Changed from rolling contract, but billing is more...

I've been on a rolling contract for several years, BB option 3 and unlimited calls, just over £40 per month, I rang BT to ask them to match an "Orange" price of £21 for the same service, and BT quoted £23.28 made up of £12.99 Broadband with calls, and £10.29 line rental, I phoned again to confirm the price before agreeing.
Today's letter from BT shows however, £26.52 total per month, they've added £1.49 friends and family mobile, the line rental is showing as £13.29.
Who do I complain to about this miss-selling?
I am sure that if my phone calls were recorded to the sales people, they will confirm the lower prices. It's only £3.24 difference to the quote, but its £5.00 more than "Orange".

Do you have error correction turned on? (iTunes preferences - General - Import settings.) If so, it will take much longer to copy audio CD's.

Copy contract pricing from sales contracts in billing

I Have a requirement to Copy contract pricing agreements from sales contracts during resource related billing creation.
At the time of resource related billing is performed, the agreed contract rate should be taken into account when pricing is performed in SAP. So, the agreed price needs to be copied from the contract condition record into the resource related billing transaction (sales pricing) as a condition record.
Can i get the solution for this?
If anybody knows the solution please help me out. Appropriate Points will be awarded. Thanks in advance.

You just need to configure your pricing properly.
Suppose you have condition type with document/item keys in the condition table.
Now, if you define conditions for contract/item, to pick them up in the invoice - you just need to pass contract number/item number in the fields you use in your access sequence for this particular condition type.
You can either define new step in the access sequence passign different fields (assuming konh or konp have fields for contract number) OR use ueserexit_pricing_prepare_tkomk, userexit_pricing_prepare_tkomp to populate fields in TKOMK/TKOMP you then use in your access sequence to search for pricing condiiton record.

ISync receives changes from mobile phone but stopped sending changes

Trying to sync this morning with my Nokia 6682. Everything has been working perfectly until today. iCal receives changes from the phone and makes them on the calendar but the changes in iCal are not being sent to the phone. All the iSync log says is that the sync failed. The phone connects to iSync and starts to apply changes to the phone and then just zips to the end and gives me the error.

At the top of each Forum page, you will see a small gray envelope icon. This icon will have a number next to it if you have any new messages waiting. Yes. In addition to what Bee Jay said, here are some other tips.
First record a pattern that's a few bars long, and don't tweak any knobs while you're doing this. Set a Cycle Range, because we want to play this pattern over and over again. Press A to make Automation visible (although there isn't any yet).
Find the channel strip for this track, either in the Inspector or in the Mixer window. Just above the meter, look for the button that says "Off." Hold down this button and a menu will appear. Select "Touch." Press Play. As the pattern plays the first time, pick a knob in the ABL2 window, and mess with that knob. At the end of the pattern, let go of the knob, and then watch what the knob does as the pattern plays again. Then as the pattern plays some more, mess with another knob. You'll notice that curves are being drawn in the Arrange window as you mess with the knobs.
This should help get you started.

Currency Change from Sales Order to Billing

We have a Requirment where we need to change the invoice to RUB while the Sales Order will be in USD.
I understand that in Stand. SAP the invoice currency should be same as Order Currency.
Can any one tell me that what custom logic needs to written for this or is there any specific Customizing settings for this.

Hi Basha,
Yes it is possible,
1. The scenario is like this I have a additional Data B tab in the header where we provided a text box with field label Invoice Currency. If you enter the currency system will generate the invoice with required currency.
2. Create a ZTABLE like ZINV_CURRENCY with fields Sales Org, Currency, New Currency.
In this case you should change your standard program of creating invoice and you should use make use of this ZTABLE. Also you should make sure of currency exchange etc.
I do not know how exactly we can impliment it but I have seen this scenario in one of client system.

OA vendor changes in ECC COntract from GOA

I have created a GOA 35000003 with one vendor 11111 (VN) and released and reached ECC as Purchase Contract.
and
now i could view in me33k contract header -> partner details as OA 11112 and VN as 11111 o.k
now next day vendor master team changed OA 11113 FROM OA 11112 for VN 11111.
Now i create a SC11000012 and PO 70000003 created for VN 11111 with OA 11112 rather than OA 11113 SINCE MY CONTRACT HAS STILL OA AS 11112.
Any one faced this problem?
As per business PO must created with OA 11113 rather than OA 11112 since they have changed in vendor master data.
i could change in purchase contract but that is not good practice. ..
as you all aware as a Business process, we are not supposed to change the purchasing contract at any cost. our changes always must be done in SRM GOA. WHAT TO DO?

there are two vendors in two different states so i do have OA and VN relationship.( really names are same but different address vendors). in one state the vendor may get tax exemption.
so maintain VN 11111 ABC LIMITED lnc , FLORIDA and OA 11112 ABC Limited ,DALAS.
NOW i scraped the operation in DALAS , i started new address vendor company in NEWYORK 11113 OA.
so now VN 11111 ABC LIMITED lnc , FLORIDA and OA as 11113 ABC Limited , NEWYORK.
I set deletion flag for 11112 and removed form VN 11111 and new data is IN XK03.
VN 11111 and OA 11113 .
SO i need to change the same in contract to other wise my contract always pointing to OA 11112 ABC Limited .DALAS into OA 11113 ABC Limited NEWYORK.

SAP suggest 11111 in BP create ONE MORE ADDRESS OA like NEWYORK as OA and Standard address as FLORIDA and select the the NEWYORK address and distribute the GOA again. but business did not agree..due to some tax and etc.

Sales Office is not being copied from Sales Contract

Dear SD Gurus,
In DP90(Resource-Related Billing Request), order type LV (Debit Memo Request for Contract) is generated. In the complection procedure, I have set sales office as a mandatory field. I'm expecting the sales office to be copied from sales contract when I generate ZLV(when I run DP90) but sales office is not being copied over. The strange thing is, it will only work for certain sales areas where the sales office will be copied from sales contract but not for some.
In the service order, I can see the sales org data where the sales office appears but it doesn't get copied to LV.
Any idea what has happened?

No. Since Globul is one holding the lock and they told you only after your contract expires then there is no way to get it unlocked.

Sales order create/change line item with reference to contract - Open quantity not getting deducted for copied line item from the contract

Please provide some valuable inputs for the following scenario:
When a sales order line item is created(VA01) or changed(VA02) with reference to a Contract the open quantity is deducted in the contract which is a standard functionality. If the referenced line item is copied (custom enhancement to copy line item), then for the copied line item the open quantity is not getting deducted instead ATP quantity i.e. Available-to-promise is deducted.
Any inputs on how we can fix this functionality i.e. deduct the open quantity from the contract for the copied line item?
P.S. : Custom enhancement to copy line item is working fine, but open quantity is not getting deducted if the copied line item was referenced to a contract.

Yes, that was my original interpretation. I was having a hard time believing that someone would ask such a question.
I guess, then, that you already know that you will have to add this logic to your enhancement. You should create your specifications and hand them off to a developer; ideally the one who created this enhanced solution in the first place.
I do not provide advice in these forums about details of enhanced solutions. Perhaps one of the other members will be more willing to do your work for you.

Drop an "out of contract" line from family plan, but keep the number

I have a family plan with 4 numbers. One of the numbers (let's call it line#1) is out of contract, so I can drop it without penalty. However, this is my daughter's number and I really don't want it to change. Another of the numbers (line#2) is still under contract, but it is a phone number I don't need any more. Verizon will not let me "swap" these numbers and keep line#1 while dropping line#2 -- unless I pay the termination fee on line#2. So, I'm wondering if this will work:
1. Port line#1 TO Google Voice (paying $20 to do so). This will cancel the Verizon contract for line#1.
2. Activate my daughter's phone with line#2, and configure GV to forward calls/texts from line#1 to line#2.
3. Wait a few days for things to stabilize.
4. Port line#1 FROM Google Voice back TO Verizon, replacing the line#2 phone number.
At the end of this process, I will have effectively dropped the Verizon contract for line #1, have line#1 take over the contract formerly owned by line#2, and removed line#2 from my Verizon account. This is exactly what I explained to 3 different Verizon people, both over the phone and in a store -- and they claim that they can't do it because "the phone number is tied to the contract". They won't let me "swap" or "port" a number within my account, but they will let me replace the phone number on a currently active contract with an external number that gets ported in to Verizon. So, I need to port line#1 OUT of Verizon (paying Google $20 to do this) and then turn around and port it back IN to Verizon, replacing the line#2 phone number I no longer need. I don't see a reason why this will not work, unless Verizon has some self-serving rule about not porting in a number that was recently ported out. (Is there a "waiting period" involved here?) It's idiotic to me that Verizon would rather have me give $20 to Google to port a number out and back in rather than allow me to swap phone numbers on my Verizon account.
Any thoughts?

Understood. I use Google Voice as my primary number now, but my daughter would prefer not to mess with it. She wants HER number (line#1) to show up on outgoing calls/texts using the native dialer/messaging apps. She has an iPhone, and I'm an Android guy, so I don't know how well GV integrates with the iPhone's native dialer/messaging apps. (On my Android, my GV number shows up on outgoing calls from the native dialer by choosing to "Use Google Voice to make all calls" in the GV app. I suspect this would be the same on the iPhone. However, texts sent using the native messaging app (not GV) come from my actual cell number -- even if I change the "Callback" number to my GV number.) I suppose I could train her to use GV for messaging, but GV does not handle MMS or group texts -- it just ignores them! I don't care about this, but my 20 year old daughter does!
Regarding being unable to port the number back into Verizon, is this a restriction because it is a former Verizon number? As I understand it, I can log into MyVerizon and choose to "Change Mobile Number" on one of my active contracted lines. There is an option to port in a number to replace the number currently on that line. Other threads suggest that porting from Google Voice works the same as a landline port. Has anyone tried this and had success/failure?
