Changed ISP, changed Bank Acct and have forgotten itunes details
Hi
I have moved house, changed ISP, changed bank account, and have forgotten itunes sign in info. I also had a credit in my account and I'm unsure how to get it all back, does anyone have any clues?
Any help much appreciated, I have been trying to get help with this for 2 months.

There appears to be an email link under "I forgot my account name"
But people often use their email address as their user name did you try that? There is a forgot password button on the Music Store account login screen.

If it was setup using your iPhone and your Apple ID then as far as the iCloud team will be able to find out, you set it up. Passwords cannot be retrieved.
Change all passwords on accounts associated with your iPhone. -

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

I have changed my number and have updated it but however they still send my keychain password to my old number. how can i changed that ?

I understand that you have changed your phone number but your iCloud Keychain verification number is still your old phone number. You can edit this phone number in your iCloud settings on your iPhone. Please use the attached article for information on the process.

Make sure that the correct phone number is associated with your account:
In iOS 8, tap Settings > iCloud > Keychain > Advanced. In iOS 7, tap Settings > iCloud > Account > Keychain. Make sure the phone number under Verification Number is correct. If not, enter another phone number.

After powering the iPhone off and on, the light goes out but turns back on randomly or immediately after powering the iPhone on?
Since nothing else you have tried has resolved it, try restoring the iPhone with iTunes from the iPhone's backup first.
If no change after that, try restoring as a new iPhone or not from the backup.
If no change after that, the iPhone has a hardware problem.
Call AppleCare or make an appointment at an Apple Store if there is one nearby. -

I am using a very old iPhone and have forgotten my password. Is there anyway to get passed the lockout screen? It says to connect to iTunes but when I do nothing happens. I've read through the user guide and am at a loss.
Bypass & Reset the iPhone Passcode
Disconnect the USB cable from the iPhone, leave the other end connected to your Mac/PC
Launch iTunes
Press and hold the Home and Power button on the top of the iPhone to turn off the device
Press and continue to hold the Home button while you reconnect the USB cable to your iPhone, this will cause the iPhone to turn on
Continue to hold the Home button until an alert message in iTunes appears that an iPhone in recovery mode has been detected
Now that the iPhone is in recovery mode, you must restore the device:
From iTunes, look under the “Summary” tab
Click on the “Restore” button within iTunes -

In OS X Lion or later, you can reset your user password with your Apple ID.
In Mac OS X v10.6.8 or earlier, follow these steps to reset a password when there is only one administrator account on the computer, or if the original administrator account needs a password reset. Start up from a Mac OS X Install disc (one whose version is closest to the version of Mac OS X installed). Usually, you can start from the disc by putting it in your computer, restarting, and holding the C key. Or, put it in the computer and click the Install or Restore icon you see in the disc's main window (after which the computer will start from the disc without you needing to hold C). Or, you can use Startup Manager or the Startup Disk preference pane to select the Install disc.
Choose a language, click the arrow button to continue,
Mac OS X v10.6 or later: Choose Password Reset from the Utilities menu.
Mac OS X v10.5 or v10.4: Choose Reset Password from the Utilities menu.
Mac OS X v10.3: Choose Reset Password from the Installer menu.
Tip: If you don't see this menu or menu choice, you're probably not started from the disc yet.
Note: The default keyboard layout is U.S. English while started from the installation disc. If you use a keyboard layout other than U.S English, use the Input menu (the flag icon on the right side of the menu bar) to select the desired layout before typing a new password.
Select your Mac OS X hard disk volume.
Select the user name of your original administrator account.
Important: Do not select "System Administrator (root)". This is actually the root user. You should not confuse it with a normal administrator account.
Enter a new password.
Click Save.
Click the red button in the upper left corner to quit the application.
Choose Quit Mac OS X Installer... from the Mac OS X Installer menu.
Click Restart.

It has the error range of 3000's which states
Errors 3000-3999 (3002, 3004, 3013, 3014, 3018, 3164, 3194, and so on): Error codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the gs.apple.com server on ports 80 or 443. This may be because out-of-date or incorrectly configured security or firewall software is interfering, an old version of iTunes is installed, an entry in your hosts file redirecting requests to gs.apple.com (see error 1004 above), or because of your Internet proxy settings. If you are using a proxy, try without using one or with a known-good network. If that does not resolve the issue, follow iTunes for Windows: Troubleshooting security software issues. Error 3014 may indicate that you need to free up more disk space on the computer before trying to restore again. Error 3194 most likely indicates you do not have the latest version of iTunes installed Update to the latest version of iTunes. -
Hi, im currently using an windows 8 computer and have installed itunes 11.5. My problem is i'm trying to transfer one song from my computer to my iphone. But some how i cannot drag and drop like last time itunes 10.x. I do not wish to sync as it means of deleting my entire song list from my phone just to transfer 1.

i have just bought a new laptop and have installed itunes onto it but i am worried that if i plug my iphone into it, that i will loose all my apps, contacts and photos!!

When you say installed iTunes I am guessing that its just the program and not your old library? in which case when you connect your iphone you will get a message warning you that you will be replacing the data on the iphone with the library on the new laptop i.e. an empty itunes.
If this is the case what you need to do is on your old laptop,
1: open itunes and go into preference/settings and go to advanced and make sure that consolidate and keep organised are checked.
2: Then go to file and click consolidate library.
3: close itunes and then go to start and open "My Music" folder.
4: Drag the iTunes folder out of My music and put it on an external drive or network the 2 laptops.
5: on the new laptop open "My Music" folder and drag out to the desk top the itunes folder
6: from the external drive or network drang and drop the old iTunes library into the "My Music" folder on the new laptop.
now close it and restart iTunes and your old library should be visable and when you connect your iphone it will identify its the correct library to sync with.
