I hve a new credit card # so I need to update my subscription but when attempting to do so by following these directions it simply doesnt work.  it redirects me to the main spotify premium page and my only option is to start a new premium account, which it then wont allow me to do becuase i already have an account "Unfortunately, you're ineligible for this offer because you've previously signed up for a Premium trial or subscription." no comination of clicking links, manually entering web address, or going through account details will allow me to get to the change payment details screen. what else should I try?

1. Check if your form of payment is acceptable

6. Make sure you have sufficient fund

    I can't change my payment details, the Security Code is red and the error message states Security Code is missing.  I've tried 2 different cards but same problem.  Any suggestions ?

    Are you entering the correct code:
    How to find the security code on a credit card - Apple Support
    There could also be a problem with the card issuer.  Verify that the code they have on file matches the one you are trying to use.

  • HT1918 Changing payment details

    My old credit card was expired, so I got a notification that one of my purchases had some issues and I have to see the purchase history to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I want to register another credit card which is originated in another country and hence my itunes store will be viewing the new store.
    The main problem is when I am trying to change the country I login through itunes then i go to view my account >> change country >> i get the following message every time: "We couldnt complete your iTunes Store request. The network connection could not be established. There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later."
    I am facing this issue since last month.

    Part of the problem here, is your card you are adding has to match the nationality of that iTS account.

  • Payment Details Problems

    I got an e-mail asking me to change my payment details. There are four problems:
    One, my payments are still going through, including the current one, which is processing.
    Two, nothing about my credit card has changed from the most recent payment (successful last month) to now.
    Three, there IS NO CHANGE PAYMENT DETAILS OPTION ANYWHERE.
    Four, I can't get anyone to help me. I get transferred and put on hold.

  • HT1918 Unable to purchase on ios device after updating payment details on computer

    I have done two things to my apple ID account on my mac:
    1. Updated the email address
    2. Changed payment details.
    After the above mentioned operations, I log out of my apple ID account on my ipod touch and re-logged in. But when I tried to purchase an app from app store, my ipod touch leads me to a page to update(verify) my new payment details. I have filled in all blanks, including changing the "****" information to real and correct numbers. But when I click "Done" on the upper right corner, it does not proceed to finish the purchase but remains this page requesting for verification of payment details. I have tried a few time. All failed in this way.

    But... if the Device has been Modified... this will Not necessarily work.

  • HT1918 I've changed payment card thru iTunes Store still not working so I can't update any Appts

    I've changed payment details on my computer through iTunes  Store but when I update any Appts it either says last payment declined or change payment method I can't update my Appts or download any new ones even free ones the last person suggested to contact iTunes customer support I rang the 0800 number after going through stuff it said if I didn't have something I had to pay 25 pounds so I put the phone down can anyone help thank you.

    and follow the instructions to report the issue to iTunes support and request assistance. Note that if you are trying to enter in a debit card, debit cards are apparently no longer accepted.

    These are two possible approaches that will normally work to move an existing library to a new computer.
    Method 1
    Backup the library with this User Tip.
    Deauthorize the old computer if you no longer want to access protected content on it.
    Restore the backup to your new computer using the same tool used to back it up.
    Keep your backup up-to-date in future.
    Method 2
    Connect the two computers to the same network. Share your <User's Music> folder from the old computer and copy the entire iTunes library folder into the <User's Music> folder on the new one. Again, deauthorize the old computer if no longer required.
    Both methods should give the new computer a working clone of the library that was on the old one. As far as iTunes is concerned this is still the "home" library for your devices so you shouldn't have any issues with iTunes wanting to erase and reload.
    I'd recommend method 1 since it establishes an ongoing backup for your library.
    Note if you have iOS devices and haven't moved your contacts and calendar items across then you should create one dummy entry of each in your new profile and iTunes should  merge the existing data from the device.
    If your media folder has been split out from the main iTunes folder you may need to do some preparatory work to make it easier to move. See make a split library portable.
    Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library or a backup then then seeRecover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device for advice on how to set up your devices with a new library with the maximum preservation of data.

  • Fail to change my payment details

    I have failed to change my payment details with another credit card.
    I have used this card before a lot of times at iTunes store. After I have typed in my credit card details, they always say invalid secure code and I won't be able to change it.
    I have called the credit card company and there is no any problem at all to my credit card.

    Also, I am in UK now, can I buy Hong Kong store iTunes card gift card online without using iTunes ? I am currently still in Hong Kong itune store.

    You have to be in a country to use its store, if you are here in the UK then you can only use the UK store, and you will have to have a UK billing address on your account - and if using a credit card then you can only use a card issued by a UK bank, and which will need to be registered to the same name and address as on your iTunes account.

    Ok right, basically the situation is that for some reason my solo card is now not working with the itunes store it goes and claims my payment details have changed when they haven't is there an issue at the moment or something as it doesn't seem to say the security code also I rang apple, I emailed them etc spent £30 on a phone call to them and nothing, what can I do as its just started happening

    While I can't offer you a solution, I can verify that the exact same thing happened to me over the weekend as well.... I am also having a tremendous amount of trouble even connecting to the iTunes Store....

    The DayLimit Under Payment Term is Used to specify Perticular date to which you want the " Payment Term" or Condition should apply on the Invoice.  Explain you with simple example.
    Eg: 1.Payment Term 1001
    DayLimit 15
    Discount 2%  
    With the above inputs system Consider only the invoices posted on and before 15th date for 2% discount and for the Invoices posted after 15 of every month the said discount is not calculated or system will not consider the line for discount.
    Eg. Payment Term 1001
    Daylimit 31
    Discount 4%
    with the above inputs system consider's invoices posted from 16 to 31 dates for discount of 4%. 
    So If requirment is like this invoices posted on or before 15 should get 2% discount and invoices posted between 16 to 31 should get 4% discount then you can create the above manner.
