Changes getting reflected as per the"version labels" Functionality

Hi,
We have a requirement , in which we need to update the owner ship details and the construction changes , which should get reflected in the version labels when we pass the changes to the update API.
Please let me know in case of any pointers on the above functionality.

We have one sap ep 7.0 eh1 main instance and 4 other portal instances.every time we tranport any portal develpment work such as epa packages, we need to restart all the instances to reflect the new changes.can you please suggest me
a solution if exists to avoid bouncing of all instances when a portal development work is transported.

actually we have a central portal instance and 4 other portal servers connected through a
load balancer.Any tranport we move to central instance should refelect the changes in all
other portal instances.But we need to restart all the instances to see the new changes.
We are trying to find a solution if availbel which prevents server-restarts after each transport.

Doesn't sound like you have a 3GS, but rather an iPhone 3. Settings>General>About>Model...what does it say?

Site template changes not reflecting in new the already created site

I couldn’t figure it out myself how to use site template to modify the existing site created from the site template
So here is the simplified scenario...
I created a Site on Dev. SharePoint 2010, added a couple of SPD workflows, customized lists and views etc. Presented the functionality to the Stakeholders and it was accepted.
Now the Site will be used as a template and many instances of this Site will be created using these settings (template), so I just went ahead and saved the Site as a template.
Deployed the Site template to the live environment by deploying the .wsp file, and activated it on the desired site collection.
THE PROBLEM I'M FACING IS IN THE CHANGE MANAGEMENT: i.e. now the sites are being created and at some point in the future there is a suggestion to add functionality or a bug to be fixed.
MY APPROACH: I have created a sample instance of the template. I made all the changes to that template and re-saved it. This way the new sites which are created from that template do have all the fixes and enhancements.
THE PROBLEM: How can I update the existing sites that have already been created, to apply the same fixes and enhancements?

You could look at the Stack Exchange thread that seems to exactly match this question (from
here).
Think about using the features framework, as the closest you can get to updating the template is to update all the features that the said template is based on.
Beyond that, I can't think of anything that might achieve what you're after.

Sure sounds like malware, unles you installed something from a questionable site, then it's still malware but in a payware form as playing DVDs is free on Mac's.
Unless the DVD has software on it perhaps?
Does this work on any movie DVD or is this a special kind of DVD with software on it from someplace?

Hello, I want to know to get only "seconds" from the time function. I tried to find other time function but I couldn't find anything that provides only second to be written in the text file.

Please check the model number on the side of the AirPort Express in the faint print. It will start with an "A" followed by four numbers, as in A x x x x.

Why is the color labels function disabled by Mavericks?

If that were the case, we would still have punch paper tape, and 80 column punch cards, and 8" floppy disks, plus the 5.25 floppy disks, and the 3.5" floppy disks, RS-232 serial ports, SCSI ports, built in modems, etc....
Apple has never taken the position that something is Sacred. They were the first to throw away RS-232 ports. They were the first to throw away floppy disks. They have abandoned any number of ports on their own equipment ADB, SCSI, Mac video ports by the dozen, VGA, DVI, microVGA, microDVI, Ethernet ports, internal modems, etc...
On the software side there are lots of stuff Apple has stopped developing. They have done this over and over again.
The Xtrafinder and TotalFinder additions do give you back label behavior, so I suggest looking into them.
Besides the above mentioned feedback link, you can also use Apple's Bug Reporter <http://bugreporter.apple.com>, you do need to get a free Apple developer account, but it is free.

How to get the Version History of a stored document?

I am trying to store and retrieve the content using Content Services features of ADEP 10.0.
I am able to store and retrieve content where as I am not able to get the version of the document. I am trying to store same or different document, but I donot get the version history or version label. Please guide me how I can get the version of a stored document.
Also, please advise me if there are simple alternative to do the same in ADEP10.

I recently tried to update my app in the Android app market and when I uploaded it I got the following message:
"The new apk's versionCode (1000000) already exists."
In the Flash Adnroid settings I changed the version label but that did not help.
So I have two questions:

Rename the Field Label in the sales order application.

Hi,
          Please suggest me how to rename one of the field name in the sales order application.
        I have add a new field called YOUR_REF_SHIP and simultaneously have to rename it from your reference to Carrier Account No. this field is available in the filed group SLO_DETAILS_GENERAL1.
         This field is located in the General data tab of the sales order application.
I have created the Text Key in the Define Interface Texts and used the same text key in the Rename Field Label, but it is not working.
and i dont want to change it with the CMOD transaction.
Please suggest me where i have went wrong.

Hello Anil,
The field groups are to be regenerated.
However, I have done a similar thing and in the past, the layout generation helped me. In the recent example, the name is not reflected as per the interface text.
Let me know if you find anything on this.

Freight -Group conditon not getting Reflected at an item level in Delivery.

I want to draw your kind attention towards my problem.
1. I had created a delivery with a header freight conditon type ZF00,the same conditon was getting reflected in all the item,But after sometime i deleted that condition from header conditon tab and saved the delivery.
2. After creating an invoice w.r.t. delivery,system is showing freight amount in an invoice.
3.After i have checked in delivery,ZF00 is still there at item level, even after i deleted that one at header level.
4.Now i want to use the same invoice without freight.(I don't want to cancel that invoice)

Hi,
1st of all check with user why the freight cost dont want to transfer to invoice.
Once the invoice is created, you need go to each item individually in the condition type and you can try to delete it from there. But before that make sure your condition type is tick with delete option in the condition type.

New Value addition in Restricted List under Rules not getting reflected

Hi,
I have created a custom rule for a custom profile. In the rule i have configured a metadata named as Reviewer. Under restricted values of reviewer i have put in 2 values.
It is getting reflected properly in the profile check in form.
But now when i add a new value, it is not getting reflected. Is restart required to get that field populated with new value ?. I have already published the schema base and static files.
Please suggest.

In your metadata field definition, your field is defined as having an option list. Does the value you just added to the restricted list also exist in the overall list of values for the field?
For example, your list has values "a", "b", and "c". In your profile restricted list, you have "a" and "b". Now have you added "d" to the restricted list, which does not appear in the defined list for the metadata field?
