Changed acc country & lost my previous purchased items?

I changed from the UK to Australia but all my previous movie purchases have disappeared but the iTunes extra has remained. Any ideas?? Have tried looking at purchased in my account and also to see if there were any hidden purchases but neither has shown up anything. The film in particular i'm looking for at the moment is Django.

You cannot redownload UK purchases from Australia.
You would need to have them stored on your computer.

  • HT201272 How do I download previous purchased items from my itunes account to my swapped out ipod touch

We had to swap my sons ipod touch for a new one due to it being broken. I need to know how to reload the previous purchased items back onto the new one.
    Thanks

They should be on the computer.  Just sync them as you did the last ipod.
If you failed to put them on the computer then redownload them using the instruction in the article your reference above.

  • Is there a way to get receipts for previously purchased items in the Mac App store?

I just switched computers and did not save all of my receipts from my previously purchased items from the Mac app store.  I was wondering if there was any way to retrieve receipts that showed how much I paid and when I bought the items.

Open iTunes on the new Mac, sign into your account and view your account information. There is a section for Purchase History where you can view the invoices for everything that you have ever bought from the iTunes stores and the Mac App Store.

These are a couple different issues
The purchase issue means they came from a different Apple ID
You will need that Apple ID and password for those purchases
The iCloud account can be an Find My iPhone issue.
That could be the same Apple ID as the purchased or yet another one.
Once again you will need that Apple ID and password.

    Lori,
If you upgrade to iTunes 10.3, you can redownload your past purchases from the iCloud.  Just go to the home page of the iTunes Store and click on "Purchased" under "Quick Links."  It will bring up a list of your past purchases that are not currently in your library, with a little arrow icon that lets you download.

  • HT203167 I recently downloaded my previous purchased items from iTunes but I have found that some songs dont play or have only downloaded half of the actual song :/

I recently downloaded my previous purchased items from iTunes but I have found that some songs dont play or have only downloaded half of the actual song :/ when i go to iTunes>Purchased it says that the songs have already been downloaded, which means i cant re-download them. is there a way I can re-download my previous purchased songs?

Once you successfully add you iTunes library to iTunes Match, you go to Settings>iTunes & App Store on your iOS device and turn on iTunes Match.  Your iTunes Match library will then appear on your iOS device.

Buy something for more than the balance and charge the remainder to a credit card, or write Apple and ask them to keep the balance.

  • Do I retrieve my previously purchased items after I change back to my old iTunes store?

I have recently changed my iTunes store.. But for one reason or another, I want to change back to my previous iTunes store. Consequently, I was wondering whether I will be able to find my old items I purchased from the the first iTunes store or not.. If not, is there any solution for retrieving those items.. Thanks in advance!

To be more accurate, I originally had been on the US iTunes store but then changed it to the Egyptian iTunes store.. In the latter store, no music, movies, or even TV shows could be bought because they are not found in it; moreover, my old items I purchased on the US iTunes store are not found, too (in the purchased button of the iTunes store itself not the music application, if we were speaking about songs as an example)..
So, if I changed back to the US iTunes store, will I find my purchased items of US iTunes store or not?

  • HT201272 I have previously purchase items that i bought from my iphone and they come up as purchased on itunes, but its not in my library ive connected my phone and its just not showing up or able to download from itunes?

Cant download previous purchases on my account. Bought them via my iphone, but when i try to sync it they dont come up and when i try to download them via my phone again it just doesnt work, and when i try to download them via a computer it just says purchased but they arn't in my itunes library?

What types of item that you can redownload depends upon what country that you are in (music, films and/or TV shows can't currently be re-downloaded in all). If they are still on your phone then you should be able to copy them over to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases.
What you can redownload will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes and the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone. If other items of the same content type appear but those don't (and they are still in the store), then check to see if they are hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919

  • How do i stop previously purchased items from downloading repeatedly?

My wife has an Intel Macbook. Whenever she opens iTunes it immediately starts to download her previous purchases, video and audio, equalling some 200+ files. I've tried allowing the files to download, then deleting them and stopping the downloads before they can seriously get going but no matter what I do they start downloading again either later in that session or the next time she starts iTunes. This has happened with the previous two or three versions of iTunes and continues with the current version.
These are all files she's seen/heard and has no intention of ever accessing again. Is there some way to permanently delete them so that we don't have to keep dealing with this issue?
    Any assistance would be appreciated.

It turns out that this is not an uncommon problem. After a lot of searching on the net I came across these two solutions. In both you have to allow the entire song, video, etc. to download. Once the download is complete DO NOT sync your device, instead mark every one of the unwanted items as Read or Watched. Now sync your device (the files should not be copied to it) and go back to iTunes to see if the file is automatically deleted (as far as I know this only happens with podcasts). If the file is deleted your problem should be solved but if not select the file(s), hit Command + delete and choose the move to trash option for the file(s).
Restart iTunes and check to see if the same file is downloading again. If not, you should be okay but if it is then you're trying the second method.
Allow the file to download and do everything as in the first method except when it comes to deleting the file(s) navigate to your iTunes folder where the file is stored and physically delete it from there. Restart iTunes and see what happens.
I can't really speak for how well the second method works as the first method worked for me but I wanted to give both options in case it didn't work for someone else.

  • Connected to iTunes store, but can't download previously purchased items?

When I set up a new computer last week, the Home Sharing process left a lot of holes in the iTunes library on my new computer.  I went to the iTunes Store to download previous purchases in an effort to to fill some of the gaps.  Initially, I was successful -- though the iTunes store would only download a couple of hundred files at a time.  However, I can  no longer make the "download previous purchases" function work, even though I still have around 350 files that it recognizes as available for download.  When I click the "download all" option and enter my password, I consistently get a message like, "This item is currently unavailable.  Try again later."  This has been going on for more than a week.  What can I do to make this work?
As a separate matter, iTunes only seems to recognize about 1100 of my previous purchases, though the real number is probably closer to 3500-4000.  That is not critical, since I had MP3 backups for almost all of my ITunes purchases on an external hard drive.  However, the process of reconstructing my library probably would have been easier if I could have restored more directly from iTunes.  If anyone has encountered this kind of problem and figured out how to solve it, I'd be interested in case I ever have to go through the process again.

I had an issues similar to this with purchased music not all that long ago, and rebooting (I think) is what got it working for me again.
See if this helps - sign out, restart, sign in again and try again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again.
I would suggest rebooting the router - unplug it for about 30 seconds, and you can try that - but I'm not sure if that will help. It won't hurt anyway.

  • HT1689 Error on my ipad when trying to download previously purchased items from iTunes

I keep getting a error when trying to download music or films that I have previously purchased from iTunes. It looks fine to begin and I select he song or film I want to download and press to start. It appears to be downloading then just before its complete it states ' unable to download'. You can create an iTune and App Store account without credit card
    1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)
    2. Go to App Store and select a free app
    3. Tap INSTALL APP
    4. Create New Apple ID
    5. Confirm Your Country
    6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
    7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
    8. Create and answer your secret question
    9. Select NONE for Payment Method
    10. Fill in Billing Address
    11. Submit application for new Apple ID
    12. Wait for verification email
    13. When email arrive, verify your account

  • I can't download previously purchased items from itunes to my ipad

I just got a new ipad, and followed the directions to download previously purchased music and video to the ipad. I go into Itunes, select purchased, choose what I want. The ipad then tells me that it is downloading, but once it finishes, the music and video do not appear in the music/video section of the device. The 'usage' also tells me that I don't have any music or video.
Has this happened to anyone else?

I just went to play a song that I previously purchased and get back a "This computer is not authorized to play this content error". But when I attempt to authorize the computer I get a "this computer is already authorized to play this content" response. Only any attempt to actually play the content brings back the first error.

    Hi,
Delete the track from your itunes library and move to trash. Go into itunes Store > under quicklinks > select purchased then tab Not on this Computer then redownload track.
