Change track info in iTune and affect the ones in iPod Touch? (bug?)
When I change my album names in iTune (or any other info), they aren't affected in my iPod Touch (for example in my iPod I have multiple folders for the same album, which I desperately try to change), what to do?
No answers after a whole day? Are employees around in these forum? Wondering, is it better I call at the 1-800 number to get support?

It gets a bit tiring after every single time iTunes updates I have to re-organize my 3000+ songs. I tried to do a quick search for an answer in the forums but I wasn't exactly sure what I should search for so sorry if this is a duplicate post.
Is this possible? (does this make sense?)
Thanks!I have the option checked and I made several changes to the ablums name and song names for several songs in my library. iTunes changed the files to the new folder names and renamed the files.
The only problem is that I have empty folders of the old album names.

I want to sync my iPad and when I plug the USB cable to it, itunes doesn't recognize it. I have the latest itunes version, I've turned off and turn back on my iPad, I've shutdown and restarted my computer a few times. I just bought a few tv shows and it just won't sync. I was able to sync my old iPod touch, but my daughters new iPod touch is not reconized and neither is her new iPad mini.

I'm trying to help my sister in law get Itunes on her ipod touch. When I press the itunes icon on the home page it says "cannot connect to the ipod store". Similarly when I press the You Tube icon is says "Cannot connect to You Tube". I'm able to access the web through safari. Any ideas out there? Thanks.

Everytime i go into itunes and try to update my iPod Touch 4th gen running on iOS 4.3.5 its says i need to be connected to the internet please check it or something like that and as far as i know i have the latest version of itunes
What is the exact wording of the error message?

Thanks in advance.I had the 1st gen touch since it first came out and just got the 2nd gen touch last month. I'll list a few things I like about the 2nd gen touch.
1. internal speaker. makes a huge difference in my opinion.
2. new design. alot nicer to hold in your hand than the 1st gen.
3. seems faster overall than the 1st gen touch.
4.display no longer has blue tint. now has more of a yellow tint. makes pics and movies look a little better.
If you can afford the 2nd gen touch I would highly recommend it.

I'm trying to change my CC on iTunes and it gives me an error saying that the info doesn't match my banks info. But it's the same card I had on there before. Then took it off and now it won't take it again. Grrrr. Does anyone know what's up?

hey guys, iv recently changed over from the 4 to the 5 and i have lost my 5. Luckily a few days ago i downloaded find my iPhone but when i log in it tracks my old phone and not the new one. I have logged in so i dont know why it wont connect. I'm really upset about lossing it, if anyone one knows how to fix the problem or another way of tracking my phone that would be great.
The iphone 5 can only be located if connected to a data or mobile network. If in Airplane mode or switched off, it can't be found.

I have some albums that only a few tracks are recognized and others are not. The difference in the info is that the pc recognizes the tracks that say aac matched and not the ones that say aac file. how can I fix that. I changed my Apple ID on iTunes and on the iPhone 4. When I try to "Update All" the old Apple ID shows up (I no longer have access to that email address). How do I update those apps?
Apps are DRM protected and tied to the account used to originally obtain them. They cannot be transferred to another iTunes account nor updated using another iTunes account. Only the account used to obtain them can be used to update them. You can contact iTunes support, explain the situation & ask that they add these apps to the download queue of your new account:

I am trying to change country to US for iTunes on my iPad. After I select US in account setting and press NEXT I get message: "Cannot connect to iTunes" and then "The iTunes Store could not process your request. Please true again later". Help please.
downloaded the updated iTunes and that did nothing. I then went through the form about $ very VERY carefully and discovered one field left blank. Once that was filled in, everything worked and I now have my free app.

PLAYLIST PROBLEM: I did a playlist and after synchonising with my ipod, the order of the songs changed both in itunes and in the ipod. In itunes the order came alphabetically and in ipod randomly. I wanted that playlistto be played in the order I made it for a party.
Now I don't know what to do.
