I found that contents of the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel are completely shown in English .
Second:
A- Only All Arabic contents will be displayed encryptely while language for non-Unicode programs is English
B- All the Arabic contents are displayed properly while language for non-Unicode programs is Arabic.
Third: an error extracting drivers and software downloaded from official HP website while language for non-Unicode programs is English.
A- I noticed an error extracting all kinds of comprised files(drivers and software) downloaded from HP website while language for non-Unicode programs is English and whatever location and format are:
B- However while language for non-Unicode programs is Arabic, there is no error extracting files.
In conclusion, Is it normal
for all of you the contents of the of Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel are partially shown in your native while language used

I am confused about your issue.
when you changed language for non-Unicode programs into English, it show English.
while language for non-Unicode programs is Arabic, it show Arabic, If it's none-Unicode.
This is correct. Why you think it's an issue?
About your second scenario description, I was not clear what you said. Could you give us a explanation?
Note: System display language is not the un-Unicode program language.
You can just choose one language to display the system at same time.

Hi cooperator,
I saw your post regarding the language questions and I will be happy to help. What are you are experiencing with the languages is normal. The base operating system is in English and while you can change the display language the core kernal of the operating system would be in English.
The reason that the Intel Graphic and Media Control Panel is in English and the rest in Arabic is because the driver would have been designed in English and is hard coded as into the driver but the display language is set to Arabic. So when the language is set to English everything will be in English.
The reason you having issues extracting drivers when you English set at the language is because the HP website will determine where in the world you and when you download the driver it will be the appropriate language for the country you are from. So when it extracts it will look for the proper extraction path using Arabic but everything is English. It work no problem when you are on Arabic because the driver can read the path properly.

Is there a way to change the original systems for multiple objects at once?
So instead of changing them one by one, can the original system for objects be changed for multiple objects at once?

I've checked with the Basis team, but they couldn't help me further.
For the moment we'll leave the objects like they are and Overwrite the originals when transporting.

How to change original language of ABAP objects?

HI,
I have created a BADI and an interface in R/3 release 6. I created the BADI in original language German, but by mistake I created the interface in Original langauge English.
Is there a way to change the original language of the interface to German? I tried editing and activating the interface in German logon, but it did not help as teh Original langauge of the interface remained as English.
Is there any SAP report which would help me to change the original language of ABAP objects?

Here's the way out:
Step 0. Delete the object
Step 1. Delete the object directory entry(If it says entry doesnt exist, recreate it - ie. the object dir. entry)
Step 2. Login to the language of choice - In ur case 'DE'
Step 3. Recreate the new object
Voila!!! Original Language changed

This information is, I believe, partly or completely stored in the registry. What this means is that you have to do a complete uninstall, and reinstall selecting English as the installation language.
