Change the wallpaper and the app keeps moving. Why causes this?

I just bought my new iphone 5s last week. Yesterday i change my wallpaper and something strange happened. After that, as long as i turn on my iphone, the screen which is filled with my apps starts moving, it seems that the wallpaper is doing the resizing. So it is kind of the apps are moving and cannot be located. I just want to know does anybody else have the same issue like this? It really bothers me a lot. Just hope someone can help me clarify the situation, i hope it is not a bug.....

this is a new feature in IOS 7. it's called parallax effect. you can stop this and other animations by going to settings>general>accessibility and enable reduce motion

Just bought a MacBook Pro 13" Retina for my wife (yesterday). Having the same issue, iPhoto wont install, says i need 8.2. But I cant update to that version. Tried the App Store, but it says this computer is not compatible with that OS (really). Tried the link above, and it wont install becauase it says there is not enough room on the harddrive. If you still have the receipt or other proof of purchase, you can ask Apple to send you the serial. Otherwise, bad luck mate.. Good news is, you can now buy Logic Pro 9 from App Store for just 199 USD

Moved overseas, how do I change the app store region?

I have just moved from Australia to England and have brought my iPhone with me which was originally purchased and configured in Australia with me. I am now trying to reconfigure my iPhone to the United Kingdom region but my app store still is set to the Australian setting as I can't find apps that are available in the UK in the app store. Worked on my iPhone. Tried many methods which in support communities here. All failed (replaced hosts file, disable antivirus/firewall, on/off wifi, sign in/out itunes)
Finally there is a funny "unclick" let me successfully settled this issue. Make sure the option of "Automatically sync when this iphone is connected" is unclicked, at the time when iphone is connected to iTunes. It is the setting at iTunes iPhone Summary page. Hope this can help you so.

Tap on the id in Settings > Store and log out of it and then log in with your id. But if there is any content on the iPad from his account then you are probably better off resetting back to factory defaults via Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content And Settings and starting 'as new' with it - content is tied to the id that bought/downloaded it so your account won't be able to download updates to any of his apps, and unless his account is authorised on your computer's iTunes and his content is on there then it will be deleted when you sync to it.

Hi. When you were in the recovery drive doing permissions, did you try and run a repair of the boot drive? Did you try single user mode? Try these first and then go back and try to reinstall the operating system.When I say repair boot drive I don't mean permissions. There are both options in disk utilities.When you open disk utilities ,you will see in the left column two drives plus possibly a boot partition that look like an external driv. click on the second drive and in first aid use repair disk. There are several ways you can go about this.
1. Most labels come with Word templates or downloadable Word templates. Simply open those in Pages.
2. Make a table with extra cells for the thin spaces between the labels and skinny those down to match the spaces. ie You have big fat cells for the actually labels and thin narrow empty ones for the gaps.
3. Make a floating Text box the size of one label, format with dummy text just the way you like it.
+Menu > Format > Advanced > Define as Placeholder text+
You can now drag and drop snippets of text, the addresses etc onto those and it will replace them matching the style of the existing text.
You duplicate that text box into position of the other labels by clicking on it with the command kety held down, then drag copy it up or across with the option and shift keys held down. Fine tune the positions with:
+Inspector > Metrics > Position+

1. App Store>Featured>Apple ID (at bottom of page)
2. Tap on Apple ID>View Apple ID
4. Enter your password
5. Country/Region>Change Country or Region

The Basic Troubleshooting Steps are:
Restart.. Reset.. Restore from Backup.. Restore as New...
Try a Reset of the Touch... You will Not Lose Any Data...
Turn the Touch Off... ( if it isn’t already )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear and then Disappear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... (But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
Turn the Touch On...

Please look at the documentation from SAP for using this function. I just looked on my drive and can't find the document I used to have for this.
Just setting quantities to zero will not work as all open P/O, S/O, etc must also be closed before you can run the Inventory Valuation Method function. This is all detailed in the document.
I have done this successfully before for a client with over 4000 items, so I have been through the process. Please let me know if you need assistance.
