Change single app to all apps

I pay month to month for a single app, how do I switch to all apps on a month to month basis. I am not ready to commit to a full year but I would like to use some of the other apps. I want to pay on a month to month basis for now and if all goes well commit to a year once I know I can afford it.

Yesterday Adobe opened up the program for all customers as a special Black Friday deal... The offer is available only for a limited time as Curt pointed out, although the low price rate for the bundle doesn't have an expiration.

Have you tried logging out an back into that account on your phone (tap on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store), and/or tried getting the password reset for it : http://iforgot.apple.com (if you do get the password reset then you might need to logout and back into it) ?
If you create a new account then that will work for new purchases, but all of your existing downloads will remain tied to your old account, so only your old account will be able to redownload those purchases and/or download updates to its apps.

You will need to cancel the CC purchased this month(the money will be refunded), then place a new order for Adobe Muse single app.

TS1424 i recieve the error message "unable to connect to itunes store" mostly/only when i try to "update all" applications. i am able to buy single apps, songs, etc. i have been to numerous apple stores and NO apple genious has been able to fix this issue

I have been unable to "update all" apps through my iphone and ipad. all my software is up todate, i have been to see numerous apple genious's and i even traveled to Cupertino to try and solve this issue. i am able to buy single songs, single apps, etc. the only Clue i can give that might have a relation to the issue is before the problem started, I was signing up for icloud and my itunes username totally disappeared from my devices. i was able to "resecure " the same username, but i think that somehow itunes to differentiating the two identical user names i had??? but as i said, i can still buy single apps, music, etc.
i am going crazy. can anybody help.

Have you tried a Hard reset on your Device?
Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

How to change from creative cloud to single-app?

I'm currently on the annual creative cloud membership. I'd like to change to a single-app membership, since I only need Photoshop right now. How do I do that? Do I have to cancel the current plan and then sign up for the single-app plan, or is there an easier way?

As mentioned by you, you need to cancel the present CC & purchase the single app. The cancellation fee can be waived off for such instances.
