Changed DC IP address, still wrong in DNS

I've been banging my head for a few hours on this and can't seem to correct it. Here's what's going on:
We have 2 domains in our forest. The DC with the problem is part of the child domain. It's IP changed from a 10.90.0.x to 10.238.0.x static IP.
I noticed some replication problems with the Replication Status Tool and what I've found is a DNS problem between the Parent and Child DNS servers.
If I do an nslookup on the cfc5a4e4-53ea-4232-b66e-41d6cc681cb3._msdcs.xxx.net record in the child domain DNS server, it resolves to the new IP address. If I do it on the parent domain DNS server, it resolves to the old IP address.
I've tried deleting that msdcs record in both sets of DNS servers and restarting NETLOGON, but within a few minutes, the parent gives the old IP address again and stops replication from happening.
Is there some way to scrub the DNS servers of any trace of that old IP address? Is there something on the DC itself that could be giving the wrong IP to the DNS servers?

After changing the ip addreess of the DC, have you run the following commands?
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns

This has nothing to do with the problem.
The record is properly registering locally, the issue is with the zone being properly replicated to the parent. I suspect that you have (Or had) to wait for the zone to be replicated up to the parent. Depending on the zone transfer schedule it
can take time. My guess is everything is now working correctly.

That's because apps are forever tied permanently to the Apple ID that bought them, even if they were free. That is the only ID that can ever update them.
Unfortunately you went about this the wrong way. Rather than making a new Apple ID with the new email address, you should have just changed the name and email address associated with the old ID. Now you are kind of screwed because it's too late to use the new email on the old ID since you used it to create a new Apple ID. Apple does not transfer content from one ID to another and Apple doesn't merge IDs.
You can try to resurrect the old Apple ID with a new email address and maintain two Apple IDs, or decide which ID and it's content you wish to abandon.

What id shows in Settings > iTunes & App Store ? If it's the old one then tap on it and log out of it and then log in with the updated version

This is an older photo but the sleep and home buttons are still in the same place on all iPads. The home button is the round button at the bottom of the iPad and the sleep button is also called the on/off button and it is at the top right corner of the iPad.

I recently had to change my email address to a gmail address and my itunes login on my iphone still uses my old email address.

After going tthrough a recent change with my internet provider, I was forced to change my email address. I now use gmail for my mail. With my new gmail address, I went to itunes and updated my account to reflect my new email addess. At the same time, I also just bought a brand new iphone4s and got it all squared away.
Here's my problem; Now that I've changed my itunes account to the new gmail address, whenever I try to buy an app for my phone or access itunes on my phone, the popup window for me to log into itunes shows my I.D. as my old email address. Now I can't log into itunes or buy an app for my phone.
Can somebody please tell me how to fix this??

I had the same problem. I tried everything I could think of, and I was just about to reset my iPad. The last thing I tried was giving in and telling the App store app that I'd forgotten my password. It took me through the password change process (for the old email address), and now it's downloading and updating apps normally.
It's still using my old email address in the iPad store app, but it works, and it syncs with iTunes on my Macbook with no problem.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

OK...now I appear to 'progressed' I changed my email address back to original on Apple id and then was able to delete icloud account. Apparently I couldnt do it as it kept requesting password when I entered passsword ( both old and new one, it wouldnt accept it as it had my old email address in ) It didnt do that on ios6 . Anyway I deleted account, but now I tried to login in with my new id/password and it says unable as already in use!!! More help needed please! Its a nightmare!!

If you still have access to your old email address, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email account and verify it. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. You can now go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your correct iCloud ID and password.
If you don't have access to your old email address, you will have to contact Apple to have them reset the password so you can disable Find My iPhone and sign into your iCloud account. Logout (System Preferences>iCloud) then login with the new address and password.

All apps, all paid and free apps include DRM protection which is tied to the iTunes account that was used to download the apps. You can't transfer apps downloaded with one account to another account or merge accounts.
