I am not sure whether it would work with LSMW but if your on ECC 6.00 ,Enhacement Pack 3 then you have BADIs which allow you to make collective status changes in IW38 .The below are those BADIs :-
BADI_EAM_RIAUFK20_FCODE_CUS1 :Implement Customer Function Code in Order List
BADI_EAM_RIAUFK20_FCODE_SAP1 :Implement SAP Function Code in Order List
Else if your on lower version then write up a batch programme which checks the PM Order types with specific status and sets user status using FM STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN[This is used to set or delete User Status] in SE37 ..

Equipment list in a functional location
Hi,
My scenario is as follow:
I have a functional location with a equipment list. I have to create a maintenance plan that affects to all the equipments.
All the equipments have to be controlled with the same parameters.
How can I act?
Could I create an unique maintenance plan to the functional location or could I have to create a maintenance plan for ech equipment?
How can I check that all the equipments are controlled?

it depends on your requirement only for example if you cost analysis is based on FL only ,then create one maintenance plan for that FL and attach the equipments in the object list ,hence once the call object is generated you can see the list of the equipment for maintenance activities,the cost incurred will be reflected to the FL
OR other thing is if all the equipments are to be maintained at regular interval with same parameter then create a maintenance plan with several maintenance item,in which system will create a call object for each maintenance item,drawaback is if you change any parameter ,then it will affect all the maintenance item attached to it
simple one is create maintenance plan for each equipment

How to change layout for list display in background
Hi All,
I want to change layout for the list display of tcode fbl1n when i execute in background. is there anyway to select our own layout when i execute in background. When i execute in foreground we can change the layout by selecting change layout button, but how it possible when in backgroung, is there any way please let me know.

Create a list variant by executing the program and changing the layout and saving..
Then use the "Layout" parameter in the selection screen and give the variant you created earlier...
Then while executing in background the list variant will be pickedup accordingly (given in the selection screen)..

i have to export the value of CAUFVD_IMP-TPLNR to temporay memory from the enhancement "COZF0001" using the user exit "EXIT_SAPLCOZF_001" from the include program "ZXCOZU01" and then import this
value in the enhancment "MMDA0001" for the user exit "EXIT_SAPLMMDA_001" in the include program "ZXM06U32".
But the include program ZXCOZU01 from where i have to export the value is not opening.
Can anyone help me in this. The value to be exported

yes u told correctly. But i need how the address get changed after the fucntional address is assigned to the export parameter E_ADRNR.
Iam getting the functional address but after assign it to E_ADRNR.
The value is not updated into none of the internal tables being used in the transaction.
But in that one internal table is XEBAN is used while iam directly using in the exit
it is showing syntax error.
iam unable to update the functional address to PR iam getting only the plant address.
if u know about this please resolve this. -

There is no such standard T-code for displaying changes made to a sales order.
You can take help of technical consultant for developing a report using the tables CDHDR & CDPOS (Header & Item respectively) for all the transactional changes made.
Otherwise you can also create a query to display changes & person responsible using these tables.

You can use transaction /N/ISDFPS/IL21 , it will give you detailed history of equipments and functional locations with usage change. It''s a DFPS transaction, hope its available in your system, or else you can goto Usage List in extras menu and customize the layout by adding the colums required to get the information you want in case of equipments or goto Usage Period in case of functional location in structure menu.

Functional Location field is Grayed out in change mode
Dear Experts ,
I have created an equipment automatically through serial number managed material .
But the equipment created has no functional location assigned to it .
Also when in change mode of the equipment the functional location field is grayed out & there is no provision to dismantle & reassign the same .
Pls tell me how can i assign a functional loaction to this automatically created equipment ??

I have put a tick for the checkbox " Inst . at Func. Loc" against the said equipment category
Is ther anywhere else in IMG that i need 2 assign/check .
while trying 2 assign a functional location for this equipment the system give the error :
No InstallLocation entered: Data transfer not possible

This customizing setting is for the T-code IE07. You can customize view of IE07 in different strcuture with required fields wants to didplay or suppress.

I'm loading functional location thru LSMW Direct input method. I coudn't able to see any structure relation for address fileds on functional location. I have mapped the IBIPFLOC for functional location but it doesn't have any address fields. So how to load the address fields of functional location thru LSMW direct input method. You can create a separate LSMW for this or you create a LSMW for FLoc upload along with the address details. I don't think this is possible with the standard program you have chosen.

Listing of Functional Locations in a Heirarchical Order in PM module
Hi Gurus ,
I am working on a requirement to display the Functional Locations in a heirarchical order for a given input Functional Location from table IFLOT. This is to be done by selecting all functional locations with the same String Indicator and the next lower heirarchy level for a given functional location.
The above procedure is to be done upto 2 levels.
For eg .
Input given: AA (Functional location with heirarchy XX-NN-XX)
Then , my report should display
Level 2 Level 3
AA-22 AA-22-BB
Kindly provide me some useful tips .

When you are fetching the data from IFLOT
first table TNAPR field.
For each TNAPR you have to check Superior FL(TPLMA) field repeatedly till all the below levels have been fetched.
So the IFLOT select should be in a loop pass.
After fetching all the Levels of Values for FL, then you can put them in a string by concatenating as per your requirement and display.
