Changed data for OM infotypes

Hi All,
Could anyone let me know if there is any sap standard program which will give all the changed data for OM related Infotypes? I know we have some idoc types which can do this, but I am looking for some standard program.

Thanks for the information. But I am unable to see any documents in the table T77CDOC_CUST even though I made some changes to the OM data for a particular object. I see that there is a SWITCH in the above table which needs to be activated..I think in my system it is not active..So could you please let me know how can I activate this?

How to change date for Compensation Package Offer (IT0706)

I try to change date for an existing record in IT0706 to a later date, however system prompted "The compensation package was already activated. It can not be changed" As I checked, the record status is "Activated". Can anybody help to advice on how to change the date ?

Sales Order creation/ change date for the items

I have a unique scenario and i need to get a Report for this
A sales order is created for 4 line items.
Out of these , for 2 line items a delivery is created. I need the sales order creation date and time for these 2 items in a custom report
Now the other 2 items go in to some kind of block- Now these are released by going in the sales order VA02 and after releasing the delivery is created. Again for these two items , i need the sales order change date as after a user goes and changes the sales order to remove the block only then delivery is created for these two items
Also another scenario is the 2 line items go for back order and when we get stock at tht time system confirms the stock and then the delivery is created for these. So also for this when this change occured i need to get the date for these 2 line items
Can any one please suggest how to get this data from the scenarios?
I dont want to get the date when the delivery is created as i can get tht from the LIKP table. I need the sales order create and change dates for these.

You may be aware, any changes to a document will be recorded in CDHDR (for header changes) and CDPOS (for item changes). You can explore these two tables.

Logical database PNP not retrieving data for custom infotypes.

Hi all,
I am using logical database PNP in a program. I have declared infotypes as follows:
INFOTYPES: 0001, 0002, 0041, 9801, 9840.
The problem is that the logical database is retrieving data for the standard infotypes but not for the custom infotypes. Any explanation as to why data for custom infotypes is not being retireved and how this can be solved will be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone please help me find a table which contains the change date for every cost element?

If you basically want to find out if anyone changed the cost element, you need to use transaction KA05 and enter the cost element and controlling area.
This would actually bring you whatever field was changed and on double clicking give you the actual change and the date on which the change was made.
Problem is this change date is actually the creation date of a change document which is in the table CDHDR.Its not like the change date is on any master tables.

ALE/IDOC-How to create Change Pointers for Custom Infotype

Hi,
My requirement is to transfer custom OM infotype changes using IDOCs.
But its not creating any change pointers for that infotype.
The message used is a copy of standard message OM_HRMD_A.
Can any one please help me out in this issue.

How to upload data for custom infotype

Hi Friends
Can we use HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATIONS FM for custom infotype too or is there other way or other Standard FM to upload data for custom infotype starting with 9000..etc.

in my requirment input will come from portal form and in background Java Wd is going to use these FM but i have this big doubt can we use these standard FM for uploading data in custom infotype as well or else is there any other way.. but for sure we can't use BDC and LSMW in this requirement .

How to fetch last changed date for Header in me22n?

Hi Experts,
I need to create a report for PO, where I have created one screen tab in Header level(customer data), therefore I need to fetch last changed date for header , I must mention that I do not want last changed date for item level, only for header last changed date is required.

Read table CDHDR (object "EINKBELEG") and CDPOS (look for table name EKKO), keep the last CDHDR record with "EKKO" data actually changed.

I am searching for a change document object for PA infotypes.
I found only change documents available for HRP* tables.

Please check standard report <b>RPUAUD00(Logged Changes in Infotype Data)</b> for any changes in infotypes.
Also refer path in SPRO as
Personnel Management->Personnel Administration->Tools->Revision->Set up change document.

Migrate data for few infotypes

hello Experts,
I have a requirement. I am joining a client and client wants to transfer data for infotypes 0000, 0001,0002 and 1000 and 1001. I want to knw how do i go about it.correct and also please specify if i m technically wrong.
1. create a distrubution model with idoc hrmd_a. I want to knw where can i specify what infotypes i want to distribute.
2. create an ale connection between both the systems using SALE.
now do i need to activate the change pointers?
and how does the program run, i mean when wud be the idoc created and how will it be transferred to other system?
I knw my request is bit vague but any kind of help would be really appreciated>

In the distribution model you have to create filters. There you could specify which infotype you want to distribute.
Call report RHALEINI to create initial Idocs.

When I make a change to a partner on an Order Item the Change Date VBAP-EDATU is not populated. can anyone recommend a way to have this field filled for all changes to any fields on an Order (header and Item)?

Change date for Leave of absence

Hi,
We have the following scenario in our ESS form--
When an employee uses Portal form for changing the Absence date ( i.e change date after it has been approved or rejected )for the Absence Type LOA . The Manager who receives the work item should get a warning message.
Where can we add this warning message? Is there any user-exit or any configuration changes to achieve this ?.

Capture the First Changed Date In actions Infotype In PA30

Hi experts,
I want to find out the date on which the actions record was created. Where can i find this ?.
For ex if i am creating a record on 01.07.2011 with start date 25.06.2011 the change date would be 01.07.2011 in pa0000.
If i change it on 10.07.2011, the change date would be 10.07.2011. I want to capture the date when i actually created it(01.07.2011). I tried the T.code S_AHR_61016380 . But it contains the log of the changes done from the second time.
Can anyone plese help me?

thanks for the reply. I tried the function modules and these function modules also return the logs of the data changed .
But i need to get the log of the record when it was created first.
For ex : for actions info type i created a record with start date as 20.09.2011 .When i tried the function module it did not return any values. Then, i changed the record i created for actions info type . now i executed the Fm , now i was getting the log for the data changed and not for created.Can some one throw light on this.

How to Check Creation/Change data for PO Service Line item

Hi, I was wondering what field(s) from what table(s) I would have to check if I wanted a report to look for the creation or chnaged date of a specific service item in a PO?
Currently it is using the EKPO-AEDAT field to check if a PO line item has been changed, but I would like to narrow it down to just some service line items instead of capturing all the service lines in a recently changed PO line item.

Hi Rashid, thanks for the advice, but it doesn't really solve my problem.
What I want to know is if there is a field where the date of a service item was created in a PO line item is stored, so that an ABAP report can be written to retrieve newly created service items from POs.
