Change program/function from a outside namespace

Hello All,
Question, we have a product with a few programs here that were developed on a outside SAP and they just uploaded the request. The programs have their name space, ex: /CONSULING/PROGRAM. Because they are not standard to use enhancements, and not Z to change it, we get the message Namespace /CONSULTING/ does not exist.
Is there another way to change this programs? I've tried enhancement but does not work.

The source system is on a outside customer that i dont have access.
I've never worked with SE03, and i've asked the support team there and they don't know about this editing on a outside SAP posibility.
Is there a file or someting to upload on SE03? If so, do you know where i get it on SAP Portal?
They've sugested for me to send the changes on the code so they can change it there and send the request back to me.

Triggering a custom program/function from a transaction

Good Day,
I am trying to create a process to send some data to BIZTALK which will forward it to an outside system. I've written an ABAP and function which will gather the data and send it to a destination port set up for Biztalk. It works when executed by itself but the requirement for this is to trigger it when you run transaction ME35L (Release/Approve Purchasing Documents) to release a scheduling agreement document. I did some searching in this forum and there was some talk about setting up as a special function output type and defining the program there.
Has ayone done this type of set up. Can you walk me through it?

Okay, I've created an output type called 'DNEU' with the following:
Output Type: DNEU
Application: EV
Transm. Medium: Special Function
Program: ZLMMI002
Form Routine: Entry
When I try to use it, I get the following message:
"No communication data has been defined for transmission medium 8"
Did I miss something in the configuration?

Windows 8.1 background task Javascript - Call angular controller function from task js

Hi,
The Ionic Side menu starter template for windows 8.1 is a very good option to run the ionic apps on Windows 8.1 phones.
I am not sure whether this is related to Ionic/angular or VS2013 CTP 3.1 but if anyone can give some tips ,that would be great. I registered a background task as per the VS tutorial (Run JS task in background) and i tested it with windows toast notifications.However
my requirement is to access webservice in background which I am not able to implement.
The setup for background task is path to the js file but my requirement is to call a function defined within a controller.Is there any way i can access the controller function from an outside js file.I am new to Ionic,Angular and VS 2013.Any help would be great

Are there any updates on this issue? I'm currently seeing this on a Lumia 822 with WP8.1, and the app has never been published to the store. I've only ever deployed the app from Visual Studio to my device. It worked when deploying the Debug build, then I
tried a Release build, and it crashed immediately upon launch when trying to register the background task, but then I was able to go back to deploying/debugging the Debug build on the device for awhile. I made more changes, and now neither Debug nor Release
builds work--both fail on the BackgroundTaskBuilder.Register() call with the error described in the original question:
"The drive cannot locate a specific area or track on the disk. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070019)"
I've tried changing the Task name during registration, rev-ing the version number of the application, adding the call to BackgroundExecutionManager.RemoveAccess() before BackgroundExecutionManager.RequestAccessAsync(), changing the name of the IBackgroundTask
concrete implementation and changing the corresponding EntryPoint in the package.appxmanifest (as well as in the BackgroundTaskBuilder instance), and changing the package DisplayName to a new reserved name, all to no avail. The only thing I didn't try
was associating with an entirely new app in the app store or paving my phone, as these are both fairly undesirable "workarounds."
Even if this won't affect clients downloading the app from the store, this is a major roadblock during development, as we can essentially only use the emulator to test an app specifically designed to help solve problems involving moving around physically
in the real world.
Any more information would be greatly appreciated. If there's any information I can provide, please let me know.

Change of functionality in deleting songs from iCloud/iTunes Match with the 11.0.2 version of iTunes?

I updated to iTunes 11.0.2 and this version brought a change of wording regarding deleting songs from iCloud/iTunes Match, and I'd like to know if there are any changes in functionality to match the change in wording:
With version 11.0.2, when I try to delete any song (uploaded, matched or purchased) I'm presented with a pop-up dialog box that asks me if I'm sure and also gives me a "Also hide this song from iCloud?" option.
In prior iTunes versions the pop-up dialog box would ask instead "Also delete this song from iCloud?".
Has the functionality changed? If so, what's the difference in functionality between 11.0.2 and previous versions? If the functionality of deleting songs has changed, how do I delete an uploaded song from both my local library and iCloud/iTunes Match?

How can i use function from microsoft DLL in an ABAP program?

Is there a way to use a function from a standard DLL file in an ABAP progrm ????
The dll is stored in c:\winnt\sttem32.
Do i need to upload the dirver to the ECC server? do i need to put it some Tcode before i use it in my program?
i tried to fined some clear exaple but without any success .

this is not really possible, a dll cannot be uploaded, eg. sap could run in a non windows-environment so this won't work
Why not? You can query the local operating system for type/version, you can detect the presence of a file if you have the access, and you can run local executables using GUI_EXECUTE. However, if you've got any level of decent security in place, you're not going to be allowed to run a DLL in that location...

Search Functionality from Outside a PDF?

Hi All,
I would like to create search bar that lets you choose a country, then product (each product+ country will be associated with a signle pdf), then search for a key word (s). At that time the PDF will open on the webpage below search bar with the key word or term highlighted.
Is it possible to utilize CTRL+F functionality from outside a .pdf?

I'm a new member and I'm actually trying to work with garage band to record voice and playback. Can "logic express" Vs. 8.0 slow down or change the key from playbacks like the program "Amazing slowdowner"? This is a programm wich costs 50 US Dollar and I want to decide if i buy it or not.
What is the hgreatest different between "garage band" and logic express 8.0? Who can hepl me, which is the right thing for me. I find it difficult to find out which effects are the best only to record my voice with playback.

If you want to slow down the audio why not download a program from ABRSM called Speedshifter- its free and is very good. you could export the audio from Logic and open the MP3 file with speed shifter. I think speedshifter may also have the ability to alter the pitch as well. I use it for Flute practice- its very useful !

You can set times for your computer to turn on or wake from sleep in the Energy Saver system preference pane using the Schedule... button.

I don't know of a way to invoke a javascript function from outside the PDF. Adobe LiveCycle Forms
(Form Server) gives you the ability to extract form data from a submitted form. You should
investigate this option.

TV/DVD 19lv506: Full DVD functions from side of unit? Programming TWC remote for DVD operation?

Lost remote and need to operate all DVD functions from either TWC remote or from buttons on side of unit. So far, unable to program TWC remote to work DVD, though fine with TV. Can't seem to do anything but Play, Stop and Eject from buttons on side of TV. Can't Fast Forward, Pause, Rewind or access menu to select scenes, so must restart movies from beginning after taking a break and watching regular TV.

I don't know if that's possible. You may want to check Toshiba Direct for a replacement remote. They have a shopping assistance phone number listed at the top as well.

Stop Logic From Changing program

How do you stop logic from sending message via midi that will Change programs from synths. This happens all the time. I UNCHECK the boxes in environment, but still odd numbers still show up, referring to specific programs! I don't want that to happen Thanks!

I have left them in the All Computers list, I tried adding discrete lists but that didn't help.
The client Export is a good idea, I hadn't thought of that, thanks.
So far locking the .plist has worked OK, ARD hasn't gotten upset that it can't write to it.
But it will still clear out & change IP addresses.
Does it matter that the DNS names are all blank since I added by IP address? If ARD can't access the IP and there's no DNS name, is that what causes it to change/clear the IP?
