Changed shortcuts in Acrobat 9, what gives?

Just upgraded to Acrobat 9 and found my usual shortcuts not working. Specifically, I always switch between ctrl+[+] to zoom in and ctrl+[0] to get whole page view. In Acrobat 9 this appears to be removed, without any way to manually edit it. As far as i can tell after trying/checking, ctrl+[0] zooms in, and ctrl+[+] doesn't do anything, and there is no way to change it. I can't believe this is true! Why on earth make such a change? Or is it just because I have a Swedish keyboard layout, and it works in English keyboards? Can anyone confirm this, and better still, suggest a solution? No way I will stick with 9 if this change is permanent and non-changeable (I don't see any immediate need Acro 9 over 8, I just upgradeed because it was included in CS4 that I just installed). This is pretty surprising and wierd that even Reader 10.1.1 is crashing on your system. It works pefectly for me.
Would it be possible for you to get the crash dump, and upload it, so that I can have a look at the same.
Download PROCDUMP from <http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/dd996900.aspx> and extract it to a folder, say, c:\temp\procdump.exe
Open cmd prompt and type "cd c:\temp".
Launch the browser and open the PDF.
Open task manager, sort processed by name. Two AcroRd32.exe instances should have been launched. Note the PID (a small integer like 5588) corresponding to the AcroRd32.exe with the higher memory usage; this is the process that must be crashing. Note this PID.
On the cmd window, type "procdump -e -ma 5588 c:\temp\01.dmp" (replace 5588 with the actual PID of the process noted in Step 4). Procdump will now wait for the aoolication to crash. If it throws a EULA, accept it.
Perform your steps to cause the crash.
Procdump will have created a dump file at "c:\temp\01.dmp". Zip it up (since it will be 100s of MBs otherwise) and share with me.

more than likely they will never know the text did not go through. If the number was assigned to someone else they will get your text message. I did this last week and the person texted me back asking who I was. I responded and apologized and they said no problem.

Are you unable to delete pages from any PDF, or is the problem specific to one file? If it's just one file, is it possible that the document has permissions applied that would prevent you from modifying the file? (You would see "SECURED" in the title bar of the PDF if it's been secured.) (Also, make sure that the file is open in Acrobat Pro, not Adobe Reader--I always have the two open simultaneously, and sometimes don't realize which one I'm working in.)
If the problem is widespread, what's changed on your system?

From System Preferences, Mouse, Point & Click, Secondary click. Go to it hover over Secondary click and watch the short video sequence change it left right, left right, you will see exactly what is does. No I do not think your Mouse is defective, you simply need to take control of your Mouse finger.

Could there be a setting I need to adjust in the iPad2? I don't believe Apple is currently listing purchased movie content, like they do with TV episodes because of licensing restrictions. Big Movies views that as a streaming service, and not purchased content, so it is licensed differently.
As to your Home Sharing, there has been no change there. You can still Home Share your videos, photos, music from your computer that has Home Sharing turned on. Keep in mind iTunes needs to be running on that computer at the same time.
Also, one in awhile my computer is on, but it does not show under Home Sharing on Apple TV. When this happens, I do a hard boot (unplug from power and plug back in) of the Apple TV, and also restart my computer. Something happens once in awhile that it loses that connection. I haven't troubleshooted more than just doing a reboot. Obviously there is a root cause, but it doesn't happen to me enough to worry about tracking it down.

I too recently bought the Extreme to replace an old Linksys G and discoverd that the range of the new Extreme was surprising less than the Linksys.
Nothing had changed otherwise; both routers were installed in the same place (on floor, under a cabinet in the middle of my house).
I returned the Airport Extreme to Amazon and bought another (the latest version), and the same problem exists, i.e., I can't get a signal at the corners of my small home with the Airport, where I once could with the Linksys.
I'm puzzled, but think that difference must be that the Linksys has 2 large external antennas and the Extreme's antennas are mounted internally.
I've also noticed that Apple sells a wall mount for the Airport Extreme and am assuming this is to get the Airport up and out into the open in order to improve its 'send and receive' characteristics, no?
If your Extreme is hidden in a cabinet or under some piece of furniture, I suggest you move it into the open and see if this helps extend its range.

I recently received new laptop loaded with with Acrobat 10 and it does not work the same. I typically scan 8-10 pages of receipts, combine the files in Acrobat, and then optimize to reduce the size so I can upload with my expense report. Typically, my files were reduced to 200-400 KB. I have a 2 MB file that will not reduce at all.

Bernd, thank you for your attempt to help but the option dialog windows do not contain the same options. There are numerous other posts on this forum about this issue and there is no answer. Clearly, there is an issue. I have submitted this issue to our internal help desk.

You should be able to change the permissions on the files.. this is yet another bungle by Mavericks I suspect.
