Change Output for MB90 to smartforms

Dear Experts..
first of all i'd like to say sorry if this thread posted in wrong section
because my question is mixing between ABAP programming and MM Customizing.. so i posted here..
the problem is..
that i'd like to change default sap script form to smartforms in output of tcode MB90..
i already done setting from tcode NACE for standard output type WA03 and also changing default program from SAPM07DR to ZSAPM07DR and changing the default form MWASCHEIN to smartform ZMIP_GR
is this the right way ? since when were looking at the printing program looks like it build only for SAPSCRIPT form... where we could fine syntax OPEN FORM and CLOSE FORM..
please advice any body ever succeded to change the standard sapscript to smartforms ?

Problem with the External send output for Portugal in Smartforms

Hello All,
I am facing an issue with a particular outtype for external send for portugal country.The print priview is of different font than original font of the form.
But When the same output type is assigned with the print output the form is showing the font with the original fonts of the form.
can any one suggest the solution for this?

Actually the same external send output type is working fine in the development system.This is having issue only in quality system.
And the condition records are maintained same in both dev system and quality system.
Does the capturing of Font play any Role...
I read some where that sometimes in translations a particular coutry might not hold the fonts.

Output for changes versions in SRM

Hello,
We are currently trying to control when our SRM (server 550)system is to send output to our vendors, but the output is only to be sent if specific elements in an order is changed.
To do this we are using the table BBPD_COMP_FIELDS.
This works very well, there is just one problem that we cant seem to understand why.
If you created an order, then change the order with something that was not suppost to send output (because it is set in the table above) it sends the output. If you then change the same again it will not send out put (which is correct).
So what it does is for changes that shouldent send output when changed:
order --> output (correct)
change1 --> output (Wrong)
change2 --> no output (correct)
it should of been:
order --> output
change1 --> no output
change2 --> no output
Question is why and how do we get it to stop doing this?

Hi
Use the PO version control BADi to change the version for the PO on identified field changes. In SPRO, out put conditions, trigger the change output when there is a change version of the document. This should work.
BBPD_COMP_FIELDS (with SM30). There is something mentioned about which fields to compare for PO output, you have to scroll some way down to get there.

Program for setting changed output indicator for deliveries

Hi All,
Is there a standard program and Form routine to send changed Delivery data as EDI output ?
We have a scenario in which if a delivery that has already been sent out is changed, we want to trigger a changed output. We are using output type SEDI in application V7.
If i click on my SEDI output type, I see an option to input Program name and FORM routine name for change output under the tab General Data, but i dont know what values to put here . Any and all help will be greatly appreciated .

How can we change output pin for counter in X series daq

hello every one...
If this question is repeated then forgive me and direct me to that.
I am using X series DAQ USB-6343. In specific instant i want counter output at specific pin and then agian for other requirement i want it to other pin. plz so me some path. i try to find thing but i was not luck...

Attached is my example (it provides both methods discussed). I used a text panel with the same device to count edges on PFI0. Methodology:
1) Run Example and export to PFI0.
2) Stop Example
3) Change output terminal to PFI1
4) Run Example
Notes:
For Method 1, I would continue to see counts until I stopped and started the test panel. Without digging it to deeply it appears as though the route is not released until the edge count timer is stopped. Stopping and starting this counter stopped the counter from seeing edges on PFI0.
For Method 2, I stopped seeing edges immediately after stopping the CO Pulse Freq task.

Changing power output for Airport Extreme Card

How do you change the power output for the Airport Extreme Card? Is there a program that I can download to change airport's settings or the Airport Extreme Card's settings?
i.e. If the default power output for the Airport Extreme Card is 18mW, I would like to increase it to 25mW.

There is no way for a user to control the power output of the AirPort Extreme card.
Furthermore if the card was manufactured to output 18mW there is no magical way to increase it's physical ability so it can output more power.

Two types of outputs for goods receipt

we are making GR for suppose 5 items.
and here we are printing GR document for store record with having all 5 items in single document.
and also we need to take additional printout for 5 items seperately for GR Tag for keeping with material lot.
so we need 6 print outs.
Pl guide me how to use two output types and one is based on collective and one is individually for each item.

Tricky one!!
I belive you can controll it by using the appropriate Output type for eg:
Output type WE03 is for all line items in an GR document.
Output type WE01 is for seperate line item in GR documnt.
The issue is you can mantain only one output type at a time.
The general solution would be mantain WE03 as default output type and later for seperate line item print out go to MB02 and change the output type to WE01 and save it and process the output using MB90 with refrence to Material document.
For other customized solution need to be coded for the output determination procedure, get help from your ABAPER. A customised hard coded routine need to be insert in the procedure for the output type you want to use.

Output device in SPAD/Smartform

Hi All,
We have a ouput device created through SPAD transaction with a name of 14 characters.
We want to pass the output device name to the Smartform. But the smartform has a parameter of ssfcompop-tdest of only 4 characters.
We do not want to change the output device name from 14 characters to 4 characters.
Is there any alternative to pass the Output device name to smartform without changing the name of output device.

even you create 14 chars or 20 chars it doesn't matter. but we will pass the short name not the name which you created 14 chars. i guess you might gave <b>short name</b> for your printer in SPAD while creating check it, that you have to pass.

How can I change Output Method and Mailbox# programmatically (without GUI)?

We have several iR5075s and about 300 workplaces. For security reasons we only allow "Store" output method. So every user has access to some printers and for every printer they need to reconfigure printing preferences.
For convenience we'd like to do the following automatically (via Group Policy or scripts):
1) Change "Output Method" to "Store".
2) Set the correct mailbox number.
The problem is that the related settings seem to be stored in registry as a binary blob (HKCU\Printers\Connections\<printer name>\DevMode). I've been searching for a while but I couldn't find anything that would explain what's what in that blob.
Any clues?
Or maybe there's another way?
P.S. I'm familiar with scripting, regular expressions, etc. Acquiring the necessary parameters (such as mailbox#) is not a problem at all. I only need to know where and what I should change (in registry or elsewhere).
[Edit] Update: Actually it seems the settings are stored in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Print\Providers\Client Side Rendering Print Provider\<user sid>\Printers\Connections\,,<server name>,<printer name>\RemotePrinterCache. It's also a binary blob though.
Eventually I'll reverse engineer it enough for my goals. I just don't understand why it must be so complicated...

Excel Output For Standard Report In R12

Hi Experts,
My Client wants Excel Output for Standard Reports ( ex:-Open Purchase Order Report (by cost center)_xml)
I changed the default output to Excel in Template of xml publisher administrator Responsibility.
Now it is showing the Excel output, but The layout of report is not same as layout which in text output of standard report.
Please guide me is there any solution to develop the reports layout in ms-excel using xml file rather than rtf template.

Generating the new rtf template which is same as standard layout is difficult task for us. Actually we have 120 reports which have same requirement.

Issue with PO change output - Service line items

Hi All,
This is issue with PO change output. We have PO with line item 10, 20 and item 10 has 4 service line items. PO is approved and initial print out is taken.
Some one goes and makes changes to 1st service line items of PO line item 10.
A change output gets triggered. When this output is printed, it prints line item 10 details. This is standard functionality as this item is changed. But its printing all the service line items for this PO line item. Consider a case where there are 3000 service lines for a PO item. If I add 1 service item to this PO line item, the change form prints 3001 services for that line item. There were no changes done to first 3000 service line items.
Currently PO change form takes care of changes at PO line item but it does not take care of changes at service line item level.
Is there any setting that needs to be done for this so that it only considers the changes at Service line item level also.

If you're using a standard form, send a message to SAP. Otherwise make a change in the form.

How to bring output of report on smartform

I want to display output of one std report on the smartform. Output of the Z report is using large no. of write statements. I want to create one smartform which displays output same as the output of report.
Is it possible to directly bring output of report on smartform??

Hi,
To The best of my knowledge it is not possible directly.
You have to design the smartform with all the fields in the report.
And u have create the driver program for the Smartform or u can use the report as a driver program itself.
Then Call the smartform using FM SSF_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME to call the smartform.
