Changed apple id and need further icloud help
My question was not clear. I changed my apple id this weekend and the technician I spoke to told me that in 24 hours I could change my icloud to my new apple id. When I attempt to do that, I have to delete the existing apple id and the message tells me it will delete everything from my phone. Is that in fact going to happen? If so, can I recover my photos from icloud to my new apple id?

You only need to save your photo stream photos to your camera roll. The rest of the data is only deleted from your device, not from iCloud. If you only changed your ID and didn't create an entirely new ID, your data will download back to your device when you sign back in.
If you created an entirely new ID, you'll need to migrate your data to the new account. To do this, start by saving any photo stream photos that you want to keep to your camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then tapping Save to Camera Roll. If you are syncing notes with iCloud that you want to keep, you'll need to open each of your notes and email them to yourself so you can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in your new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone and choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted. Then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create your new account and choose Merge to upload your data.

You need to indicate which problem it is you are having. As Jay-Ray said, if the issue is with updating Apps, then you need the password to the old ID, or you will have to re-purchase the app under the new ID.
If, however, your issue is that your iCloud account is still showing the old ID, then you will need to do the following in order to delete it:
1. Sign onto Manage your Apple ID and change the Apple ID back to the old email address. This is temporary. Do NOT verify it. Do NOT change the password: Apple - My Apple ID
2. Go to Settings>iCloud and scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account. When it asks for the password, type in your current Apple ID password. Follow the prompts to delete the account
3. Go back to Manage your Apple ID, sign on with the old email address/current password, and change your Apple ID back to the current one. You may need to verify it again
4. Go back to Settings>iCloud and sign on with the new ID

How can I use iCloud again after upgrading OS to Mountain Lion? 2 days of trying every password I have ever used, AND changing Apple ID and iTunes ID, still nothing. Can't backup on iCloud anymore.
Apple ID's can be used for anything, a single ID can be used for all your accounts (ie iCloud, iTunes, MAS, Apple community etc), ideally this would be the way forward. So far as iTunes goes you need to continue to use the same ID as you have always used or you will lose access to your previous purchases and your iTunes match subscription.
If you are using a second ID for iCloud, you can continue to do so or use the ID you use for iTunes, but if you choose the later you will need to move all your calendar, contact etc data to the account using the ID you use for iTunes.
When (if) you change which account you use you would delete the account on an iOS device and log back in with the correct details, on a mac you would sign out in the iCloud system preference pane. -

To change the iCloud ID on your iPad you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.
If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPad, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID.
Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll (open the my photo stream album, tap Select, tap the photos, tap the share icon -- box with upward pointing arrow, then tap Save to Camera Roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password. -
I have been blocked from using my Apps on my iphone 4S for two weeks. The error message I get is "Apple I'D Disabled". I've written three or four times to support for help and still locked out. How do I enable my account once again? I changed my password and that did not help . . .

forgot my apple ID , and need a hint on my associated email so i can sent a reset password , and the worst thing in apple ID forgot password page that if you typed any apple id even if its wrong it gives you that email has been sent !! how come !!
so please if anyone got any idea of how to get the hint on the mail ( i used to remember there is a hint )If all you did was rename your ID, you can go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with your renamed ID. Deleting the account only deletes the account and any data you are syncing with iCloud from your phone, not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account and not changing accounts, your data will be synced back to your phone when you sign back in.
If, however, you are changing to a new account with a new ID, choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted. Then choose Merge when you sign into the new account and turn your iCloud syncing back on to upload your data to the new account.
Before deleting the account, save you photo stream photos to your camera roll (tap Edit, tap all the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll). -
I have entered my gmail id as my apple id, and created another icloud id. Now my mailbox shows No mail. Is this mailbox shows icloud mailbox or my gmail mailbox? How do i open my gmail mailbox in my iphone? or simply will have to download a gmail app?

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account") -
Last night as I was setting up the pin I got distracted and entered the wrong one, now I can't access my phone as I don't know what I entered. Is there anyway around this or do I have to wipe my phone and sign in with my Apple ID and restore from icloud??
I can't ask for help on chat as I'm away from home and don't have the box with me, and obviously can't get the serial number in my phone as I've locked myself out!!

If you are using two iPhones on the same Apple Account by using the same Apple ID you can remove one by following the following:
Choose Settings > Store and tap Sign out
The apps and such should remain. If you want to clear all of that you can do the following:
The Erase all Content and Settings feature under Settings/General/Reset will remove your content and settings.

What is "everything"?
First, be sure you are using the most recent version of iTunes.
Use a different cable and USB port.
You can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists. -

For activation or licensing of Acrobat you just need to log in with your Adobe credentials ,i.e your Adobe ID and password.
This will activate your Acrobat 10.

just uploaded ios 7.0.4 on phone after it was finished it asked for apple ID password for my ex's appleID , how can I change this id on phone to my apple ID seen some old messages but they were for older versions of firmware revision. Im in barbados and cant access local weather or use locating software because I couldnt enable without password and she doesnt remember it!!

It sounds like your phone is associated with another Apple ID and so you cannot finish setting it up. I found this information for you from the article named:

Ask them to enter their Apple ID and password on the Activate iPhone screen (shown above) to remove the device from their account. You can then proceed through the rest of the device setup process.
If the previous owner is not present
Contact them and ask them to follow these steps to remove the device from their account:
Sign in to their iCloud account at www.icloud.com/find.
Choose the device from their Find My iPhone device list by clicking All Devices and selecting the correct device.
Click "Remove from Account" to remove the device from the account.
After the device has been removed from the previous owner’s account, turn it off by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button located on the top right side of the device. Then restart your device and proceed with device setup as you would normally.
