Changed credit card not working

Hi,
some days ago my credit card got hacked so the bank blocked it. It happened the same day of the month Adobe was billing Creative Cloud. Apps worked until today, so I hoped the charge was done before, but suddendly all the CC apps stopped working and Application Manager is asking for subscription renewal. I immediatly updated the payment method with a working credit card number but still is asking me to renew the subscription each time I try to run an app.
I really need help as soon as possible, I have to deliver a work but all the apps are blocked.

Problem solved, now it is working. Probably it takes some time before the new credit card is processed.

    The instructions work if you follow them precisely.  If you already have an account, choose Store > Sign Out.  You must be in the iTunes App Store, not the music store.  You must first try to "buy" a free app, and proceed from there.

  • Can't Change Credit Card Number, told to reregister but can't find reregister button

    Sorry to be a trouble, But I can't change my credit card # (because BBapps will not allow me to log on to control panel to do so. Made the mistake as a 1st timer to assume would ask for credit card number after I purchased Documents to Go.
    Did not ask, but charged the purchase to the CDMA number from former owner of my BBS2. I then erased the downloaded Docuiments to Go as I was not intending to charge some one else's card. Need to change credit card number to square this away. This is my first BB machine and I find that I don't know all the needed things.
    Can someone point out how to reregister so I can add my credit card #

    Can someone point out how to change the current assigned Number/credit card charge in control panel.(does not allow me in with my password that works for downloading free apps)

    Hello,
    I am more than willing to pay for the Documents to Go app on my own credit card, the problem is getting to  it. I don't intend to have Blackberry service, but surely this does not prevent paying for and down loading programs for my device, If I will wipe the device without a new CDMA number I suspect that will not allow me to to offer a credit card number and get the Documents to Go program as well as others. Why is it impossivle to buy programs for a blackberry without a blackberry service contract for a CDMA number? This really seems very rigid since the BBS2 is so long out of date. There must be plenty of individuals that are doing this who had the wisdom to give a credit card number when they registered - I did not realize this was required as I routinely buy things on the net AND THEN give CREDIT CARD # to compelete the purchase. Is this some sort of Catch 22 situation ?
    I like this phone and don't want to give it up. If necessary, I will buy a second BBS2 and try to register that WITH A CREDIT CARD number so that I Can use this machine. This an endless Catch 22?   I don't want a CDMA service that is very hard to get outside the USA. 
    Can I register my BBS2 if I have a T-Mobile plan for the CDMA number (which I will never use and for which I will pay for programs with a separate credit card number ?). ?  Otherwise I have a wonderful piece of junk because of arbitraty and rigid rules that are also preventing Blackberry profits as well as App producer profits .  If I can't solve this, I will have to re-examine whether I want this machine that I still really like.

    What happens when you try to change your card details ?
    You should be able to change your payment details on your computer's iTunes by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.  If you are doing it on your iPhone then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store (Settings > Store on iOS 5 and below) and select 'View Apple ID' on the popup - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

    I have been trying for 4 days to get someone to find out why the change credit card details URL link is missing from my manage account area.     I keep getting message " please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction", very frustrating it worked 24 hours ago from the same app. I changed credit cards, re typed in the security code for the credit card. Ironically was able to purchase music within I tunes as a test, then kept trying to purchase again and would not work from an app. Not sure what to do, about to give up.   • Change Credit Card Issues

    My wife recently lost her credit card and seeing as how our accounts are linked mine was cancelled as well. I went into iTunes and tried to purchase some new songs and was told my CC was declined. I realized what happened and attempted to change to a new credit card. I've tried 3 other credit cards (each card at least twice) and keep getting "Your credit card was declined. Please enter valid credit card information.".
    I was so fed up with getting the error that I went to the store and purchased an iTunes card (with one of the credit cards iTunes was not accepting) and added it to my account. But turns out iTunes won't let me purchase anything until I update my billing information. I tried to select "None" as my credit card option and it keeps giving me the credit card declined message... why?!?!?!
    What gives? Is it possible my account was locked from purchasing cause I originally attempted to purchase with a cancelled/stolen credit card (not sure if my wife just cancelled it or reported it stolen).
    I've emailed Apple about the issue but haven't heard anything back.
    Any thoughts?

    I have been having the same issues. It started when I tried changing from my AmEx credit card to my Visa credit card while using my iPad. For some reason it declined my Visa and when I tried to re-enter the information from my AmEx it started declining that as well. Since I was currently on a trip and had left my laptop @ home I simply resorted to setting my credit card info to the "none" option and using iTunes gift cards in the meantime. Once I got back home I tried re-entering my credit card info from my laptop with no luck, only this time it got worst. Now the "credit card: none" option ceased to work as well, telling me that "my payment method had been declined" yet again. Now I can't buy paid apps (even with a gift card), download free apps, or even update previously purchased apps since every time I attempt to do so, it asks me to verify my information which iTunes has already rendered practically "unverifiable".
    This is getting very frustrating as I spent hours on the phone with Apple's technical support representatives who failed to come up with a solution to my problem and basically told me to "just wait it out". Honestly, they asked me to wait a week and call back if the problem hadn't "magically" resolved itself by then.

  • Changed credit card stops subscription URGENT

    So my credit card got stolen while I was travelling for a bit, so when I came back I must have missed a payment, even though I thought it was a DD thing into my bank, not off the card specifically.
    I've changed my credit card this evening, but I still can't used photoshop etc. as I'm assuming it's not charged me for the months payment i missed. It's still telling me the next payment is November.
    This is a massive issue and needs to be fixed ASAP as I've work due for clients over the weekend...help!

    I could appreciate that charges might have risen, but I was charged again the following day correctly for the same discounted amount that I had been charged before, which was the discounted rate for continued use of the monthly 120 minute subscription. The only reason for cancelling previously was that the instructions expicitly stated that it would have to be cancelled before I could then replace with my changed credit card number!!! It is all somewhat academic now, as I have had the increased amount refunded to my credit card. It took me some time to fathom how to get a chat line to a human interface, but once that was made, the matter was quickly put right by an obliging skype official with polite apologies.

    My Credit Card company recently changed my credit card number which needed me to update all accounts where I had registered for auto-pay using that card. Skype is one them and I have a Subscription plan. This is what I tried to do :
    1. Log in to Skype from a Desktop Browser
    2. Navigate to : Payment Settings > Stored Payment Details. I see my old Credit Card number registered.
    3. There is no option for adding additional Credit Cards so that I can switch my subscription after registering the new card
    4. On trying to delete the old credit card I get an error message, " This card is being used to fund your Skype Premium with Unlimited World. If you want to delete this card you have to cancel your subscription first. "
    5. I do not want to delete the subscription and restart it for two reasons:
       a. I subscribed during an offer period, if I cancel I will not get my old rate again
       b. I do not want to cause any disruption in service to my Skype subscription that I use across devices.
    My requests of the Skype Team:
    1. I need a means of changing my payment details without cancelling my subscription so that my monthly payment goes through.
    2. Allow users to pay for the their subscriptions using Skype Credit too, some of us have kept a large balance just in case.

  • SB04100 Sound Blaster Card not working after computer rebuild

    =SB0400 Sound Blaster Card not working after computer rebuildZ I did a full disk format and reinstall for a friend on a Dimension 3000, running XP SP3. There is no sound at all. Speakers are good, tested on another system. Model number on the back of the sound card is SB0400, so I assume this is an older 24 bit PCI SoundBlaster card. Although I reinstalled all drivers from Dell, I found no drivers for this. The Creative site has no listing for this model.
    Computer does not seem to recognize the card. Have not opened the box yet but I assume if I were to remove and then reinstall the card it would be recognized (?) I then have to find an SB0400 driver.
    Does anyone know where I can find an SB0400 driver ? Does the strategy of pulling and reinstalling the card make sense ? (I have really avoided tampering with any of the hardware on this box -- since it is not mine.)

I removed the board and then reinserted it, after which I was able to download the drivers directly. Some of my difficulty with this whole process has been ) I didn't know there was no working speaker in the computer and 2) I apparently misunderstood the BIOS settings for this. I re-set it up as an add-on board during the troubleshooting process. After loading the driver, I went back to the original setting (don't recall what it was but it was for integrated sound). The setting for integrated sound works fine, with external speakers and the new 24 bit driver. Still some noise (popping and static) but this board shares the bus with 2 other cards one of which is a wireless network card. May be a PCI latency issue but I'm reluctant to change that because the network card is a bit shaky anyway.
    Everything works for now -- I'll be glad to get this particular computer out of my house !

    If you are an old timer, sometimes the App store gets confused about your account.
    You might be "oldtimer"
    Or you might be "[email protected]"
    This is the situation for me (Yes, I am old and long suffering).
    This situation means sometimes you have to log in as the other user to get things to work, or to see things you have already purchased.  I assume this is due to the fact that I was an iwork/iweb/.mac/whateveapplecallsitthisweek/icloud user.
    Other then that, you might login in to the web interface from your mac and try to update your crdit card info from there. If it's all correct and the card is good it SHOULD go.
